Completely fenced with a summer kitchen and barbecue from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of the surrounding nature and located very close to the sea and beaches and bike paths. It is located on a fenced and well-kept garden very suitable for families with children and pets and young people. The location is very quiet and there is no traffic and the sea can be reached very quickly on foot.
The special features of our region are the wine roads and olive oil roads. There is a farm nearby and you can enjoy local fruit and vegetables as well as a butcher shop from a local grower. Our fishermen from Savudrija provide you with fresh fish every day and by visiting agritourism you can enjoy local food.
Bike paths right next to the house, quad biking, windsurfing and horse riding will make your stay in nature adventurous.

A favorite place for golfers is Skiper Resort, the Adriatic golf course, located only 3km away. A relaxed game will be enhanced by the view of the sea, nature and its beauties, while tennis fans will spend their time in Plava Laguna in Umag, 6km away. For the youngest, the Istralandia aquapark will make your vacation perfect.

On the ground floor of the villa there is a spacious living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining table. From there, there is a beautiful view of the pool and a terrace with sun loungers, children's facilities, table tennis and badminton.
There are also four bedrooms with private bathrooms and an additional toilet.
In the basement of our house there is an additional living room of 45m2 where there is a billiards table and darts. The room can be used as a bedroom with a sofa bed and two extra beds that can be moved if necessary.
The special features of this villa are the covered area by the pool where there is an additional area with a toilet as well as a summer kitchen with a barbecue where you can enjoy preparing meals from local farmers' ingredients.

Thanks to its location, Villa Faro provides an ideal starting point for visiting all the sights and natural beauties of this area. Our guests can reach Savudrija (lighthouse, beach bars, restaurants with excellent cuisine, beaches, harbors...), Umag (tennis courts, sandy beach, entertainment for young and children, catering offer, shops...), Novigrad (beautiful beaches, open and clear sea, bars),..... The famous Parenzana cycling trail will take you through the beauties of this area, and the proximity of the highway and local roads allows for quick access to Poreč, Pula, Rovinj, Brijuni National Park, central Istria.....
