1 Schlafzimmer, 1 Badezimmer, erste Geschichte Eigentumswohnung / Studio direkt am Strand. Schattigen Deck Bereich und große Terrasse, die besten Sonnenuntergänge auf Anna Maria Island zu genießen. Sitz in der Veranda und genießen Sie Floridas einheimische Vegetation, die unser Eigentum einschließlich geschützter Sea Oates umgibt und wenn Sie Glück eine Schildkröte Nest. Zwei Jagd-Lounges sind für Ihre Sonnenbadevergnügen, sowie Gartenmöbel für Ihren Deck, bestehend aus einem Tisch und 4 Stühle zur Verfügung gestellt.
Studio / apt. wurde mit allen neuen Edelstahl-Küchengeräte, Küchenschränke und neue Betten und einem Flachbild-TV aktualisiert. Die Einheit für 6 Personen. Es gibt ein französisches Bett im Schlafzimmer, die sich von der Familie Zimmer durch eine neue Akkordeon Tür getrennt ist, wo es zwei Doppel Futons (jeweils Futon für 2). Es ist klein 8x20 beheizten Pool vor Ort. Ein Holzkohle und ein Gas-Grill im BBQ / Terrasse für Ihre Kochvergnügen zur Verfügung. Holzkohle und Kraftstoff sind nicht vorgesehen. Ein Gasaustauschtank ist für Minen zur Verfügung, wenn Sie einen Gasgrill bevorzugen. Ein neues Maß Doppel SS Holzkohle-Grill ist für Ihre Kochvergnügen hinzugefügt. Dieses Gerät verfügt über niedrige Decke und ist für Gäste größer als 6'1 "-6'2 empfohlen. (VRBO # 552126 wird empfohlen, da es Cathedral Ceiling hat) .Dieses Gerät verfügt über Parkplatz für nur ein Auto. Wifi aktiviert! Große Fenster AC / Heat Einheit regelt die Temperatur. Alles, was Sie für einen perfekten Strandurlaub !!

Great Location

The little apartment was as advertised and looked as if recently updated furniture wise. Plenty of towels and kitchen items, and comfortable bed, and enough lounge chairs on the shared patio for everyone. Walking out onto to the beach was perfect.

Beautiful location, cute place.

We enjoyed our stay. But, the mattress on the pull out needs to be replaced. It’s stained & dirty. And the pillows. They need to be replaced. That was the only thing really. Otherwise, it’s was a great location! Everything is there for you!

We really enjoyed our stay . The location and beach access was perfect. The ceilings in the first floor apartment are very low and the noise level from upstairs can be disturbing . One thing I would like to comment on is the cleaning solution is very strong smelling and continued to smell the entire time . We really enjoyed our stay here .

On the beach

Ive stayed on a couple of the units at this house. Can’t beat the location for steps on the beach and also restaurants on accessible stores. I’d recommend adding a memory foam topper to pull out couch. It would make a big difference.

Prefect for two

We enjoyed our stay in Casa #1. Frank always answered my questions promptly. If your stay while Wille is there consider yourself lucky! The only bad thing I have to say is the mattress is very firm. But there are couches that I could get up and sleep on too that we’re comfortable. We would 100% stay here again.

Great place on the beach

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would book again. It was the week after labor day and it was empty on the island and at this rental also which meant ir was quiet and no traffic to deal with. My only mentionably item would be the mini split AC unit was frozen solid upon our arrival, which led me to open the cover inside and see ir was completely full of black mold and ice. I had to turn it off daily for half the day to let it defrost and then turn it back on at night to be able to sleep. I would expect it to be better maintained for the price we paid to stay and AC in Florida is a basic expectation to meet. Otherwise loved the place.

Great place for 2.

We stayed in the upstairs unit a few years ago so we already knew the place and location. Great beach access. Wish they had a bigger pool. Only drawback is he couldn’t tell if this was a available next year until he knew the rates. I understand but I don’t know how long we can wait.

Perfect location, Older home

It’s obvious this condo was older by the posting. The location couldn’t be more perfect, literally steps onto the beach. Not an overpopulated spot. The home was well equipped and furnished. The cleanliness was good for the kitchen/bathroom but it did have a heavy mildew smell along with mold in the air conditioning units output. There were no extra linens for the pull out couch/additional sleeping space. It was perfect sized for my husband and I. The only issue we had was responded to very quickly. Overall, I’d stay again but not with kids due to the mold/mildew.

Great Location

The unit is as advertised.Access to the beach was easy as was short drive to eateries and shopping. Suggestion, please let people know who over 6'4" tall that you need to be ware of low ceilings in unit 1. I hit my head pretty hard a few times. But other than that it was fine. Sweet and simple

Cable is basic and usually not a care but we arrived when it was 37* on the beach lol. The pictures provided were accurate, the unit was clean and well supplied. Dish soap lacks. Tré was absolutely wonderful to deal with.

Excellent location

You can’t beat the location! It’s right on the beach. Unfortunately you can’t see the beach from this unit, which is stated so we were not surprised but I didn’t expect complete isolation from the beach. The pull couch beds were pretty good for couch beds. It’s a tight fit for 6 adults. The unit is well stocked in the kitchen. An extra roll of toilet paper would’ve been nice. Beach towels, toys, chairs and umbrellas were great. The 3 star rating is because how isolated I felt from the beach but mostly because the bed was terribly uncomfortable. I needed a ground floor unit because my mom can’t do stairs the unit met that need.

Access to the beach was fantastic! It is in need of some updates and a thorough cleaning. Photos on website do not accurately reflect the condition of the unit. On a positive note, the unit had everything needed to meet basic needs during our stay.

Don’t stay in the lower unit, very noisy! Hear every step, door, flush, chair move from unit above. Can’t actually see the beach from the “patio” To be fair you get what you pay for!!! Lesson learned.

Not Good

Our "stay" actually didn't happen. We walked into a dirty room linens and towels on the floor in a dirty pile. Nothing clean in site. The Manager said the last people left 2 days prior so he "didn't know why it wasn't clean" and that they couldn't get anyone there to clean it until the next day so it was either we sleep on dirty/no sheets or find a new place to stay. Luckily my parents were also on vacation right down to road so we were not completely stranded but if we could not have stayed at my parents we would have been on the streets. He did refund us for the stay so that's a plus but i would not recommend staying here.
