The apartment with designer repair is located in a house on the third floor without an elevator. The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 3 people. There is a separate bedroom with a standard comfortable bed and a living room with a folding sofa behind the glass door. The windows of the apartment face a quiet inner courtyard, but if you leave the courtyard, you get to one of the central streets of Kyiv. At the same time, the apartment is very quiet. The apartment has an area of 42 square meters with high ceilings creating a large volume even with a small area. The apartment is equipped with everything necessary for comfortable living bedding and dishes, household appliances (microwave oven, kettle, electric stove, refrigerator, washing machine)


The apartment is located in the center of Kiev. Near to the apartment is located the metro stations "Ploscha Lva Tolstoho" and "Palace Sportu" and , there is "Arena City" with shopping centre "Mandarin Plaza" in which delicacy-market "Le Silpo" has opened, and new shopping centre "Gulliver" with set of shops, cafe, a cinema, entertainment and business centers, 11 min walk to main Khreshchatyk street.

-Since the apartment is located in an apartment building, we have a huge request to comply with an acceptable level of noise, especially after 10 pm. Smoking in the apartment is not desirable. It is desirable to do on the balcony or on the landing near the elevator.
To get from Boryspil Airport (38 km), we offer meeting and transfer at the airport, it costs 30 EURO or 35 USD. And we strongly recommend to use our airport transfer in the event of your early arrival or late departure as this makes it easier to transfer the keys and helps save time for everyone.
