I was awakened the first night at nearly 10 pm by someone knocking on the door and ringing the doorbell. I had to ask the person who they were because they didn’t identify themselves when I opened the door. It was the property manager and apparently there was a water leak affecting the two units below me. The property manager was incredibly disrespectful and was acting as though I busted the pipe in the hall bath. She was very nice to the occupants of the other two units, but was so ugly to me and embarrassed me in front of the other guests, acting as though I caused all three units to have a water leak. That night the owner twice texted that regardless if the water was repaired, she would give me a 100% refund.I tried to face time the owner so I could show her the rotted cabinet base under the sink, but she said she knew about it because if had been like that for years. We had no running water and the next morning we had to get up at 730 so three plumbers could come in, to discover below the sink there was a pipe not up to code. On day three the owner left me cash for less than one nights costs, not the 100% for the entire stay that twice she said she would give. I would not recommend this property because the owner does not keep her word and the property manager is rude and disrespectful.
