Brilliant Luxury villa 3.5 miles from Disney, south facing pool and whirl pool. Oak Island Harbour/Kissimmee area, Kissimmee area, Orlando/ Disney area, Central East, Florida, USA. Master 1 King on first floor, 2 Queen, 2 single. & 2 Sofa bed. Large screen tv in family room. Game room, tv's and dvd/vcr players in every bedroom. Stereo System in Family Room. Unlimited telephone call in the continental United States. Wireless internet throughout the house and by the pool. Very quiet area, but so close to all the excitement of the amusement parks and beaches. Tranquil fountain in the lake just behind the villa is so relaxing. Empfehlenswert!!!

Wir haben ein sehr schönes und gepflegtes Haus vorgefunden. Die Vermieterin Kathryne ist eine sehr hilfsbereite und zuvorkommende Eigentümerin. Sie ist stets erreichbar gewesen und sehr hilfsbereit. Wenn etwas zu klären war, hat Kathryne sofort reagiert und alles in die Wege geleitet. Sehr schöner Pool und sehr gut eingerichtete Küche. Das freistehende Haus ist sehr schön an einem See gelegen. Die Inneneinrichtung ist gut und stilvoll. Man fühlt sich gleich wohl in dieser Umgebung! Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt für Lebensmitteleinkäufe, Essen gehen und die Attraktionen sind sehr einfach und schnell erreichbar. Wirklich empfehlenswert! Vielen lieben Dank für alles Kathryne!!!

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in bester Lage

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Villa von Kathryne, einen sehr warmen Empfang in sehr guter und ruhigen Lage. Zu den Parks und vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten nur wenige Minuten. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht, der Pool ist super, und es ist sauber und hat massig Platz. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und an dieser Stelle noch einmal ein herzliches Dankeschön an die Vermieterin Kathryne... You are the best.... Warmest regards Claudia and friends.

This is an excellent property in a fabulous lakeside position. Very convenient for the Disney parks and the recent Margaritaville development offers good shops and dining options locally. Kathryne was easy to communicate with and could not have been more helpful.

Felt like home

Great house close to everything, and a super quiet neighborhood. The pool is fantastic. We loved being able to get away from the noise and have a quiet place to retreat to. Fabulous property and service

Loved our stay in this villa. Perfect location and extremely well appointed with thoughtful service from the owner including a welcome food and snack pack. Pool area is lovely with gorgeous view of the lake and we enjoyed the jacuzzi too although corners of the pool deck could do with a power wash! The interior is immaculate and beautifully presented with everything you could need. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Great Location & Great Pool

Great rental located with easy access to everything. It's in a quiet residential neighborhood, so it was a great break from all the crowds. The property itself was well maintained and had very nice amenities. We used the pool and hot tub multiple times per day. It was great having a pool to ourselves with an awesome view of the pond and fountain. The host, Kathryne, was incredibly responsive and easy to reach via text message. Our only complaint is that we weren't able to stay longer. Looking forward to booking this again in the future.

The gorgeous view out by the pool with the lake and fountain.
Ease of entry, quiet, house is clean and well maintained. All the facilities a vacationer needs to relax and enjoy their vacation.
