The apartment is located inside the Baia de Bahas Residence, about 300 metres from the sandy coves typical of the north-eastearn coast of Sardinia.

Baia de Bahas is a residential complex near the sandy coves in a private and panoramic position overlooking the Gulf of Marinella. The residence is composed by terraced units surrounded by flowerbeds and gardens. It's located at just 4 kms from Porto Rotondo.These services are available: restaurant/pizzeria, bar, market, Yoga centre (they are usually open from the end of May to September and they are managed by private owners).The beach of Marinella is very beautiful because of its white sand and turquoise waters. Located only 1 km away from the Residence, it's equipped with sun umbrellas and sun chairs.The sandy coves are located between 150 and 350 metres away. The coves have fine sand and sloping seabed and they are the perfect example of the typical Sardinian coast bordered by granite rocks and surrounded by Mediterranean scrub.

The apartment includes: a living room with equipped kitchenette and double sofa bed, a double bedroom, a bedroom with 2 single beds (bunk beds) and a bathroom with shower. In the flat you will find all the comforts to make you feel at home: air conditioning, TV, equipped kitchenette (pots, pans, crockery, and cutlery) and bathroom with shower and hairdryer, equipped veranda or equipped balcony. Moreover, you will find a sun umbrella to take with you during your days at the beach.

The village is located on a land bridge in the middle of the sea, overlooking the gulf of Olbia. The area is perfect for diving - especially at "Mamuthone Rock" and "Capo Filasca" - and for trekking inside the naturalistic oasis of Figarolo island, habitat of mouflon and rare birds.Excursions by sea and trekking by land lead to spectacular inlets with sandy paradises that alternate with cliffs overlooking turquoise and crystal clear waters. More than twenty beaches await you: Caribbean paradises, white sandy beaches, rocks and reefs, natural pools, unspoilt and wild coves or equipped beaches. The area can satisfy the desire for sea and adventure, the need of relax and of peacefulness typical of a family holiday; all surrounded by the emerald and turquoise colours of our sea.Set underwater, there is the MuMart, a museum of contemporary art, which can also be visited by snorkeling. The Mizar submarine will show you the 'open sea' aquarium.In Golfo Aranci you can also visit the International Dolphin Research Centre.

If you need any help you can go to the reception office. Reception opens every day from 9 am to 1 pm and from 5 pm to 8 pm.Check-in is available every day from 17:00 to 20:00. Check-out (on the day of your departure) is scheduled before 10:00 am.Arrivals after 20:00 must be communicated to the reception in advance. In case of no-communication the check in is not guaranteed and an extra charge will be required.
