Willkommen in der Casa JR, einer ruhigen, sauberen, voll möblierten 3-Zi-Wohnung mit 2,5 Bädern und allem, was Sie sich wünschen können. Der Strand ist nur wenige Meter entfernt. Pool direkt vor der Wohnung. Entspannen Sie in der Wohnung, in lokalen Restaurants oder Bars oder am Strand. Sehen Sie den Regenwald, erleben Sie Seilrutschen oder reiten Sie am Strand oder zu den Wasserfällen.

Die Wohnung ist komplett mit Waschmaschine, Trockner, Klimaanlage und einer voll ausgestatteten Küche ausgestattet. Bequeme Betten mit hochwertiger Bettwäsche. Große Schränke in jedem Schlafzimmer. Es gibt ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer für entspannende Abende. Weniger als zwei Minuten zu Fuß die Straße hinunter zum Strand. Direkt vor der Tür der Eigentumswohnung befindet sich ein Pool, der für kleine Kinder und Familien sicher ist. Es gibt auch eine Terrasse mit einem Grill für Mahlzeiten im Freien. Highspeed-WLAN, Fernseher und DVD-Player. Die Wohnung hat auch ein Telefon in der Küche und Schlafzimmer.

Samara ist eine einzigartige costaricanische Strandstadt. Es ist der Himmel auf Erden. Casa JR befindet sich im Zentrum der Stadt, mit Bäckereien, frischen Obstständen, köstlichen und preiswerten Restaurants, die alle innerhalb von zwei Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Es ist das Beste aller Welten - ruhig und beschaulich und im Herzen dieser kleinen Strandstadt.

Andere schöne Strände sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Direkt am Strand können Sie reiten, tauchen, schnorcheln, Kajak fahren und surfen.

In der Stadt gibt es auch eine Sprachschule und eine Massageschule. In der Stadt gibt es ein Indoor- / Outdoor-Fitnessstudio mit täglichen Kursen. Auch mehrere Yogaschulen und Spas im Umkreis von 30 Autominuten.

Nice place in central Samara

Large, clean, and centrally located. Nice size bedrooms, enough room for the 5 of us to live together comfortably. A/C works great. Walk to the beach in about 5 minutes through the center of town. You can also walk to all the restaurants very easily in minutes. Recommended.

perfect location and tons of space

The condo is huge with 3 large bedrooms. The kitchen is very well equipped including a milk frother! Books, games and beach chairs available. Washing and drying machine.The grocery store is next door which is very convenient. A nice bakery is less than 100m away. tye access to the beach is quick and easy. It is about a 2 minute walk. I strongly recommend!

Family villa in the heart of samara

great place to stay in the heart of samara, i stayed here with my family, which included our kids (3, 6, and 10 months), my wife, and her parents. we were very comfortable with the space, the kitchen was nice and big which helped prepare a few meals. the villa's location was excellent. we didnt have a car and stayed here for a week, we mostly walked everywhere and if you needed to go somewhere a little far, uber was available. the villa had some nice extras like beach chairs, umbrellas, and they were very appreciated. the villa was also located right next to two main stores so getting groceries was not time consuming whatsoever. i would highly recommend this place to someone looking for a decent size place to have a big family.

Super spot in Samara

Condo was great! Right in heart of the little town. Walking distance to everything including beach. Gated parking. Clean, safe, had all amenities, comfortable beds (could sleep 8), artistic and natural decor. Right next to grocery store.

Central, Spacious, Comfortable and Well Equipped

We loved our stay at Casa Jr. Two blocks from the beach, next to a great grocery store and across the street from a great fruiteria where we got cold coconuts to drink many afternoons. The beds are so comfortable! So much space for our family to spread out and young kids to play. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals in. There were ample places to charge devices, USB ports and we enjoyed the Alexa device in the kitchen for music. There was only one day in the 3 weeks we were there that we shared the pool. We loved the pool noodle, body board and ball that were provided. In house laundry was a must for our stay and we loved the convenience. We did have to dry multiple cycles when towels were in the wash, but otherwise everything worked great! Anabelle and Paul were all very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

Great value, surprisingly quiet for being right in the heart of Samara

The condo is very spacious, 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Very fast low latency and stable internet. Was able to work remotely w/ VPNs and had no issues. Well stocked kitchen. Washer and dryer worked great. Good security with locked gates and Tico style locking outer door, bars on windows, outside lights. Grocery store right next to the building, 2 minute walk. Overall a good choice for larger groups that want to be in the heart of the Samara action and walking close to the beach.

Clean, great location, strong reliable wifi

Our whole family thoroughly enjoyed our month in Sámara. Our arrival at the Casa Jr. was seamless; instructions for access were clear and the place was spotless. The condo has tons of room and the pictures are an accurate reflection of actual size. The kitchen is well stocked with all necessities to cook at the condo and it's within a 2 minute walk of the three main grocery stores. The walk to the beach is less than 2 minutes, and tons of restaurant and shopping options nearby. With two young children we were also grateful for the pool when nap times limited our beach-time. We were also very impressed by the wifi. It was reliable and fast the whole time allowing us to use Zoom for work without issue. Overall, the outside of the condo property is starting to show it's age a bit and could use some maintenance and updating (pool missing tiles, lights around pool and pergola broken, etc.). But, nothing that affected our enjoyment of the property and we had a great time overall! Thank you for a great place to call home base!

Access to the condo was easy. Everything we needed was there. We did have an issue with the roof making a lot of noise. We informed the manager and it was corrected in a timely matter. Then we had an issue with the refrigerator, again we informed the manager and it was fixed as soon as possible. Highly recommended this property. We will be returning

Wonderful rental

We appreciated the communication received, ease of finding things, prompt response to questions and comfort provided. Only problem we had was with customs on arrival when we didnt know the address. We had Paul's directions printed and there really didnt seem to have an address, but they seemed satisfied with 'Casa Jr.' Thanks for a lovely holiday!

Fantastic time in Samara!

What a wonderful time we had! Communication leading up to and during the trip was fantastic. We had lots of questions :) The condo was great. Easy location and lots of space. After a week in an Ecolodge (wonderful in its own way) it was nice for our kids to feel a bit more comfortable. As disclosed the condo is right in town which does mean it gets noise into the evening. Our kids, 6 and 9, were tired enough from our adventures each day that it didn't bother them much and it was done by about 10pm. The condo had everything we needed! The pool area has a shade over the pool. The tables put there are different, cement, and not under the cover but it was still great. Samara itself was great too. The condo is right at the start of town with many restaurants and shops, though I was surprised by how many things were closed, especially during busy season. Pizza and ice cream right across the street were perfect for when we arrived in the late evening on the first day. The Italian place on the beach was a great final night out and had a fire dancer! The international food court was great for lunch so everyone could get what they wanted. We even had to visit Dr Freddy, thankfully he was right on the corner. Everyone was so kind and friendly, we had a truly wonderful time!

Highly Recommend

Fabulous condo in an amazing location! Within a block to beach, all restaurants and shops. Condo is modern, well supplied everything needed and very clean. There is secured on site parking. We were a family of 6- two 50's and four 20's. We were very comfortable and thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the quaint beach town of Samara. I have no reservations highly recommending this condo.

Perfect location

We had a wonderful stay in a clean and spacious condo. They had a crib upon request, plenty of blankets/towels. Loved that it was right next to a new grocery store, less then 5 minute walk to beach, coffee shop across the street and surrounded by lots of shops and restaurants. Communication with host was great and issues were minimal but managed quickly. We will stay again!

Family-friendly and great location

The apt was in a convenient location, just a short 5 min walk to the beachfront, many restaurants and a grocery store next door. There was a fully-equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, and things for the beach (towels, chairs, umbrellas), which made it a great stay for our family with young kids. The things that could have been better were the showers (couldn't really get any hot water, although we didn't need it so much and the shower heads seemed to spray everywhere) and the community pool, which was indicated in the description, didn't seemed to be cleaned/maintained at all (some animal poop, horse?) was near the pool for our whole stay.

Perfect location near beach and businesses / Great condo

My wife and I stayed here with our teenaged children and niece for a full month from mid-July to mid-August 2023. During weekdays, the kids studied at Intercultura Language School (5 min. walk) while the adults worked from home inside the condo. That worked perfectly because the WiFi signal was strong and consistent throughout the condo; each room had an air conditioning unit; and the condo was bright, cheerful, and spacious. For us, this was the ideal condo and location and, were we return to Samara, we would want to stay here again. First, the condo is ideally located a 3-minute walk from the beach; a 5-minute walk from Intercultura; next door to Rindemas supermarket; and around the corner from Roots Bakery. Second, the layout and facilities were perfect for the 5 of us, with ample natural light, spacious living room/kitchen, and ample privacy in the 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom faces the car port/courtyard, so it's very quiet; the 2 rooms with the shared bathroom face the main street, so it can be noisier, though the kids never had problems sleeping because it gets quiet no later than 10pm. Third, the owner Paul, property manager Anabelle, and cleaner Rosa were all friendly, responsive, and thoughtful. When a showerhead broke, it was fixed immediately. Awesome folks.

Close to it all!

We loved our stay in this comfy condo with all amenities and in the heart of Sámara. We walked the 2-3 minutes to the gorgeous beach most days and used the building’s pool a lot. There are three groceries within minutes, plenty of restaurants and a fantastic language school is a five minute walk. Communication was great and check-in/out was simple. There is a fair amount of noise from the street and nearby restaurant but we all still slept great. Thanks for a lovely stay!
