Das Ferienhaus Spacious Sunny Relaxing Lanzarote in Puerto del Carmen ist die ideale Unterkunft für einen entspannten Urlaub. Die 81 m² große Unterkunft besteht aus einem Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcouch, einer voll ausgestatteten Küche, 2 Schlafzimmern und 1 Badezimmer und bietet somit Platz für bis zu 5 Personen. Zur Ausstattung gehören außerdem Highspeed-WLAN (für Videoanrufe geeignet), ein Ventilator, eine Waschmaschine sowie britisches und weltweites Kabel- und Satellitenfernsehen und Netflix (Streaming).
Das Besondere an dieser Unterkunft ist der private Außenbereich mit einer teilweise überdachten Terrasse. Die Unterkunft hat Zugang zu einem gemeinsamen Außenbereich mit einem Pool, einem Grill und einer Außendusche.
Das Ferienhaus ist nur 10 Minuten vom Strand Playa Blanca in Puerto del Carmen und 10 Minuten vom Strand Playa Chica entfernt.

Die Ferienwohnung ist ausreichend, aber nicht üppig ausgestattet. Dennoch keine schlechte Wahl.

Übergabe und Rückgabe waren einfach über das in der Anlage befindliche Büro zu erledigen. Alles lief freundlich in spanisch oder englisch ab. Die gesamte Anlage ist in ENGLISCHER / IRISCHER Hand. Wlan ist nur am Pool von der Poolbar zu bekommen und kann nicht in der Wohnung genutzt werden. Ist die Poolbar geschlossen, gibt es kein Wlan. Deutsche Fernsehsender können Sie auch nicht sehen. Die Wohnung hat keine Sat-Anlage, sondern nur eine terrestrische Antenne. Die kanarischen Sender sind nicht zahlreich und auch nicht von guter Qualität. Spülmittel usw. müssen sie selbst mitbringen. Wer keinen Wert auf Wlan und deutsches Fernsehen legt, dem kann man die Wohnung durchaus empfehlen.

Bon séjour à Puerto Del Carmen

Appartement bien équipé et pratique. Seul bémol les wc dans la salle de bain mais on s y fait. Bonne literie La plage est à 10 minutes à pieds avec un retour plus difficile que l allée pour la côte à monter. Francisco est très gentils à l écoute et répond vite. La résidence avec la piscine est très bien entretenue et bien placée au calme avec les commerces à côté. Très bonnes vacances chez Francisco je recommande si vous voulez passer des bonnes vacances à puerto del Carmen

Well located to explore the island

A good location to be able to explore the island of Lanzarote, good accessable free parking all around the apartment. A short stroll down to the Puerto and playas. The apartment boasts a selection of DvDs which came down to two, but without the ability to play them, the wifi is excellent, and the tv once connected to a payment schem e gives you all the channels you have in the UK (Ex pats tv) €7 99 for a month, so a € a night for a weeks stay. The cooking facilries ate limited as the hob is very slow to heat, and it would benefit of a scouring pad and cloth were supplied to help with washing up. Maybe a small amount of washing up liquid would go a long way to help those who are only here for a week and will eat out most days & nights.

A wonderfully comfortable, safe space

This apartment was ideal for the two of us ladies. It was an excellent size, very clean and felt very private. Although we arrived at the apartment just as the lockdown occurred we were able to still enjoy the break. We were located near supermarkets so could shop and cook for ourselves. We were aware that there was no oven so adjusted accordingly. The Luz y Mar is a small complex of apartments with a swimming pool and small food/ drink bar. We could not avail of those facilities. However, our balcony was large and accommodated table, chairs and had 2 sunbeds. We enjoyed our stay very much and would not hesitate to return to the apartment or Lanzarote to explore the island more. Thank you.

There were a few issues but were quickly corrected by frank

The property could do with updating to accommodate people in the winter months a small fan heater was the only heating at night the apartment bedrooms and hallways were other cold after 6pm the kitchen tv and furniture were very good the owner was very easy to contact and very pleased and happy to address any issues the person on site who managed Frank's apartment did not appear easy to approach nor able to be contacted after 4 30 pm and atweekends after noon Sat until mon

Luz y Mar does what it says on the tin

Have stayed in this complex on numerous occasions however not in room 24. Have to say it does all that is asked. Cleaned once in the 2 weeks. However there's a washing machine and cleaning items for you to utilize no problems. There is a safe and tv with all uk and international channels . Bright spacious well equipped home from home

We stayed at Frank's apartment over the Christmas period and had a fantastic time. The apartment is more than adequate for a comfortable stay, it is well equipped with everything that you need from hair dryer to washing machine. It is close to all amenities whether self catering with Lidl and hyper dino on your door step or eating out with fantastic restaurants only 10 mins walk away. Would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone and would not hesitate to rebook here for next time we are in Lanzarote.

Brilliant

What an amazing holiday ,resort and apartment!! Thank you so much for allowing us the use of your apartment ! From the location to every thing that was provided within the apartment we had a wonderful stay! The boys had their own room and said that their beds were lovely and comfortable and having a double bed in the other room was a bonus! The WiFi was an added advantage we all enjoyed especially the boys! The weather was fantastic and we enjoyed the spacious balcony everyday! Billy’s bar even provided live music which we had the privilege of watching from the balcony! The area was nice and quiet but everything was within walking distance!! A special mention for Kazbar out the front what a lovely gentleman he made us feel so welcome!! Overall we would come back in the morning and hope we will return in the future, Thankyou again Frank!!!

Superb location and apartment

We stayed here for a week - family of 4 with 2 teenagers. Had an absolutely great time. The apartment has everything that you need and was more spacious than we thought it would be. balcony is a real suntrap but also has shade. The pool area is fantastic and Billy and his staff are extremely helpful with local knowledge on where to eat etc. BBQ night on a Friday was a particular highlight. Excellent location for the Old Town, beach and the strip. We will be booking again. Many thanks Frank

Appartement très correct

Bel appartement spacieux, propre. Ce qui est très agréable c'est la terrasse isolée des autres appartements et semi couverte qui abrite du soleil et surtout du vent car nous avons eu beaucoup de vent toute la semaine mais avons quand meme pu profiter d'être dehors. Le petit hic se serait le micro onde à changer car pas mal d'impact de rouille à l'intérieur. Je recommande cette location.

Lovely holiday

This appartment is really nice it has everything you need. It has a lovely pool and the bar and bar staff are great, good food and beer at very cheap prices. We met up with the owners of the apartment Frank and Daphne they were really lovely people. We would certainly book again with them.

Great location

Me and my girlfriend had a great 10 days at this property, it was spacious and clean with a good location and a private sun terrace, billys pool bar down on the complex was great too, €2 for a pint, can you complain? The bar staff were all friendly with good banter and helpful too, the pool was surprisingly bigger than i first thought from pictures i had seen before arriving, overall we had a fantastic time and i would definitely come back to this complex and stay in the same apartment too.

Superb, spacious apartment in a great location

In PDC for last two weeks in September staying in Frank's apartment at the Luz Y Mar complex - superb on all counts. Apartment is clean and well fitted with everything you could need....kitchen excellent, shower powerful and bed comfy. Balcony is very much a suntrap but does have its own shade, plus parasol if needed whilst lying on loungers provided. Pool area is lovely and Billy's Pool Bar exactly what you need whilst chillin' in the sun PDC old harbour is less than 10 min walk downhill and Av de las Playa is about the same Recommended resort, apartment and location Owner communications can't be faulted R n R

Good location, clean apartment!

The apartment is in a good location for bars and restaurants. When we arrived the apartment was clean and tidy and is an ideal size for a family or two couples sharing. The balcony was a sun trap in the day and nice to sit out at night. The pool bar is great for food and drinks and is run by friendly people. A dish cloth and washing up liquid would have been appreciated in the apartment, bit annoying having to buy them whilst on holiday. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would happily book again!

Great apartment

Spotless, good size, basic decor. Lovely sunny balcony

Well equipped kitchen, comfortable lounge, good size bedrooms. Balcony would have been enhanced by addition of sun loungers. On site bar, friendly staff. Never noisy at night.

Great location, easy to find, great value accomodation

We very much enjoyed our stay, the accommodation was easy to find/access from the airport with plenty of close parking. All amenities conveniently close and in a perfect place from which to tour the island if desired. We stayed close to Christmas time and found the complex to be quietly busy, whilst not full we found it pleasantly peaceful with a very easy going atmosphere. The apartment itself is simple and basic, with just what you would need and no more. For us this was perfect, with two children we prefer somewhere where you get just what you pay for, if we needed anything else we could go out and get it ourselves. With the local amenities close by this was no problem, so eat in one night, restaurant the next. TV and washing facilities ideal, plus great secure balcony for relaxing. All in all excellent value, an easy relaxing holiday had by all, and accommodation that I would have no hesitation returning to. Thanks to Frank.
