Dieses Strandhaus aus dem Jahr 1957 liegt nur 42 Schritte vom Strand entfernt und wurde vor kurzem zu seinem ursprünglichen Charme mit Hartholzböden und Giebeldecken umgebaut. Die Küche wurde mit Granitoberflächen und Küchengeräten aus Edelstahl ausgestattet. Für den Kochfan ist die Küche voll ausgestattet mit Kaffeemaschine, Mixer, Toaster, Töpfen und Pfannen, Backgeschirr, Besteck, Geschirr und Gläsern. Das Ferienhaus ist mit Bettwäsche, Handtüchern, Badetüchern und einem Haartrockner ausgestattet. Die geräumige vordere Terrasse ist mit einem Sofa, einem Tisch für 6 Personen, zwei Marktschirmen, einem Gasgrill und einer Feuerstelle ausgestattet - der perfekte Ort, um Ihre morgendliche Tasse Kaffee zu genießen, ein Buch zu lesen oder einen ungezwungenen Grillabend zu genießen. Waschmaschine und Trockner in voller Größe in der Garage für 2 Autos.

Another wonder stay!

Spent another wonderful week for spring break with my 9 and 13 year old daughters at this beautiful beach house. The property is exactly as described and only a few quick steps to the beach. One of my favorite aspects is the quiet and secluded front patio where we enjoyed evening fires waiting for the sun to set. Ronnie was once again a fabulous host. I would not hesitate to bring my girls back for a 3rd time. Thanks again Ronnie for a wonderful stay!

Great Stay in South Mission Beach

We have been coming to South Mission Beach for over 10 years now and have probably stayed at 8 or 9 different places. This was one of our favorites. The front Patio area is by far the best we have had and the owners were wonderful hosts.

Great Property

We do a girls trip to Mission Beach every 1-2 years and this is the first time we stayed on the south side. The property was great. There was plenty of room to park in the garage and the rooms were comfortable. You can’t beat being a minute walk from the beach! We would stay here again!

We loved our stay in Mission Beach. The property was perfect for our group. The outdoor patio in particular was great with plenty of seating for us and some visitors. The fire pit made the evenings plenty warm during a cool few days. It was close to everything we needed. We'll be back.

Absolutely Beautiful & Great Quality

We had an amazing stay in Mission Beach, and this property made it even better! The inside is beautiful and the outside patio was amazing!! We utilized it so much and loved the fireplace and grill! The outside table and lawn furniture were high quality and comfortable! The inside was beautifully decorated and smelt so good when we arrived. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the utensils we needed, and the high end fridge and stove were great! The bedrooms have great storage in the closet and the master was very spacious, comfortable bedding too! The garage was a highlight as well! So spacious and stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc- all of which we put to great use! It was great to have access to the washer/dryer as well! The two bikes were a wonderful addition, we used them daily and it was a joy to have that as an added bonus in the property! The hosts were so easy to get a hold of if we needed and are so kind! This is no doubt a 5 star property; my only suggestion is that there could be more basic spices and coffee included. Our experiences in the past with stays have always had that, particularly a coffee bar, but I understand certain covid cautious are still in place for included items like that. THANK YOU for putting such love into your property, it really did make our family vacation so much more special! We look forward to hopefully staying with you again!

Loved this place and will be back!

Staying here was a wonderful experience for our family of 4! It feels more like you are staying at a friend's beach house than a rental. The house is very clean and has everything you could need. There were countless positives, but here are the main ones that made our stay great: 1) 2 stall garage for parking. We had a Chevy Traverse that fit w/ about a foot to spare. 2) Beach Proximity. The beach is only 60 paces from the back gate. 3) Supplies. We used the provided beach chairs almost every day, took the bikes on the board walk (there were 6 in the garage), kids used the sand toys, and my son loves basketball, so it was great they had one on hand so we could play on the beach court. 4) Walking distances. Our kids loved Belmont Park which we walked to often, Starbucks is right down the road, walked for take-out several times. 5) Quiet and safe. We chose this location for how quiet it is. There is a permanent family next door, we walked to pick up food at night with no safety concerns, and the end of the boardwalk was very quiet during the week. Other notables. The patio was beautiful, but we only really used it during the day to relax in the sun and read while listening to the ocean. The internet is fast and reliable. There is DirectTV and Netflix (other apps as well, but didn't use them). There is also washer and dryer that we used throughout the week. The owners are very responsive. We texted a few times with some questions and they were very quick to respond.

Great getaway

Kids had a week off school so we took a trip to San Diego from the East Coast and found this perfectly located home in Mission Beach. A few steps from the beach, with a nice walk to Belmont Park and nearby Restaurants for Brunch. Perfect location to sites all over San Diego as it was a 15 min drive anywhere we visited (Old Town, Zoo, Restaurants in Little Italy and Gaslamp). Then we always ended the day relaxing in the beautiful living room of this house. We would stay here again!

Complete Relaxation

This darling beach cottage was absolutely perfect for our week in San Diego. The location at the southern end of Mission Beach is ideal if you want peace and quiet; yet Belmont Park is a short walk away. We enjoyed every, single day and loved returning to this beautiful home each night.

A Place of Serenity

This cottage is just a beautiful place, the ocean will transform you if you allow it, the neighborhood welcomes you as though you never left home but now live in a new home. There's nothing like it in my experience.

Best Beach House Ever!

Wow - what a wonderful beach house! It was so clean and inviting. The listing was extremely accurate - everything you could need was right there. The decor is perfect - made us feel at home as soon as we walked in. The patio is wonderful too. Plenty of space to rest, relax, eat and enjoy the beautiful weather. And of course the location couldn't be better - so many things to do so close by; whether it was relaxing at the beach or bay, Balboa Park, etc. I will most definitely plan to return in the future - thank you for making this property available to rent - it was just perfect!

We had been renting in north Mission Beach for the past 13 summers and enjoyed each summer with our daughters. We found our cottage on VRBO three years ago for a long weekend and saw great potential. I kept in contact with the owner on the chance that it might be put on the market. And it did! Our court is truly one of the most desirable courts in south Mission Beach. We have wonderful full-time neighbors!
