I trust this message finds you well. I am writing to express my deep disappointment and concern regarding our recent stay at your property. Unfortunately, our experience was marred by a series of issues that warrant immediate attention.
Firstly, we were surprised to find additional charges on our card related to the BBQ grill cleaning and $60 for foil. We ensured the grill was cleaned, and the foil, which was found to be empty boxes hidden in the pantry, was never utilized. It is disheartening to be charged for items that weren't used and for a cleaning fee that seems unjust.
Moreover, we faced challenges with the amenities provided. The pool was consistently freezing, the hot tub drained every morning and remained cold until 9 pm each night, and the house was set at 82 degrees, leading to a musty atmosphere. Despite our attempts to adjust the air conditioning to 70 degrees, it never came on after the first day. We refrained from using the pool due to its low temperature.
The lack of towels at the property compelled us to share towels daily and fluff them in the dryer. Additionally, we purchased essential items such as laundry soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, garbage bags, napkins, paper plates, hand soap, toilet paper, and paper towels, which are typically provided by rental properties.
We made a sincere effort to leave the house in impeccable condition, cleaning it cleaning it thoroughly, and even restocking supplies beyond what we found up
