Hohenfelde zeichnet sich durch seine zentrale und moderne Lage aus. Du kannst hier shoppen ( Einkaufscenter Hamburger Meile mit dem Bus 15 Minuten ) und Bars (Sky & Sand Bar) und Restaurants vorfinden. Alles direkt zu Fuss zu erreichen. Aufgrund der Lage ist die Alster in 20 Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen und lädt euch zu einem romantischem Spaziergang ein.
Unsere Innenstadt, Museen und Musicals erreichst du ebenfalls in nur 5 Minuten per Bahn.

Dear guests, I have made now a lot of experiences and the experiences showed me, that 2 rules like be respectfull and responsible are not enough. Therefore I had to made clear and straight rules here to avoid misunderstandings. Therefore be so kind and take your time to read this rules and make sure, that your friends read them too, before you book, that we hopefully will not have any misunderstanding during your stay. Maybe these rules will sound a bit harsh for you but believe..Iam sorry to say this..the experience showed me..that this is the only way to host normal and nice people. If you are not gentle and not emphatic and trustfull, be so kind and book a different airbnb:)

01. I kindly inform you that loud noise, parties or any disturbance in the building is not in accordance with the regulations and is not allowed at anytime oft he day. Breaking this rule will lead to cancelation and you will loose your money or I will keep 350 € from your deposit.
02. The guest takes financial responsibility for anyone under this reservation and for any damage which occurs to the apartment or its furnishings during his or her stay.
03. Strangers are not allowed in the apartment. That means just those who booked are allowed to come in and stay. No one else. DON`T invite your friends from Hamburg even it`s just for 1 minute or just bringing the lugguage upstairs. They have to wait outside/downstairs for you. If you want, that they will be able to come with you, pay for them. Breaking this rule and not telling me zhat your friends have been there will cost you 50 € even they didnt stayed overnight. Adding more guests for normal price is possible when you inform me 1 day before.
04. No Service pets (No Dogs,no cats) => will lead to cancelation and you will loose your money. If your friend will visit you with a pet, this will cause 100 € extra cleaning. doesn`t matter how long the pet stayed inside the apartment.
05. No bikes, no children bikes, no wheel chair => will lead to cancelation and you will loose your
06. Early check in or check out has to be discussed with me 24 h before and will cost extra charge. If you are looking the door and leaving the apartment, the cleaning lady will inform Airbnb and will open the door after 11 am and will put your bags outside on your own responsibility.
07. CERO tolerance for smoking and marihuana. You are even not allowed to smoke outside the window. Because iam non smoker I can smell it. Go always outside the apartment and smoke there. If you will smoke inside my room or my apartment, the charge for each room you violated with cigarette smoke: Deposit burned €.
08. Every unexpected delay of check out: 150 € for every started hour. After Third hour depsoit is burned.
09. Disturbing my neighbours or my other Airbnb guests by loud music or your behaviour (because of aggresivness, beeing drunk, beeing dirty, Party) leads immdeiatly to cancelation. If this disturbing is made and my Neighbours are calling me to solve this with you personally = 200 € charge.

After the booking you will recieve from the premium partner of Airbnb "Hostaway" a link to enter your creditcard details. Just keep in mind that this is a standard procedure and is required for the safety and protection of both the host and the guest. If you have any concerns or questions, please don't hesitate to ask Airbnb or me. Without leaving your credit card, I cant let you inside the apartment. The amount will NOT be debited from your card. Its just on HOLD. After check out this HOLD status will be deleted after 7 days automaticly and this process is free of charge for you.
11. Besides this you will find the rental agreement again on the link and you have to sign the rental agreement on Hostaway again.
