On the ground floor of the villa there is a spacious living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining table. From there, there is a beautiful view of the pool and a terrace with sun loungers, children's facilities, table tennis and badminton.
There are also four bedrooms with private bathrooms and an additional toilet.
In the basement of our house there is an additional living room of 35m2 where there is a billiards table and darts. The room can be used as a bedroom with two extra beds that can be moved if necessary.

Our guests can reach Savudrija (lighthouse, beach bars, restaurants with excellent cuisine, beaches, harbors...), Umag (tennis courts, sandy beach, entertainment for young and children, catering offer, shops...), Novigrad (beautiful beaches, open and clear sea, bars),..... The famous Parenzana cycling trail will take you through the beauties of this area, and the proximity of the highway and local roads allows for quick access to Poreč, Pula, Rovinj, Brijuni National Park, central Istria.....
