Modern 1-room comfortable apartment on the 8th floor (elevator, intercom) in an 11-story building. The house is 2 minutes walk from the metro station "Klovskaya" and 10 minutes. walk from the metro station "Palace Sportu" and Bessarabska Square. You can park your car in the yard or in a parking lot near the office center "Sail". Near is a 24-hour supermarket "Buffet" in the shopping and entertainment complex Arena City. Across the street, there is a culinary store where you can have a tasty meal and order food with you. The apartment was renovated in May 2018. At your service in the apartment is satellite TV (ALL foreign channels). There is internet WI-FI. There are all appliances: microwave, electric kettle, refrigerator, air conditioning, water boiler, oil heater, washing machine, hairdryer, iron, ironing board. The bathroom is adjacent. The apartment is fully equipped with bedding and bath accessories.

Early check-in and late check-out are additional services, which is 1/2 of the daily rate and can be confirmed 24 hours before the day of arrival.

-Since the apartment is located in an apartment building, we have a huge request to comply with an acceptable level of noise, especially after 10 pm. Smoking in the apartment is not desirable. It is desirable to do on the balcony or on the landing near the elevator.
To get from Boryspil Airport (38 km), we offer meeting and transfer at the airport, it costs 30 EURO or 35 USD. And we strongly recommend to use our airport transfer in the event of your early arrival or late departure as this makes it easier to transfer the keys and helps save time for everyone.
