Unsere Kabine ist ein 3dB 3. 5 Badehaus, 3-Ebene Haus. 2 Master-Schlafzimmer mit Bad en suite jeden und ein drittes Schlafzimmer mit 2 Etagenbetten und es ist ein eigenes Bad.

Geräumige Küche mit Granit-Insel und allen Geräten benötigt wird.
Big Terrasse mit Grill und Esstisch zu genießen spektakuläre Ausblicke.
Keller verfügt über eine Bar, Spieltisch und Großbild proyector mit blue ray und DVD-Player, hat auch Geschirrservice.
Garage für zwei Autos.

Die Hausbesitzer sind nicht für den Verlust von persönlichen Gegenständen oder Wertsachen der Gäste verantwortlich. 7. Zimmerreinigung: Guest hat eine Ausfahrt Reinigungskosten zahlen. Es gibt keine tägliche Zimmerreinigung. Während Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind im Gerät enthalten ist, wird täglich gereinigt nicht im Mietpreis inbegriffen. Beim Check-out Zeit lassen Sie bitte alle Bettwäsche und Handtücher auf Waschküche genutzt.

8. Trash Entsorgung: Beim Check-out lassen Sie bitte alle Müllbeutel richtig geschlossen und in der Garage.

9. Wasser und Klärgrube: Das Anwesen befindet sich auf einem Brunnen und Abwassersysteme. Der Mineralgehalt im Wasser hoch ist. Während einer Dürre kann das Brunnenwasser einen Geruch. Der septische System ist sehr effektiv; jedoch wird es verstopfen, wenn unsachgemäße Material gespült. NICHT etwas anderes als Toilettenpapier zu spülen. Keine feminine Produkte muss jederzeit durchgespült werden. Wird festgestellt, dass weibliche Produkte wurden gespült und verstopfen die septische System, sind Sie für die Kosten für die Reparatur verantwortlich sein.

10. Storms:
Es wird keine Garantie für die Stürme gegeben. Bergstraßen kann kurvig und steil sein, empfehlen wir Allradantrieb und / oder während der Schneeketten Monate. Wir erstatten nicht aufgrund von Straßenbedingungen.

A Week in the Mountains

We all enjoyed our stay in the cabin, and where particularly happy about th kitchen and the downstairs bar. It took us longer to acclimate to the altitude than we thought, but it was well worth it. The second floor bathroom across from the bunk beds may need som help, though, as the toilet overflowed (we cleaned it up) and the shower didn’t drain well. We where also worried about the cooornod the water and bubbles in the hot tub, but we also realize none of us know anything about hot tubs. Thank you!

Excellent cabin!!!

Our family loves to come to Colorado and ride trails in our side by side. We picked this cabin because the cabin looked amazing and it was! Trailers and utvs are not well received in the area towns we used to stay in, very private area and there was a garage to store our utv. Neighbors were friendly and suggested trails to ride on. The altitude bothered me a little at night but the rest of the family didn’t have any issues. We would highly recommend!!!

Wonderful mountain cabin home!

Exceeded all of our needs. Wonderful property. The altitude did affect some of our group rather significantly, but we still loved it! The loft as well as the basement game room were excellent spaces for our group to divide into mini groups when needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Property

The house is everything listed. Beautiful views. Only downfall was the stinky occasional water. Definitely make sure you have 4 wheel drive to conquer the driveway! Would definitely stay here again!

This cabin was one of the greatest places we have stayed in CO. This was a Valentines stay for us and another life long couple we know. Definitely will be staying at this cabin again for our annual trip to CO.

split decision

great amenities, well stocked dishes and needed items on a trip, decorated nicely, very large. if it were not for a few things it would be one of my favorite rentals I've stayed. The water which they said has been tested and good smelled horrendous and we would refuse to shower or use with food to cleaning if we could help it, Bad egg smell. The place is beautifully set high in the mountains but altitude sickness was felt my us all. we did get headache and shortness of breath. We bought some oxygen and pills to help after the 1st night. walls are very thin so what is done/said in one room all can hear, not much privacy. The host could not have been better with great, fast communication and was very accommodating. This place was clean and the hot tub was amazing and the highlight of the stay with amazing views. So its a split decision for us but the water smell needs to be addressed to make it one of the best but just not there yet.

Beautiful Mountain Lodge

This is a beautiful, well equipped and maintained cabin/lodge. 3 stories and plenty of room. Lovely views, the hot tub, grill and large basement tv/theater was a bonus. I was there when it was a little too chilly to just sit on the back deck, but in the warmer weather it would be perfect.

Peaceful and Secluded Property

My family enjoyed this peaceful and secluded mountain getaway. The home is beautiful and spacious. Very clean. The kitchen offers all the necessary amenities. The mountain views are amazing from the hot tub thats on the back porch. We loved our stay here!

Not worth it!

Cabin is outdated with broken fixtures. Hot tub had stuff floating in it and was gross. No instructions for movie theater set up. No cell service. ALL beds are uncomfortable besides the bunk beds! Bring anything you need as this place has NOTHING! Owner didn't offer to mail back a charging cord that was left but messaged me basically accusing me of stealing a lamp that was moved upstairs. Limited towels and washcloths, okay for a day or two I guess. Place was dirty(dust, cobwebs, ants and extremely dirty windows that hindered the view) and all bedding was WET which was disgusting! Definitely NOT worth the money you are paying per night. The owners really should be ashamed for charging so much for something not worth it or update pictures of the condition of the property.

Very remote/private, which was exactly what we were looking for!

This was one of the most prepared VRBO home I've ever stayed at. The kitchen had everything!! The altitude is no joke, so take it seriously! The nights and mornings were cool, which made the hot tub an extra special treat! We loved our time here and would definitely come back.

Beautiful Getaway

We stayed with friends in the beginning of February. The house is very nice and spacious Very good equipped, the views out of the living room to die for. Not far from Breckenridge ski resort about 45 min. Overall we loved our stay, will definitely come back again.

not thrilled

i really wish that the listing had stated we would have absolutely no phone service and that the internet was satellite. it would have swayed my decision to stay here. the upstairs bedroom smelled like dead animal, which i assume was some type of critter in the wall. i was shocked to walk in and find mouse traps everywhere. i’m terrified of mice, luckily we didn’t see any. going around the sharp curves to get to the cabin was a nightmare, even in an all wheel drive vehicle. the view was phenomenal, and i feel like that is what we paid for. this was my first time booking something other than a hotel and it has taught me to greatly research next time. the cabin was clean and well stocked with dishes and the basics for cooking which was appreciated. bring ear plugs!!!! the walls are super thin and you can hear every move the people upstairs make ... and if there is a windstorm, you won’t be sleeping through it.

The perfect socially distant retreat

The cabin was well stocked and very clean!! We were a little worried by the ant and mice traps, but never saw a single critter the entire week. Giannina was very responsive and gracious with all of my questions leading up to our trip. And our favorite part, the hot tub, was exactly what my husband and I needed to melt away the stress of 2020!!

Mountain retreat

Stayed here for my 40th birthday and it was just what I needed. We spent most of our time on the deck with amazing views! Very clean, quiet, well furnished, hot tub, grill.....did I mention the views!

Beautiful Retreat with Great Views

Cabin is just as pictured and views are beautiful. The cabin is well maintained, stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, theater room & hot tub (which was a nice surprise as the owner just got it.) We found the mountain road very easy to navigate but as other viewers mention the altitude will get you be prepared! Lots of hiking & fly fishing near by. The owner was quick to answer any questions and we would definitely recommend staying here.

Perfect getaway

What a beautiful cabin tucked away high in the mountains. We we were looking for a quiet getaway and this was perfect. We loved sitting on the deck with our morning coffee and then sitting out there at night after a long day of hiking and exploring to enjoy the stars. The house was so comfortable, clean, and very accommodating!

Great get away cabin

As my 11 year old son stated, " This place is awesome!" The cabin is everything I had hoped it would be for the end of our summer vacation. It's a drive to get to, but so worth it. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you will need to prepare meals, we made breakfast and dinner every day we were there and skipped into town for lunch. Everyone had their own room which was nice, everything worked as it should and we had no problems. The theater room downstairs is awesome, there is a folder with many many DVD's in it, something for everyone to enjoy. And the deck...and the views! We were visited by mule deer, birds, chipmunks, crazy loud squirrels and even a fox. My only complaint would be the master bed, it's not the most comfortable and is sqeaky (I'm a super light sleeper). Don't hesitate to rent this place, I wanted to stay.
