Spectacular beyond belief

There are no pictures that could do this property justice. The first walk through the door into an open-air living room with the beach in the background, was breathtaking. From the service to the whale migration viewed from the comfort of our couch, everything was absolutely incredible. The place is a little tricky to find and to direct drivers to, so either use the recommended shuttle survive or a service that has GPS (e.g. Uber). The house could use some high quality, durable pool floats for lounging. The staff was wonderful and got some light plastic ones on one of their grocery delivery trips, but it had a hole. I highly recommend staying at this property!

As if the pictures are not worth a thousand words, the villa staff were fantastic, while property managers Rodolfo & Lucero's prepared meals completed the 5 star experience. Skipping Pedregal in the future and rebooking here annually from this point forward.

Best Beach Villa in Cabo!

I stayed in Villa Las Rocas with a group of 8 people. I was very impressed with the property overall. The property has lots of different unique places to hang out and relax. The staff was excellent and made great meals. I loved the master bathroom and all my guests were very happy with their rooms and beds. I am picky with bedding and mattresses and these are all top notch. It was easy to get to close by shopping and restaurants by taxi. It felt like a private BnB. I loved the beachfront tables and hammock to read and have meals in. I would 100% return to this villa. It is a great deal for larger groups!

A Fabulous Way to Celebrate Our 40th Birthdays!

We stayed at Villas Las Rocas from June 7-June 10, 2018 to celebrate mine and my husband's 40th birthdays, and it was incredible! We were married in Cabo in 2002 at Hotel Cabo San Lucas right near this villa in Chileno Bay, so this home was chosen with nostalgia. We had 16 of our friends for the 4 days and there was plenty of room! The layout of the property is spot-on. Everything was accommodated for by the wonderful house managers. We hired a private chef, who brought with her a sous chef and a server. They were there basically around the clock, and our server was our full-time bartender, refreshed our pool towels, and even performed magic tricks for us. The night of my birthday, the house manager and my husband schemed that there were electrical problems with a cabana area that we had been using to play card games. I was a little distraught because it was the perfect outdoor space for a table of 18 and we had planned to set it up for my birthday dinner. Little did I know that they had it covered up so that the chef/staff could decorate it and surprise me! The housekeeping staff was wonderful with daily thorough cleanings, and the house managers were so helpful with setting up taxi services to town and the airport.This home is HUGE and has wonderful rooms to gather in for large groups. This is of no fault to the property, but there was construction going on directly next door as they are building a new hotel that is LITERALLY sharing a retaining wall. We honestly didn't think much of the construction except we did have outdoor massages already scheduled and that was a little bothersome while trying to relax during a massage. The second half of our group had their massages indoors and that was perfect. But, the sound of music and everyone swimming truly drowned out any noise. Also, the sound system is phenomenal. We would definitely return to this home...and I wish it could be this weekend! My husband and I looked long and hard at beach front properties that were large enough for our party, and we are elated that we chose this one! Exceptional property, caretakers, and amenities! Thank you for making our 40th birthdays a weekend no one will forget!

Little Piece of Cabo Paradise

From the first moment we stepped inside the villa, it was like discovering paradise. Waking up to the views of the beach and going to sleep with the waves of the ocean made it a very relaxing experience. We enjoyed the beauty and comfort of the villa and bedrooms, and the children were safe and able to roam freely without worry. Everything was well considered – the kitchen was well appointed, great sporting equipment provided, even down to the basket of pool toys made available for the kids. Please send our thanks to the lovely team who made our stay wonderful. It truly is a magical setting and we would love to come back. Thank you again for helping us with the booking and ensuring we were well looked after during our stay.

An incredible place!

Really hard to describe how fantastic this place is. There were 1 of us, and we had lots of space for private time, and perfect places for gathering. The beach is virtually private. The staff were wonderful - most friendly, helpful, cheerful. Never felt like they were in the way or intrusive. There is a hotel under construction next door, with the usual construction sounds, but it did not really bother us at all.

A Fantastic Vacation!!!

We are a large group stay and had an amazing time. The casitas were very clean and the purport was set up perfect for many families to stay. We had a beautiful Thanksgiving dinner overlooking the ocean at sunset in a wonderful palapa the could seat our entire group. The service was friendly and comfortable and very professional. We hope to return soon. Highly recommend it!

An amazingly wonderful property. 5 STARS!

Everything was awesome. Views, ambiance, large main house plus 7 separate casitas that have their own private baths. Sunrises while the fish jump out of the water. Beautiful Pools, ocean view bar, super clean and top furnishings. New beds are extremely comfortable. Private gated property. The food is excellent and the staff is very personable attentive. Service is also 5 star. Everything exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended. If you’re after something very special in Cabo, look no further. Also, while in Cabo we went fishing or shall I say catching. The fish practically jumped in the boat. The Cabo Legend Pirate snorkeling was fabulous.

A Great Family Vacation Spot!!!

Driver was at airport to greet us, and help us with our luggage. Felt comfortable and at ease right away. When we pulled into the property we were speechless, what a spectacular beachfront property that has amazing ocean views throughout the property. Lots of places to read a good book and take naps. Staff was very helpful on activities to do with teenagers, rooms were always cleaned and tidy upon our return from excursions, and the chef was amazing. So much better than staying at a resort, especially since we were a group of 20 . They made the best Thanksgiving Dinner. Highly recommend this property, can't wait to return there!!!

Gorgeous and expansive beachfront property

We stayed at this property with five families over Thanksgiving. With the separate casitas, we could all have our own space but the expansive common areas allowed for large group gatherings. The chef prepared a perfect Thanksgiving feast and we were served on the private beachfront palapa at sunset. Our group snorkeled at the nearby bay, paddle boarded right in front of the property, swam in the pool and jacuzzi and did a lot of relaxing too. There are plenty of different shaded areas for an afternoon siesta or two. The location is perfect. Between Cabo San Lucas and San Jose Del Cabo and close to both. When you drive into the gates of the property, you arrive at a private oasis. A few of us walked a couple of doors down to the Grand Velas for a spa treatment. They have a unique water spa experience which makes their spa outstanding. Overall, we couldn't have been happier and we can't wait to return.

Perfect Ocean Front Retreat

We stayed at Villa Las Rocas as part of a large , multi-family vacation and we couldn't be happier. The individual villas provided ample space for those wanting alone time (or in my case needed to get work done). The communal areas are spacious and comfortable, the pool is great and the bar overlooking the pool and ocean is a great place to meet. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and the food was great. The availability of SUP boards and kayaks (included with the property), as well as the short walk down the beach to the resort for spa treatments, meant that everyone could do as much, or as little, as they like. Overall an amazing experience. It's hard to find a property that can provide the space and amenities for 20+ people, but Villa Las Rocas came through for us!

A+ house for large group vacation!

We just returned from a multi-family vacation with 22 people, the best week ever! Casa Las Rocas has plenty of both private space and communal areas, so was ideal for us. With the kids, we grouped the girls in one of the double bed rooms and boys in the other, giving parents their private rooms - win/win for all! The Casa offers excellent privacy with great beach access, with many nice palapa shady areas. We enjoyed the kayaks and SUPs. Moms walked 5 min. down the beach to the new Grand Velas Resort for spa day, & early morning walks to Las Ventanas resort were also great. The onsite managers are gracious and knowledgeable, and were able to assist us with whatever was needed. Had to work a bit on vacation and the wifi connection was great. The property was recently renovated and was in spectacular condition. I'd recommend the Casa for family reunions, shared group vacations and weddings. It’s great for those who desire an authentic Baja setting with easy access to the bigger resorts if desired. Well located between San Jose and Cabo which suited our group well as we visited both.

Summer Wedding

This place was amazing! We came for a wedding and this place was the perfect spot, from the incredible private beach to the multiple areas of the house. You felt like you were in a mini resort. If you are planning on staying for an extended period, there was plenty of room for people to spread out. The staff was incredible as well! The only draw back is that there is construction next door, which did not bother us, and it is about a 10 to 15 minute ride to town, however, this place is paradise and you really do not need to venture in. I would definitely recommend this place!

Our Third Memorial Day Weekend and We are coming back for our 4th

The annual family get together comes from North Carolina, South Dakota and California. We hit a record with 18 of us this year including kids. The home sleeps up to 22 so we're aiming for that in 2018. The new Grand Velas down the beach with it's Spa is a must.

PROPERTY NOT SECURE

After we ironed out some service issues, making day 1 somewhat stressful, we really enjoyed the property. The house is beautiful and very clean and the beach is awesome. HOWEVER, the construction of a huge building that looms over the property will be a deal killer once it is occupied. We overlooked all of the inconveniences until we were ROBBED on our last night! During dinner while we were AT THE HOUSE! Laptops, cash, passports and more. To top it all off, there was hardly a mention of the incident when we returned home. Devastating end to what would have been a great trip (despite the construction).

A Private Paradise!

I just returned and I'm already planning a trip back! This beachfront private estate was a perfect getaway for our girls trip. From the moment we arrived, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The location was great and exactly what we wanted - we played on the beach during the day and then enjoyed the Cabo nightlife! The Spanish architecture style resort is beautiful and each villa is spacious and authentic making it a perfect Mexico destination. You must try one (or several) of Rodolfo's famous margaritas!

Private Paradise!

This is a beautiful estate, with traditional decor and breathtaking scenery just outside of every window. Step right out of the pool and onto the white sand beaches. Truly the best part of our stay was the personal care and attention we received from Rodalfo and his wife Lucero. They prepared the most amazing meals and paid attention to all of our needs. I cannot wait to return. (The only reason I don't think it would be a good place for young children is the surf break and be severe at times and there are no life guards around the pool or beach.)

Private Paradise!

Can't wait to visit this paradise again! Gorgeous view, private, clean, first-class accommodations. Amazing staff prepared fresh and healthy meals and cared for our every need. Short trip to downtown Los Cabos for night-life. Highly recommend, you won't be disappointed!!

A slice of heaven

I stayed here for a girls weekend and it was amazing! We were treated like royalty by the wonderful staff. The meals were all delicious and the staff was so sweet and helpful. The beach is gorgeous and the water was the perfect temperature. No one wanted to leave! The rooms were large and very comfortable. We are already planning our next getaway!

Wonderful time at this amazing estate!

Such a unique property. It was beautiful and had all the convienences of home and none of the burdens! Rodolfo and Lucerna prepared delicious and healthy meals for us, the yummy margaritas were flowing, and the beach seemed almost private! We saw about 10 people on the beach total in 3 days. Whales, turtles.... What more could you want?! This place is a gem!
