Etage des Embassy Hotels, direkt abseits der berühmten Einkaufsstraße Rue d’Antibes, nur 5 min von Croisette & Stränden. Es verfügt über Klimaanlage, Satelliten-TV, Telefon & Internet & ist im provenzalischen Stil eingerichtet. Bei Bedarf stehen Parkplätze zur Verfügung. Es ist der perfekte Ort für Kongressteilnehmer & Ferien das ganze Jahr über. Es kann als Ausgangspunkt genutzt werden, um die vielen interessanten Orte entlang der Küste zu entdecken, wie St. Tropez, Nizza & Monte Carlo, oder um einen Tag lang die bunten Tagesmärkte zu erkunden. Die Berge mit Skigebieten sind eine kurze Fahrt entfernt. Für längere Ausflüge erreicht man Italien mit dem Zug bzw. Korsika mit der Fähre. Fabulous Holiday

We had a wonderful holiday staying in this perfect apartment. Great location and fitted out with everything anyone would need. Lovely south facing terrace and surprisingly very quiet considering the town centre location. Checking in and out was very easy. 10 out of 10 Thanks for a great time Ian

Agréable séjour et localisation parfaite

Nous avons passé un bon séjour malgré un soucis de climatisation. Valérie a été très disponible pour nous trouver des solutions. Logement agréable et terrasse donnant sur le patio de l’hôtel (aucun bruit de rue, de voiture). La localisation est parfaite tant pour profiter de la plage, de la ville et des environs. Un supermarché est à 10mn à pied permettant de faire ses courses sans soucis. Merci à vous pour ce séjour

Séjour excellent

Appartement très cosy, propret, confortable, près de la Croisette. La terrasse est appréciable. Et tout ce dont vous pouvez avoir besoin est fourni. Petit bémol pour la TV, qui ne fonctionne pas, ni Netflix.

Well equipped apartment in an ideal location.

Stayed in June/July 2017. The apartment was clean and tidy when we arrived. All the equipment you need is there including clean towels and linen. It is ideally situated being within easy walking distance of the beach, the croisette, the shops and public transport. We did not need a car throughout or stay. The terrace is large enough to accommodate outdoor eating and relaxing.

Super Lage, sehr schönes Apartment

Das Apartment ist wirklich ein Wert! Super schöne Lage, sehr sauber nette Zimmer. Einzige wo manchmal Probleme gehabt haben Durchgang über ein Hotel-Rezeption....Die Rezeptionisten waren ab-und zu unfreundlich.... Aber sonst Lage und das Apartment ist TOP!!!!

Comfortable, clean quiet, convenient...

The apartment, painted white, is a comfortable, clean, well-maintained one bedroom that's privately owned inside a hotel. There's a convertible couch in the living room, where my 6' daughter slept (she'd have been happier in a bed, of course), separated from the bedroom by a sliding door. A balcony runs along the width of the apartment, with table and chairs, backing onto a line of apartments that insure quiet. Bathroom and kitchen are well equipped, the wifi was responsive and trouble-free. I've stayed in many apartments all over Cannes, and this is near the top of my list for comfort, cleanliness, quietness and convenience.

simply the best

We have stayed all along the south of france and can easily say this is the best apartment we have ever stayed in a real home from home.From the start when you get in touch with joan the reply is immediate.Then you are met by a lovely lady called val who runs you through everything you need to know about the apartment. The apartment has a compact kitchen but everything you require is there.The bathroom has a bath with a shower in it and has a washing machine if needed.The living room and bedroom both look on to a fabulous south facing balcony which is superb for having breakfast and when you come in it is ideal to relax with a drink.You are 10 mins from train station 5 mins from the beach and you are in the mix of all the shops.The apartment is situated in a hotel so you have the peace of mind with 24 hour security. .I would recommend this apartment to anybody and when our flights come out for next year we will be booking it again.

Fantastic appartement and place!

Best vacation ever!

We are 2 adults + 1 child. You can find everything in this apartement. And you can enjoy nice balcony to eat and nice bedroom to sleep... We could use Hotel facilities, too. Therefore we are commng back again this year!

Hidden gem of an apartment

This apartment is just what we needed. Located close enough to the beach, shops and restaurants, yet very peaceful. The large terrace is a wonderful place to relax after a long day on the beach or shops, and the rooftop views and jacuzzi were also very welcoming. We were welcomed by the host Valerie, who was very helpful and knowledgable about the local facilities available, and the apartment was very well maintained, with all the facilities we needed - including a lift to the 5th floor itself. We would certainly recommend the apartment to friends and family of all ages and have already planned to return for a longer holiday next year. We can`t wait!

Great apartment and great location

This is a lovely spacious and light apartment on top of the shopping streets and a short walk to the beach. You also have the supermarket very close by so there is no need for a car. The roof terrace is a lovely treat after a nice day at the beach. We would stay here again. Thank you

Everything you need and more from this super apart

From booking, arriving, being met by our host through to departure this was a smooth process. The apartment is located directly behind the famous Carlton Hotel with panoramic views from the shared roof terrace across Cannes. The roof terrace is a real bonus and incorporates a quality jacuzzi, large range of sun beds, changing room / toilet and shower. Although centrally located the apartment is not at all noisy and the outside patio area offers constant sun from 9am throughout the day. The twin air conditioning units ensure both the bedroom and lounge are kept cool and the kitchen is really well stocked with everything you need to ensure your breakfasts and snacks are suitably prepared. Rue d'antibes the main shopping strip is a stones throw away as is the excellent Casino supermarket for all essentials. We witnessed an amazing sea front firework display from the apartment one evening and we used the train to visit Marseillle to Menton but relished the return to the apartment in the evening. Val the host is a delight and will answer any queries you have ! I would certainly recommend this apartment. Excellent !

Despite its central location it is very quiet and peaceful to sit on the sunny terrace, and is hidden away from all the street noises.
