Drei Schlafzimmer, zwei Badezimmer direkt am Meer Haus auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite aus dem Meer. Unglaubliche Meer und Strand. Wohnzimmer verfügt über einen Kabel-TV / DVD und WLAN-Internetzugang. Die Küche hat alle Annehmlichkeiten wie Spülmaschine. Essbereich verfügt ��ber einen Tisch für sechs Personen und wird von Fenstern mit Blick auf den Ozean mit einem malerischen Blick auf den Pier umgeben. Aussentreppe führt nach unten, wo ein Schlafzimmer, das zweite Bad, das 1-Auto Garage und der Waschraum befinden. Holzkohlegrill auf dem Deck der Essbereich. Diese Eigenschaft kann Gruppen von 8 unterbringen (6 Kinder im Alter von unter Richtung der Belegung Grenze z��hlen nicht) auf 3 Königinnen und eine Königin aero Bett. Off-Straße ist das Parken auf der Garage 1-Auto beschr��nkt und kurzen Fahrstraße vor.

Quick visit to Avila

My wife and I stumbled on Avila Beach two years ago on a weekend visit to Central Coast. We were enchanted by Avila Beach and vowed to return. We made good on that during our current trip down the CA coast as we stopped for a short stay with our adult children. This property offered stunning ocean views, comfortable beds and a very pleasant location from which to enjoy Avila Beach for a more extended stay. We especially enjoyed the quiet of April with many of the stores and venues open but very unhurried and uncrowded.

Lovely views and location

This home has such a beautiful views of the ocean. So close to all the things we wanted to do such as sycamore Hot Springs, blue Moon Café in town, walk along the beach, Avila barn, etc. Highly recommend this place.

We were stunned with the beauty, not only of the decor, but the extent of the oceanfront view from the kitchen, dining room and living room, and even one of the bedrooms. We took 4 mi. walks daily- but we loved our view so much that we only dined out on one night out of four

What a view!

We had a great stay. Was perfect for 3 couples. It’s def a small living space but very well appointed and has a great use of space. We were all very comfortable! The view and location were spectacular! This is our third year staying in Avila and we hope to stay here again next time!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rendezvoused at the Avila Beach House for a birthday celebration and it was simply fabulous! NOTE: the light switch for the staircase is under the kitchen counter by the door. The kitchen is well appointed. The Brita pitcher was without a filter. Also, if you plan to cook bring all of your own condiments/seasonings. There are none at the house. From the house we saw sea lions, whales and even a rocket launched from Vandenburg AF Base. Pretty spectacular! Beds and linens were super comfortable, too! I look forward to the next opportunity to revisit this lovely home!

Awesome Beach Cottage

This house was nicer than we expected. It's really close (1 minute walk) to the beach and several restaurants. Highly recommend this house for a stay in Avila. We plan to come back next year.
