Sommer am Ufer! Genießen Sie ein Hotelerlebnis in diesem ruhigen Strandhaus, das nur 3/10 Meile (weniger als 10 Minuten zu Fuß) die Gasse hinunter zum besten Familienstrand in Chatham liegt. Am Ridgevale Beach werden Kinderanlässe, eine Snackbar, ein Kajak- und ein Segelbootverleih angeboten.

Das Haus hat professionell gepflegte Gärten und Grundstücke, und die frisch gestrichene Terrasse, Außendusche und der Garten bieten komfortable Privatsphäre, gepuffert von Naturschutzgebieten. Im Inneren befinden sich drei Schlafzimmer, zwei Vollbäder und eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner, (2) Flachbildfernseher, viele DVD-Filme, ein Soundsystem, eine offene Küche, ein Wohn- und Essbereich - einfach alles, was Sie brauchen. Perfect beach getaway
This cute and cozy home suited our needs perfectly for our pre-season trip to Chatham. The updated kitchen and master bath are very nice. I cooked a few times during our stay and found everything I needed to make meals and for clean up after. I liked all the photographs of Cape Cod beaches found throughout the house. The beds were comfortable and the linens provided. But, take note to bring your own towels. The house is an easy walk to Ridgevale Beach. I appreciate that the host provided beach chairs and a wagon for hauling. The front yard landscaping is beautiful and well maintained. We enjoyed listening to the birds on the back deck which overlooks a wooded area and daily walks to the beach. Chatham is a great area with lots of restaurants and things to do. The host, Mike, was very prompt in getting back to me about our questions during our stay. I look forward to visiting again!

Another great stay!
We were very happy to find Chillin in Chatham available for our trip this year. We’ve stayed at the home once before and it’s exactly as we remembered - clean, comfortable, and has everything you might need for your stay, especially central AC. The location is great, too. An easy walk to our favorite beach. Mike was easy to work with and responded quickly when we had a simple question. We would definitely return.

Nice well-appointed rental, though bringing own towels is a big ask for travelers flying in.Fortunately we had friends in the area who loaned us towels for the week. Clean sheets provided but have to make up the beds yourself; a little weird. Gave only 4 stars on the cleanliness because grill was dirty and there were no utensils for cleaning it, so unusable. Also had to connect propane tank to grill ourselves if we were going to use it. Don't think that should have been. Inconveniences that didn't live up to the other nice appointments of the home

Awesome location for access to the beach and bike trails. Great back deck with enough room to enjoy lobsters outside near the gardens and beautifully renovated master bath room. Lots of Fun at Chillin' in Chatham!
We had a great stay at Chillin' in Chatham. Very comfortable, bright, light and welcoming. The deck was a great spot to enjoy lunch and a little sunshine; the woods behind offered privacy and lots of songbirds! Main bedroom was very spacious, and the ensuite bathroom was newly renovated and lovely. Our favorite thing, however, was the 5" walk to the beach-fabulous!

Beautiful Stay
We had a wonderful stay at Chillin' In Chatham. The property was clean, comfortable, and a short walk to the perfect beach to enjoy with little ones (ours are 4 and 1). Our third year staying here and it was wonderful again. Our young kids (4&6) love Ridgevale beach especially the calm marsh side. House had everything we needed and it was great having central AC during this past hot and humid week.

Our family of 6 made more memories again this year at this perfectly located rental house. We had plenty of room especially since the house is so close to Ridgevale beach which we walked to everyday. Summer by the Shore! This charming, one floor, beach Cape Ranch, is only 3/10 mile (less than 10 minute walk) down the lane to the best Family
Beach in Chatham - Ridgevale Beach. Ridgevale Beach has a snack bar, kayak and sailboat rentals available.

The house has professionally maintained gardens and grounds, and the freshly painted deck, outdoor shower and yard offer comfortable privacy, buffered by conservation land. Inside there are three bedrooms, TWO full baths and washer and dryer, (2) flat screen television, a sound system, an open kitchen, living and dining area - simply all you need.

Outdoor shower and clothesline.

No need to drive your car to the beach and pay to park your car, just throw your towel over your shoulder, and walk down to the beach.

The Cape Cod Bike path is 1/2 mile and fresh water Schoolhouse Pond 1 mile. Three miles to beautiful downtown Chatham for Friday night band concerts, Cape Cod Chatham A's baseball games, great restaurants.
