Ein Master-King-Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad. 2 Etagenbetten im Flur für Kinder gebaut. Ein Queen-Schlafsofa im Wohnbereich. Ein zusätzliches Vollbad für die Gäste. Entspannen Sie sich und genießen Sie kühle Brisen und wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge in dieser 3. Etage mit Blick auf den Golf von Ihrem Balkon mit Tisch / Stühlen und einer Liege. Die Küche ist komplett mit allen Geräten und verschiedenen Gewürzen für Ihren Kochgenuss ausgestattet. Es gibt eine große Auswahl an Büchern, während Sie am Strand liegen und die Sonne aufsaugen. Stuhl- und Sonnenschirmverleih direkt am Strand über den privaten und geschlossenen Zugang zum Strand für die Palmen. Es gibt einen Pool und einen schönen Grillbereich für Familien nebenan. Keine Reinigungsgebühren, ich wohne in der Nähe und säubere es selbst :)

Easter Beach Visit

This condo is very nice, clean and excellent location. We enjoyed or visit to the beach and the sunrise Easter service on the beach at Seaside. The condo and grounds are well maintained, and you couldn't ask for a better view from the balcony, palm trees and beach. I definitely recommend this condo and hope to stay here again.

Right on the beach

I searched for a property at Santa Rosa but ended up in Seagrove, which was a happy mistake. I couldn’t have asked for a more convenient place right on the beach.

Wonderful location!

Great location. Close to Seaside but not too close. Not overly busy. The private beach access was perfect. The closet had a couple umbrellas and chairs but you could also rent if desired right by the property as well. Had most of the things you need in the kitchen for cooking and we loved having the crockpot. I saw mixed reviews on the master mattress. I thought the bed was very comfortable. my husband was not as much of a fan of the bed. The bed is more of a soft mattress style instead of firm so it's just preference. I would call this place not as "boujee" as the rest of 30A but it was perfect for our family of young kids. The top bunk doesn't have a railing so we made a little safety pillow hump so my kiddo wouldn't accidentally fall out. The views from the balcony were incredible. We had a great time and would happily stay here again!

Girl’s getaway

We stayed in Teri’s condo for a 50th and 60th birthday celebration. The condo was perfect for us. Plenty of room and the location can’t be beat. Walking/biking distance to many places and the ocean view from the balcony was beautiful. Teri was always prompt in her communication and went above and beyond to accommodate a special request. We will be back.

Perfect getaway!

The view from this place is absolutely breathtaking! We were so close to the beach. We were able to watch the dolphins every morning. The pool was very clean and warm. Condo was nice…Terri was great to work with!

Great Vacation

Great place to rent for a visit to 30a! Private beach so it's way less crowded than other areas, amazing views, short walk to the beach and everything you need to make the week amazing! The unit being on the third floor didn't bother us at all... it actually made the view even better! Highly suggest renting this property.

Great stay at Teri's condo

Awesome view of the ocean. I was very impressed with the decor and the condo when we walked in. Everything was very clean and the view can't be beat! Teri was great communicating with all the time and even when we couldn't find the condo. She got us there in no time. I would stay here again. Loved it there. Thank you Teri for being so easy to communicate with and answer all my questions before I booked an when we arrived. You have a very nice place. Thank you for sharing it.

Beautiful View

Absolutely lovely location. Loved how easy it was to walk down to the beach. Beach was quiet and beautiful. Amenities were close by. If you love donuts, there are so many great places to get the best ones ever! Definitely would book again with Teri. She is extremely helpful and made our stay perfect.

What a view

Loved the location and view on 30a close to restaurants and bike rental store. Parking was great right by unit. Steps up to unit didn't bother me and I'm 65 . Good exercise. I would say the unit needs a deep cleaning and new mattress. Had a wonderful beach trip!!!

I was awakened the first night at nearly 10 pm by someone knocking on the door and ringing the doorbell. I had to ask the person who they were because they didn’t identify themselves when I opened the door. It was the property manager and apparently there was a water leak affecting the two units below me. The property manager was incredibly disrespectful and was acting as though I busted the pipe in the hall bath. She was very nice to the occupants of the other two units, but was so ugly to me and embarrassed me in front of the other guests, acting as though I caused all three units to have a water leak. That night the owner twice texted that regardless if the water was repaired, she would give me a 100% refund.I tried to face time the owner so I could show her the rotted cabinet base under the sink, but she said she knew about it because if had been like that for years. We had no running water and the next morning we had to get up at 730 so three plumbers could come in, to discover below the sink there was a pipe not up to code. On day three the owner left me cash for less than one nights costs, not the 100% for the entire stay that twice she said she would give. I would not recommend this property because the owner does not keep her word and the property manager is rude and disrespectful.

Awesome stay!!

Beautiful views! Great location. Much quieter area than Destin or PCB. Great variety of restaurants near by. We usually ate out aroud 5-530 before things go too busy with dinner crowd. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking, as well. There were some sand toys in the closet that our kids enjoyed. The water os beautiful & we spent a lot of time on the beach. The kids (3 & 8) also really enjoyed the bunk beds & slept well. The master bed was soft & comfortable. The condo itself was well insulated. We did not hear much outside noise. The stairs were fine for us... but probably only want to take to the beach what you can carry. We had a wagon & that was difficult with stairs. Would book here again & definitely recommend!!
