This elegantly renovated 50 sqm apartment is located on the 3rd floor without an elevator (please consider this before booking). Upon entering, you’ll find:
• Kitchen:
A high-quality kitchen equipped with BOSCH appliances, including a microwave, dishwasher, stove, oven, washing machine, kettle, toaster, and a Lavazza coffee machine. All necessary utensils for cooking, baking, and dining are provided.
• Bedrooms/Living Area:
o Bedroom 1: 160x200 cm king-size box spring bed.
o Living Room/Bedroom 2: 180x200 cm king-size box spring bed, a dining table with 4 chairs, a Samsung LED Smart TV with Netflix function (own account required), and a Samsung Blu-ray player.
• Bathroom:
Luxuriously designed with a 90x90 cm shower, brown mosaic tiles, a heated towel rail, and a Laufen vanity.
The toilet is separate and also tiled with mosaic.
Note: Children and babies are welcome, but due to the lack of an elevator, the apartment is marked as "not suitable" for certain accessibility needs. The entire apartment is for your private use during your stay.

Neighborhood Overview
The apartment is located in the diplomatic quarter, next to Belvedere Palace, close to numerous attractions, restaurants, and cafés. It is also conveniently located for trips to the airport, whether by car or public transport.
Belvedere Palace is a Baroque masterpiece and home to the Belvedere Gallery, one of Europe’s most important art museums. The Upper Belvedere houses the world’s largest collection of paintings by Gustav Klimt, including the famous The Kiss, alongside works by Egon Schiele and Oskar Kokoschka.
The Lower Belvedere, once the residence of Prince Eugene, features opulent rooms such as the Grotesque Hall, Marble Gallery, and Golden Room. Today, it hosts special exhibitions. The palace complex, with its sprawling gardens, is one of the world’s most beautiful examples of Baroque architecture.
