Verbesserungswürdig: Sauberkeit, Ausstattung, Zustand der Unterkunft und Kommunikation
Property was advertised with WiFi, microwave, living room, oven, toaster etc. it did not have any of that. I felt that we were mislead with the false advertising. I would never have stayed there if I knew it was the case. We bought some food to cook at the place but ended up buying take aways because there were no oven, microwave, or a toaster.
The place was extremely dirty and covered in cob webs and spiders. There were dead bugs all over the place and a paper towel roll half eaten by a mouse or a rat. The bed was so noisy, we could not get a good night sleep and the pillows were old an worn out.
We could not open a window because the plants outside our window were so overgrown and full of spiders, mosquito's etc. There is no fan so it was very hot inside.
There were no proper knives to even cut a tomato. We could not have cereal because there are no bowls to use.
The place was advertised on a river, which is no where to be found. There were photos of the pond at the back but we could not access it because they are renovating the building.
We were so disappointed by staying in a place like this since we have travelled so far. An absolute waste of money.
I would never ever recommend this place
