Willkommen in unserem Haus im Papakea Resort, einem 13 Hektar großen Resort am Meer mit einem Gefühl von Aloha. Der Komplex besteht aus zwei Flachbauten mit jeweils einem eigenen Poolbereich am Meer, darunter ein Spa, eine überdachte Cabana und mehrere Gasgrills. Das Resort verfügt auch über zwei große Putting Greens, zwei Shuffleboard-Plätze, drei beleuchtete Tennisplätze und eine Reihe von wunderschönen Koiteichen.

Für diejenigen unter Ihnen, die ihre Arbeit einfach nicht hinter sich lassen können, bietet Papakea WLAN-Internetzugang im gesamten Resort. Wenn Sie sich entspannen möchten, befinden sich die Golfplätze von Kapalua und Kaanapali in der Nähe und tolle Strände zum Schnorcheln und Boogie-Boarding sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Darüber hinaus verfügt Papakea über einen eigenen Activity Desk, der von Fachleuten besetzt ist, die Ihnen bei der Planung der großartigen Aktivitäten auf der Insel Maui behilflich sind.

Unsere Wohnung mit Meerblick in der obersten Etage wurde komplett renoviert und umfasst hochwertige Schränke, Fliesen, Farbe, Teppich und Haushaltsgeräte. Es verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder auf 1200 Quadratmetern.

Der Wohnbereich bietet reichlich Sitzgelegenheiten sowie Kabel-TV und einen DVD-Player. Der Esstisch bietet Platz für sechs Personen, mit zusätzlichen Sitzgelegenheiten auf der Veranda mit Meerblick. Die Gourmetküche ist komplett ausgestattet mit Geschirr, Kochutensilien, Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Toaster und Kaffeemaschine. Das Gerät hat auch eine eigene Waschmaschine und Trockner.

Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Pillow-Top-Kingsize-Bett, viel Platz für Kommoden und Schränke sowie einen Flachbildfernseher. Es bietet einen uneingeschränkten Meerblick und ein eigenes Bad. Das Badezimmer verfügt über eine ebenerdige Dusche, einen separaten Waschtisch und einen Haartrockner. Das zweite Schlafzimmer auf der Hauptebene verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett und ein Doppelbett, einen weiteren Fernseher und ein angrenzendes Badezimmer. Das Loft mit Blick auf den Wohnbereich verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett und eine Sitzecke mit einem TV und einem DVD-Player. Großartig für die Kinder! Alle Zimmer verfügen über eine Klimaanlage für die seltenen Tage, an denen die tropische Brise nicht ausreicht.

Perfect stay

My family and I just spent 10 days in this wonderful condo. Everything was just as listed. The condo was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The AC in the bedrooms and living area was cold and made our stay very comfortable.The grounds at Papakea are so well manicured and perfect for every families needs. Carol was easy to reach from beginning to end and made sure to check in with us during our stay. We will definitely be back!

Will be dreaming of the view

This was my third time to Maui but first time to Papakea and it did not disappoint. I came with my husband, two kids and mother in law - we had plenty of room to sleep and spread out in this unit. The view from this condo is absolutely breathtaking - morning, day and night. Since Hawaii with children means daily breaks and downtime in between the ocean, pool and adventures, this condo was the perfect place to stay. Why? Because we got to soak in the island vibes and relax while in the kitchen, living room and lanai. We had that Hawaii feel 24 hours a day - priceless! Papakea is very kid and family friendly with two pools, two hot tubs, two koi fish ponds, put put golfing, tennis, shuffleboard, corn hole and more. The property is beautifully situated and landscaped and walking distance to lots of amenities including groceries, coffee, food trucks, a park, shaved ice, restaurants and more. Condo owner Carol was very communicative and helpful and made booking and staying an easy process. We would ABSOLUTELY book her place again and hope to in the near future!! Mahalo!

Breathtaking views

My daughter and I truly enjoyed this wonderful property. Everything was so convenient and close we were able to walk to restaurants grocery store and everything that we needed. The view off the balcony and in the master bedroom is truly amazing. We were able to see some whales right off of the balcony. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the unit was stocked very well. We could not have asked for more.

40th Anniversary trip

The condo could not have been any better! It housed our family of six, five adults and a 5-year-old perfectly. It was just as described, perfectly appointed, clean, excellent view of property and ocean. The communication with the owner made it even more special. Carol provided us with a list of restaurants, things to do and many other helpful hints way ahead of time so we could plan our vacation appropriately. If and when we return to Maui, we will definitely be contacting Carol to stay in this beautiful condo.

Great Location / Great Unit

We spent 10 days at Papakea resort. Had a great view of the ocean and pool area from our patio. We walked to the nearby beach to watch the sunsets. Beds were comfortable. Unit was super clean. Beach trails and restaurants nearby - within walking distance. Some activities at the resort for the kids (shuffleboard, putt putt golf, pickleball).

Our Favorite So Far!

We’ve stayed in 7 different condos on Maui so far and this was by far our favorite! It was stocked with everything we needed, had very spacious rooms and great AC, amazing WiFi, and the a heated pool (the kids swam in it every morning and every night because it would glow at night!!) we loved this property and Carol was very quick to respond if we had any questions!

Wonderful Stay!

Our stay at the Papakea Penthouse in Maui was spectacular! The breathtaking view of the ocean from the condo (especially the primary guest room and the main living area!) created a serene and memorable experience for our whole family. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves added a touch of paradise to each day. The location was perfect, being next to a store for essentials and only a couple of short blocks from a variety of restaurants offering excellent dining options (and food trucks!). The overall ambiance, attention to detail, and thoughtful amenities made our stay truly wonderful. There were many beach chairs, and even coolers were an excellent added touch. We would unquestionably choose to stay at this property again for its perfect blend of relaxation and convenience, not to mention that the owner and resort managers were accommodating and helpful! We can't wait to go back!

Family vacation

The condo is pictured accurately to reflect the home. The view is beautiful. We enjoyed the tennis courts, mini golf, and shuffle board. The pools are nice and the grounds are well kept. There is no beach (which we knew) but we missed that nonetheless. I would say that the furnishings and contents (towels etc) of the condo could use an update/refresh. We were a family of 4 who stayed 11 days. We had to buy basics such as paper products (toilet paper, napkins, and paper towels) because there was a very limited supply which was disappointing and annoying given the overall cost of the stay. I expect to have enough of those items on site to last the length of our visit. There was also nothing extra such as saran wrap, foil, or even salt/pepper, etc...so, plan to buy all of those things at the store. We also would have liked a coffee bean grinder which they did not have although there is plenty of room in the cabinets for such. Overall, we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay, especially the view. However, I would rate this a 3.5 -4 star unit as compared to other places that we have stayed on the Hawaiian islands.

Would highly recommend!

From the moment I booked, Carol was in contact with me. She was extremely helpful and her communication was excellent. The check-in process was easy. The view of the pool and ocean was spectacular. Her condo accommodated my family very easily. The unit was exceptionally clean. There were ample bathroom and beach towels for our use. The air conditioning worked very well. It kept each room cool and comfortable. I would definitely rent her condo again in the future!

Perfect Family Condo

Our stay was amazing. The location was excellent, close to amazing beaches, restaurants, and the view was AMAZING! The owner was incredible, checking on us, especially when the fires started. She even tried to find us alternate accommodations when we had to be evacuated from front street.

We had a wonderful week at Carol's condo. She helped me keep my husband's 75th birthday surprise by communicating directly with me. Both my husband, myself and your 2 adult daughters loved the condo-great view-overlooking the pool, the ocean and the island of Molokai, location-beaches, stores, restaurants, food trucks, snorkeling and close to both Kapalua and Kaanapali, and amenities-beach chairs, coolers, outdoor grills at the pool, Koi pond, walking path, cabana with tables and chairs, outdoor showers, Pickleball, and even a putting green!. Carol was a wealth of information. This was our 3rd stay on Maui and definitely our best!

Perfect Maui vacation for family of 5

This condo was perfect for our family of 5. Very spacious and CLEAN. My daughter especially liked the loft area which gave her some space. The view from the balcony was gorgeous. Everything you need to cook a meal is in their well stocked kitchen, or if not up for cooking there is a food truck area within walking distance that undoubtedly will have something for everyone. Plenty of chairs by the pool and grass area overlooking the ocean. The pool was sparkling clean as well. We found the beach chairs and umbrella came in handy to take on our snorkeling outings. We would absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful ocean front condo

The ocean view from the fourth floor condo on Maui's northwest side was wonderful. The property was quiet on well manicured grounds and provided many fun activities. The condo was very clean and comfortable and provided everything we needed, plus additional items (beach chairs, beach towels) we didn't expect. This home was near many of the things we wanted to do (snorkel, swim in the ocean, relax on the beach, attend a luau, hike in the mountains, eat at good restaurants). Carol was very helpful in suggesting activities and places to see, and was very prompt in answering any questions I had. We had a wonderful time here and would definitely stay again when in Maui.

Spectacular Maui condo!

Location, was perfection. Walkable to lovely restaurants, fun truck eateries, sandy beach and delicious coffee. The condo was well supplied, clean with a view of the ocean, the sounds rocked us to sleep. Our family was comfortable, ate and enjoyed our time together. We loved our 13 day stay in this condo. The property is beautiful. The condo has a fabulous view of the ocean, and it was both peaceful and restful. We enjoyed exploring Maui, but we also really enjoyed staying on the property, sitting by the ocean or swimming in the pool. We would love to stay here again on our next visit!

Home away from home in Paradise

We spent the week of March 18th to the 25th and the accommodations were perfect for our group of 6 which consisted of two couples and my elderly mother and aunt. This unit overlooks the pool and far exceeded our expectations! It’s well stocked with just about anything you’ll need while you visit, including plenty of extra towels in both bathrooms and a pillow menu that can be found in the master closet. There were beach chairs for everyone an umbrella, boogie boards and ice chests to borrow. Best of all, the view is amazing! You’ll have clear, unobstructed views of the ocean from the balcony and master. Each night we opened the windows and slept listening to the waves. Another plus is that it’s within walking distance to ABC Stores where they have a full kitchen and you can order up hot food all day, a grocery store, restaurants and beach. Carol is an amazing host and was available anytime should we have questions prior to arrival and checked in with me the day after to make sure everything was going well. I would definitely stay again and hope to! I would recommend K404 at the Papakea Resort to all my friends and family.

Carol was always available when we were planning our dream family vacation! Everything was Absolutely as described, our family of 6 was very comfortable. We enjoyed the lanai every day along with the pool and hot tubs! We hope to vacation here again sometime soon!! Thank you Carol!

We went to Maui on our honeymoon 30 years ago and have gone at least once a year every year since. We always dreamed of having our own home on the island and were lucky enough to find Papakea 15 years ago. Papakea is one of the few remaining resorts on Maui that still maintains the feel of old Hawaii. It's quiet, with beautiful landscaping, plenty of open areas and a magnificent ocean view. We have enjoyed many wonderful vacations here with friends and family over the years.
