Apartment close to university and Mater Dei Hospital for long lets

About this space
This chic fully furnished two bedroom apartment is new, tastefully decorated and is situated in a very nice area close to all amenities. It is ideal for those mature people or responsible students working/studying at University of Malta or Mater Dei Hospital.

Please enquire for prices of less than 6 months and whether this is possible.

If the whole space is required then the price for 3 persons is needed to be booked.

A contract will be signed on arrival.

A security deposit is to be paid and is refunded back up to 48 hours after departure.

Please note that the dining chairs vary from those in the picture.

A payment release fee applies. This depends on the length of the booking.


The space
The apartment includes a kitchen/living/dining, one twin bedroom, one larger single bedroom and a shower room. The single bedroom has a small terrace. The kitchen is fully functional and equipped to a high standard with modern appliances including microwave. Please note that the dining chairs are different from the photos. Specifications and services include washing machine and lift.
Guest access
This flat is on the third floor which is easily accessed by a lift.
Other things to note
We are looking for mature people and/or responsible students who wish to stay for long periods of 6 months or more.



Late check-ins between 8pm and 7am are charged €25

WIFI is not included in monthly rentals.

Bed sheets and towels are not included in the price.

WATER & ELECTRICITY is not included in long stays. The below applies ONLY in case of shorter stays, and when accepted:
Regarding water and electricity the below amounts are included in the price. ELECTRICITY: 5KWh (for 1 person)/day and 7KWh(for up to 2 persons)/day FREE WATER: 0.7 cubic meter (for 1 person/week) and 1 cubic meter (for 2 persons)/week FREE

Extra units used are to be paid for at the below listed rates (subject to change according to government rates):

ELECTRICITY
The next 18KWh are charged at 0.25 euro/unit/day
The remaining units are charges at 0.42 euro/unit/day

WATER
The remaining water units used are charged at 5.50 euro/cubic meter.

Please note that we have no control over noises in the apartment due to works in the same block or the neighbourhood. In that case you agree not to complain to us.

No extra guests can come to stay above those booked for without our approval.

Final cleaning does not include kitchen things. Extra cleaning required will be charged additionally.
