Poolside Ocean View Beach Front Apartment

Dies ist einer der sechs privaten Eigentumswohnungen, die direkt auf Bradenton Beach befinden. Der Strand ist nur wenige Schritte entfernt von Kurzschlüssen vor der Haustür. Das Gerät wurde vor kurzem mit neuen Küchengeräten und neue Betten und Möbel aktualisiert.
Das Gerät ist neben dem kleinen 8x20 beheizten Pool. Zwei Jagd-Lounges sind für Ihre Sonnenbadevergnügen, sowie Gartenmöbel, bestehend aus einem Tisch und 4 Stühle zur Verfügung gestellt.
Dies ist eine Sitz alone-Einheit und mehr wie ein kleines Chalet als eine Eigentumswohnung / App. mit hohen Kathedrale Decken und zentrale AC / Heat. Es ermöglicht es Ihnen nicht, um den Strand von im Inneren des Gerätes zu sehen, aber Sie könnten einen Blick auf den Strand von Ihrem Sitzbereich im Freien zu bekommen
Es gibt auch einen großen gemeinsamen BBQ / Terrasse mit einem Holzkohle und ein Gasgrill für Ihre Kochvergnügen. Holzkohle und Kraftstoff sind nicht vorgesehen. Es gibt eine Gasaustauschtank zur Verfügung, wenn Sie es vorziehen, um den Gas-Grill benutzen. Sie müssen nicht die Straße überqueren oder unser Haus verlässt, um zum Strand zu gelangen. Es ist ein Parkplatz für nur ein Auto. Alles, was Sie für einen perfekten Strandurlaub !!

I loved where the rental was located. Just steps to the beach. It was just two of us and it was perfect. Maybe too small if you had more than 3 staying. Parking was tight but other than that I would recommend this place.

I loved the place, literally in front of the beach. Very clean and well stocked. A small problem with the space in the parking lot but it was solved immediately. The sofa bed a bit uncomfortable.

We enjoyed it!

Lovely location for family of 4 with children under 7. The property was clean and cozy for our family. We had everything to start the vacation and we were located close to multiple stores to get anything we may want. The few downsides was the smell piping into the listing but we fixed this with a moisture absorber and a candle. The sheets and pillows were not the best but the kids loved the sofa bed. Thank you for a great vacation!

Overall very quaint and enjoyable. Good location and easy access to the beach.

Enjoyable stay. However upon opening the front door we were greeted with a musty moldy smell. Upon further inspection the dishwasher when opened had an awful bad order emoting from the drain. My wife has asthma and allergies. This was a trigger to her asthma.

Pictures are not correct. Furniture pictured is not what to expect. Our first couple days we encountered many issues. Broken garbage disposal, clogged toilet, broken thermostat, door blinds broken, pots and pans were all scratched up. The air filter was replaced and was completely black. We couldn't lock the door for over 4 hours due someone resetting it. Also, we had to go to Wal Mart and purchase room darkening curtains and a shower pole for the bedroom due to the bright light on the "pool". This "chalet" is on the main drag. Very noisy. Found it strange that there is no guest book to refer to. We left a week early.

Location, location, location!

If you are looking for brand new and fancy this is not it! If you want clean, comfortable right next to a beautiful beach then this is it. It works great for two people. Located on a busy street, but did I say close to the beach? Not beach views, but worth it to be able to step into AC at any time! Private small shaded patio & responsive owner too.

Week at the beach

This property is all about location and value. Very affordable place right on the beach. No view from the unit and not super luxurious, but again priced accordingly. If you are about spending time on the beach and just want a clean, comfortable and affordable place to sleep right on the beach, this is the place for you!

My stay was absolutely wonderful. The location is so close to the beach and ocean. Even though my unit was on the street side it was quiet and peaceful. NO problems sleeping. There are units facing the ocean. The unit was very clean and easy access in and out. I would recommend this location to family and friends.

Perfect small rental on the beach

Expecting much less for the reasonable price, we were pleasantly surprised by this rental. It was very clean, quiet, the beds comfortable (the futon has been replaced by a very nice sleeper couch), the bathroom large, and the kitchen well-stocked with everything we needed. The location is amazing- literally steps to the beach and this part of the beach is not crowded at all due to it's location on the island. Getting an uber was very slow (there were none on the island and they came over from Sarasota). I'd recommend renting bikes to get around the island. The unit is small, but we had plenty of space for 2 moms and 2 teen girls. Only down side was the early check out and no place to store our luggage, but we worked around that by ubering to Bradenton, renting a car and spending the day kayaking and exploring the Sarasota area before our evening flight home.
