The space
The relaxed accommodation is located in the basement of a 4-family house in the center of Magstadt.

Everything you need to stay overnight and just switch off is there. The room is flooded with light and there are windows around it with a view of the garden. The windows can be completely darkened, so there is a privacy screen.

Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. Entering with shoes is also not allowed.
You can park on the street. There is no parking space on the property for free. Everything is private. The S-Bahn stop is a 2-3 minute walk away. An Edeka and a gas station are also within a 2 minute walk.

Only the basement apartment can be used.

There is absolutely no parking in front of the entrance as this is a private parking lot.

Access via me direct key handover or even if I'm not on site via a key box whose code you get via the Airbnb chat.

Other things to note
The apartment is in the basement and the door to the apartment is marked. It is a very quiet street as it is one-way.

Smoking is permitted at the entrance to the house and there is also an ashtray there.
There is an absolute ban on smoking in the apartment.
The apartment must be entered without shoes.
The apartment should be left the same way you arrived.
Please switch off all devices, close all windows and doors and set the heating to level 2.
Any damage to the furnishings, equipment, etc. must be reported immediately upon handover at the latest. Please read the house rules when you enter the apartment. Only guests who are registered are allowed to enter the apartment.
