Villa Glam is a splendid 260 sqm property completely renovated in 2019, design interiors, panoramic windows, equipped with every comfort, the villa develops on three levels overlooking landscaped gardens on terraces of the typical of historic lemon houses with stone walls and lush vegetation.

The property offers privacy, modernity in a corner of other times with a typically Italian flavor. The villa is bright, spacious and furnished with a modern design but characterized by a warm and welcoming atmosphere, with large windows and wooden and resin floors. Ideal for a relaxing family holiday, the villa has a swimming pool set on a terrace, a children's play area with an elastic trampoline and a basketball basket. There are romantic open spaces for eating and relaxing both inside and outside, well-equipped kitchen and outside barbecue area.

Bedrooms: 10 beds (maximum 8 adults) in 4 bedrooms: on the ground and mezzanine floor there are two bedrooms overlooking the garden and swimming pool, one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and one bedroom with double sofa bed with en-suite bathroom -suite. On the second floor there are two spacious bedrooms with lake view, a bedroom with en-suite bathroom with double bed and two beds for children up to 8 years old and a bedroom with en-suite bathroom with two single beds

Bathrooms: total 4 of which 3 bathrooms with shower and one with tub / shower, modern and spacious, connected to the bedrooms, but one of these can be comfortable and service also for the swimming pool.

Swimming pool: large private swimming pool (approx. 15x2.5m) with whirlpool area in the part which is closest to the villa, maximum height 140 cm, furnished with deck chairs, sun beds and umbrella.

Garden: garden of 2000 square meters on 3 terraces with olive grove, fruit trees, vegetable garden, trampoline for children and basketball basket

Kitchen: bright and spacious lake view kitchen overlooking the garden and the porch area for dining outside, equipped with dishwasher, microwave, fridge / freezer, toaster and nespresso coffee machine, kettle. Berkel slicer. Dining table for 10 people.

Living room: living room with exposed beams. Sofas for 10 people, with flat-screen Tv with digital cable and Sky and Astra satellite connection. Portico: romantic and characteristic porch covered by a pergola of vines, with modern gas barbecue, it enjoys a beautiful lake view, total privacy, furnished with table for 10 people
