A brand new non-smoking house for a family vacation (one family in an apartment, the whole house is designed for two families with kids, friends, couples). Finished on the beginning of 2022. Two identic two-floor apartments located next to each other in the house. Two bedrooms in each apartment on the top floor, each equipped with a double bed and closet with drawers. Main space on the ground floor - living room, kitchenette (fully equipped with dishes and appliances - oven, dishwasher, refrigirator, microwave, a big wooden table with six chairs). Foldable couch in the living room. Bathroom with a shower, toilette and sink in each apartment, situated between the bedrooms on the top floor. Toilette and sink on the ground floor, next to the hallway. Underfloor heating in the living room and kitchenette with a remote control (we heat it up before guests arrive). Heaters in each bedroom and bathroom on the top floor. A separate technical room which is accessible from the outside of the house. There is a washing machine in there and it is further designed as a storage for your sport equipment (bikes, skies). WiFi in the house. Crib and baby bathtub available upon request. You'll receive more details, incl. self chech-in requirements, in a welcome message from us after your booking. Deposit of EUR 125 or CZK 3 000 is due before your arrival via a wire transfer to our account (see the welcome message). We'll send back the deposit after guests leave and we check the apartment (we have returned deposits in full so far). We do not accept cash deposits in order to keep privacy of our guests, for hygienic and sanitary reasons as well as for transparency purposes.

Ideal position between two ski resorts in Dolní Morava municipality, a smaller "Větrný vrch" on the side of Morava river valley where our house is, and the "main" ski resort "Sněžník" on the opposite valley side with a "Sky Walk" that you can see from the apartment. The house is placed on a higher spot in the Morava river valley in a peaceful area with nature "within reach of your hand", far from tourists at ski slopes that are within a walking distance from the house though. Arrival, parking: You can reach the house from both directions via a public asphalt road that is maintained also during the winter but still we recommend snow chains when the road is covered by snow or ice since the house is in mountains. There is a sufficient parking space in front of the house for more cars. Food You can prepare you own food in fully equipped kitchenette in the house or you can use restaurants around the ski resort "Sněžník" (ski lift "U slona" - "Terezka" pizza, restaurant "Na rozcestí", ... ) that you can walk to from the house. Amusement The house is placed in the middle of ski resorts in Dolní Morava. Beside skiing (you can get to ski resorts "Větrný vrch" and "Sněžník" by walking; by the ski lift "U slona" on the oppossite valley side, you can reach peaks of ski slopes in the ski resort "Sněžník", incl. "Sky Walk" as well as "Sky Bridge"), you can use crosscountry skiing tracks around the peaks of ski slopes, hike and bike tracks, all in the "Králický Sněžník" mountains area. On the side of the Morava river valley where our house is, there is "Klepáč" hill with an observation tower where you can watch all the surroundings of "Králický Sněžník" mountains, incl. the ski resort and Poland. There are crosscountry skiing, hike and bike tracks up to the "Králický Sněžník" mountain. Beside winter activities, the ski resort "Sněžník" provides many other attractions not only for families with kids (down hill roller coaster, ropes in trees, ... ) for the rest of the year.

Please note that we require a deposit payment of CZK 3.000 or EUR 125 per apartment in advance, payable to our bank account(s) at UniCredit Bank Czech Republic and Slovakia, a.s. (IBAN: CZ3427000000001562044018, BIC/SWIFT: BACXCZPP for CZK payments, or IBAN: CZ52 2700 0000 0021 1035 5303, BIC/SWIFT: BACXCZPP for EUR payments).

We repay the deposit to the same bank account we received it from, within few days after your departure when we check the apartment. We have repaid deposits in full so far.

According to the local laws, we are furthermore obliged to charge our guests with local accommodation fees. These regard every adult guest and amount to CZK 30 (little bit more than 1 EUR) per adult guest per night. We are obliged to pay these local fees to the municipality Dolni Morava. This fee is already included in our price.

Since we provide our guests with a flexible self check-in (apartment keys are accessible anytime after 3 p.m. on the arrival day in the safety box in front of the house), we need you to (since it is our obligation towards the municipality) self register as our guest on the day of your arrival for the whole period of your stay at our apartments via municipality online application "SneznikPass".

You will get access to this application where you register yourself (and your other fellow travellers) through a QR code that you'll find inside of the cabinet above the kitchen stove (stove ventilation). You will just easily scan this QR code with any QR-code-reader-application installed in your smart phone. After the registration, you can make use of discounts at some local services providers through the "SneznikPass" mobile phone application.

This self check-in/registration process (since our apartment kind of accommodation does not provide reception desk services) is our requirement in order to be able to properly collect municipality fees imposed by the local laws. Please note, if you do not register via "SneznikPass", we may charge you with additional costs of CZK 1000/EUR 45 that we may deduct from your deposit for any inconveniences and efforts caused due to the missing registration. Furthermore, if we are charged with a fine due to the missing guest(s) registration, we may charge you with such an amount (deduct it from the your deposit) as well. We are ready to be at hand in order to help you with any problems not only re the self registration though and we do not automatically charge you with additional costs in this regard of course.

Parties or pets are not allowed in our accommodation. Sleep between 22.00 and 06.00.
