The mansion is located in Tuscany and also above the picturesque Ligurian coast of the Cinque Terre and Portovenere, (Unesco World Heritage) and the wonderful Golfo die Poeti, with its sandy beaches (half hour drive) and islands. There are unique cities such as La Spezia, Lucca, Parma, Genoa, Pietrasanta, Forte die Marmi, Florence, Milan and endless villages.

The house and garden are fully south facing and offer both a unique view of the valley and the hills to the sea. The house is located in an exclusive domain of 12 ha with olive trees, woodland and mountain field.
