Near: Metro "Sports Palace" (blue line), 5 minutes, "Khreshchatyk" (red line) for 7 minutes, "Theatre" (red line) 8 minutes. Entrance from the street. On entering the front door code lock. The apartment is on the 2nd floor of 6 story building. Two rooms: bedroom + living room. Accommodates up to 4 people (2 + 2). The bedroom has a double bed in the living room sofa. The apartment is fully equipped with corner spa bath, washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, hairdryer, electric kettle, stove, air conditioning, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, iron, water boiler, phone. Cleaning upon arrival and departure, as well as additional cleaning once a week for stays of 7 days or more included. If necessary, you can order additional cleaning. Our driver can meet you at the airport/train station to the apartment and settled. Either drive from the apartment to the airport/train station at any time (extra charge).

The apartment is located in the center of Kiev. Near to the apartment is located the legendary Bessarabsky market and supermarket "BILLA", there is "Arena City" with shopping centre "Mandarin Plaza" in which delicacy-market "Le Silpo" has opened, and new shopping centre "Gulliver" with set of shops, cafe, a cinema, entertainment and business centers, 3 min walk to main Khreshchatyk street and 5 min walk from subway station.

Early check-in and late check-out are additional services, which is 1/2 of the daily rate and can be confirmed 24 hours before the day of arrival.

-Since the apartment is located in an apartment building, we have a huge request to comply with an acceptable level of noise, especially after 10 pm. Smoking in the apartment is not desirable. It is desirable to do on the balcony or on the landing near the elevator.
To get from Boryspil Airport (38 km), we offer meeting and transfer at the airport, it costs 30 EURO or 35 USD. And we strongly recommend to use our airport transfer in the event of your early arrival or late departure as this makes it easier to transfer the keys and helps save time for everyone.
