Sie werden in ein echter Leckerbissen, wenn Sie zuerst in unser 'Penthouse' Condo zu gehen. Es befindet sich im 6. Stock eines 8-stöckigen Gebäudes, aber aufgrund der großen Terrassen und der Exklusivität des überdimensionalen Patios / Balkons nennen wir es die "Penthouse". Die Terrasse / der Balkon ist einer der wenigen, die mit ca. 1.000 Quadratmetern sehr überdimensioniert sind. Es ist auch an der wünschenswertesten Seite des Resort, und Gebäude, wie Sie Ansichten von El Centro oder Downtown PV haben (und alle von der Bucht von Banderas vom Balkon) sowie am Pool usw. aus jedem Fenster! Dieses Resort ist jetzt einzigartig unter den neuen, modernen Resorts und Eigentumswohnung ist, die in den letzten Jahren gebaut worden sein. Er hat das Gefühl in einem originellen Stil mexikanischen Resort mit üppiger tropischer Vegetation sowie Peacock, Iguana und viele Arten von Vögel aufhalten bei. Sie werden nicht glauben, wie Sie in Miami sind hier .... wenn Sie wollen, dass alle modernen Look gehen nach Miami!

Die Condo Unit hat eine aktuelle Küche umbauen musste, das A / C-System vollständig im Jahr 2015 ersetzt wurde, auch die mexikanische Dekor und Dekorationen vor kurzem erneuert.

Velas Vallarta beteiligt sich und unterstützt das Giant Turtle Sanctuary beim Schutz und der Unterstützung der Babyschildkröten, während der Brutzeit, um 8-8: 30 jede Nacht, die sie haben, (ich habe zwischen 4-250 auf einmal gesehen) Sie und oder Ihre Kinder können zum Strand hinuntergehen und die Sicherheit lässt Sie eine Baby-Riesenschildkröte in den Ozean entlassen! If you have smoked inside the unit there will be a large charge to have the unit cleaned. You can smoke out one of the balconies if you would like. Please do your own dishes, the house keeping staff will wipe down the countertops, but they DO NOT clean dishes etc. Housekeeping is Free once per week, on Saturday if you would like it. You can have Housekeeping clean the unit more than once for an additional fee. There is a Dishwasher in the Unit, please only use the Dishwashing detergent underneath the sink.

Relaxing Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Location is great. The grounds are lush. Pool is fun with volleyball & a cool little “river” connecting to another (warmer) pool. Would stay here again. The owner was very quick to respond when I had questions.

Unforgettable views

This condo is amazing! The layout is wonderful for a family vacation. The views from every window are beautiful and allow you a view of the ocean. The location makes it easy to get around or just stay at the resort. My mother in law spent an entire day just out on the deck enjoying the views and sound of waves. Highly recommend!

Desperately Needs Deep Cleaning & Maintenance

Let me start by saying that I've hesitated to send this review because it will likely impact this property's nearly perfect reputation. With that said, as a regular VRBO user who relies on the comments posted by other reviewers, I think it's important to be honest about my recent stay. My comments are also prompted by another reviewer from 2018 who had similar issues with the unit, which leads me to believe that even though the owners have been made aware of the problems present, they've been ignored. I chose this place based on its location, size, amenities, and description in the listing. Booking was easy and Steve was always responsive in his communications. By far, the best thing about our Christmas vacation was the resort of Velas Vallarta! The staff and amenities are exceptional, and my family always felt safe, attended to, and accommodated in every way. Not only were the grounds immaculate and gorgeous, but the pools, restaurants, shops, entertainment, and activities were impressive. Always gracious, the staff went out of their way to greet and serve their guests. If the condo would have been as impressive as the resort itself, it would have been a perfect vacation. On to the condo itself... On first glance, it is exactly as portrayed in the pictures and is colorful, spacious, and has a fun, local flair to its decor. It doesn't take long, however, to discover that it's been neglected for months, if not years. I can mostly overlook slightly stained furniture and outdated bedding, but when it comes to cleanliness and safety, I have to speak up. If I had thought these issues could have quickly and easily been remedied by the hotel staff, I would have asked. Unfortunately, the problems were well beyond what could have been fixed during our stay. Screen doors were off track, drapes were torn and thread bear, kitchen cabinets, drawers and towels were dirty (some with dried on food), the patio doors don't lock, some of the dresser drawers were broken, the closets were stuffed with other people's belongings, dirty clothes had been left in bathroom cabinets and bedside tables, and the showers were constantly clogging. By far though, and most bothersome, was the sewer smell that emanated from the master bathroom to the rest of the condo and forced us to keep the windows open. With all of that said, I encourage the owners to do some much needed deep cleaning and maintenance on their unit; it really could be a fantastic property.

Patio overlooking the ocean is amazing. Unit needs a bit of updating, but the views and the resort are more than enough. Communication with owner was timely and efficient. Would definitely recommend this unit.

Fantastic property with best view ever!

We have been travelling to PV for almost 20 years and we also own timeshare at the Velas Vallarta. On this occasion we needed extra room and decide to book Steve's property. It was perfect for us plus daughter and 2 granddaughters. Everyone loved it. Obviously the huge balcony and the amazing view speak for themselves. The unit itself is large and comfortable - but we spent most of our time outside or on the resort. We had room to entertain other family on our deck who were staying at another property - they were jealous! Steve was easy to deal with and answered any questions promptly. We will definitely rent from Steve again

Incredible view, fantastic property

If you have a family, this resort is one of the very best to stay at. There are many activities both at the kids club during the day, and activities around the resort both day and night to keep everyone entertained. Velas staff is amazing, always friendly and asking how things are going. Drink and food service to your chair both at the pool and on the beach cabanas. The views from this unit on the 6th floor looking out over the ocean, down on the pool, and across to the downtown area will keep you out on the deck for hours appreciating the beautiful landscape and sunsets. Living area inside the unit is plenty big for 6-8 people to spread out and relax. Air conditioning works really well, and has controls for each room. BBQ on deck and full kitchen, if you want to make some of your own food. The Marina is a great central area to stay, being right near so many great restaurants to walk to, the airport being close, and only twenty minutes from downtown. Steve is easy to work with and gets back to you timely. Would most certainly stay at this property again!

Lovely home with killer view!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Steve's home in PV! We have been to PV before, but always stayed in a regular hotel room. Staying in this large condo with plenty of room to spread out but still having all the amenities of the hotel was the best way to go! I travelled with my husband and 2 teen children and we appreciated the privacy and space this home provided. The only downside is that the patio and home were so cozy, we didn't get into the city as many times as in past trips because we loved the view from the rental too much!! We will definitely be back. Steve was great to work with too- he called and checked on us and gave us lots of city tips and hotel information.

Great view, but........

We love the Velas Vallarta! Have been vacationing there for many years and intend to continue as long as we can. The staff at this hotel are amazing! This is not a penthouse. It is on the 6th floor of an 8 story building. Penthouses are top floor units! We rented this unit, sight unseen, from the pictures posted on the VRBO site. We would never have rented it if we had actually seen the unit. The kitchen and bathrooms are extremely outdated. The marble floors have some awful chips. The closets are dirty and full of junk. Some of the dresser drawers were falling apart, we had to fix them in order to use them. The safe is not usable and a new one is sitting in a box on the floor......the bedding is terrible and dirty.....upholstery on the couches and chairs are stained and dirty...curtains need to be cleaned.....I could go on..... This whole unit needs a total update and cleaning. Other than the view, it is not worth the price!

This was a perfect choice for our family. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. Amazing patio for entertaining. The property was in a great location, and the resort had some good activities when we just wanted to stay on the property. The owner’s were helpful and very prompt with answering questions. We (4 families) bought this unit in 2000, (with several newer families and long time friends buying out some of the original owner families in 2023) we only used it for our family and friends use until we decided to start renting it out middle of 2014. We all live in The San Francisco Bay Area. We have not rented it for several years, but are now renting it again after the change in ownership.
