The apartment is located on the 5th floor in a building with all conveniences. Two bedrooms with large beds will be available for guests. Each bedroom has a TV and air conditioning. One bedroom has a balcony. The kitchen is small but it has everything you need for preparing light breakfasts and lunches. A large bathroom with a shower and a spa bath is also available. The apartment has a small guest toilet. In the hallway is a large closet for things and suitcases. In a large and cozy living room, it will be convenient to relax and watch TV. One of the sofas is laid out in the sleeper.
The house was built in the early 19th century. It was one of the first houses on the square, which was renamed Tolstovskaya in 1920. The house was profitable and belonged to the Kyiv wine merchant Lev Bendersky. At that time it was the tallest residential building in Kyiv. The facade was magnificently decorated. At your disposal, there are two large bedrooms, two balconies with wonderful views of the city and a large comfortable living room. The entrance to the building is guarded.
The apartment is located in the center of Kiev. Near to the apartment is located the metro stations "Ploscha Lva Tolstoho" and "Palace Sportu" and , there is "Arena City" with shopping centre "Mandarin Plaza" in which delicacy-market "Le Silpo" has opened, and new shopping centre "Gulliver" with set of shops, cafe, a cinema, entertainment and business centers, 7 min walk to main Khreshchatyk street.

Early check-in and late check-out are additional services, which is 1/2 of the daily rate and can be confirmed 24 hours before the day of arrival.

-Since the apartment is located in an apartment building, we have a huge request to comply with an acceptable level of noise, especially after 10 pm. Smoking in the apartment is not desirable. It is desirable to do on the balcony or on the landing near the elevator.

To get from Boryspil Airport (38 km), we offer meeting and transfer at the airport, it costs 30 EURO or 35 USD. And we strongly recommend to use our airport transfer in the event of your early arrival or late departure as this makes it easier to transfer the keys and helps save time for everyone.
