Das Blackberry House befindet sich in zentraler Lage im Herzen des Viertels Kitsilano in Vancouver. Strände, Parks, UBC, Broadway-Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und die Innenstadt sind bequem zu Fuß oder mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen.
Das Blackberry House ist eine 800 m² große Suite mit 2 Schlafzimmern, die vom Designer Douglas Nickel entworfen wurde. Es verfügt über eine moderne, individuell gestaltete Küche und einen geräumigen Wohnbereich, der komplett mit individuellen Möbeln eingerichtet ist. Es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer, von denen eines auch ein Arbeitszimmer sein kann. Fünf Fenster sind nach Westen ausgerichtet und bieten viel Tageslicht. Flatscreen-TV, Waschmaschine / Trockner, Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle und viele Kleingeräte sowie W-LAN sind inklusive, damit Sie sich entspannen und wie zu Hause fühlen können.

Just outstanding!!!

This is just an exceptional place. Everything about it is just extremely well done. It is very bright and well laid out. Quiet and has all of the amenities in the listing as well as a full kitchen. This is without question the best short term rental that we have ever used.

The Optimal Home Away From Home

A comfortable lodging within the neighbourhood of small shops, our welcoming hosts provided a fully equipped place to stay. Our visit to the city became a bit less stressful given the thoughtfulness of our hosts in anticipating our needs. We have no reservations in highly recommending this location to potential visitors.

This cute little suite was perfect for what we needed! The beds were comfy, the den area was great for relaxing after a day of activities, and the location made it easy to get around using only public transit. Doug was a fantastic, helpful host who greeted us on arrival. We had a great time and highly suggest staying at this property!

Medical stop over

While traveling home from Germany, my father had a medical emergency, resulting in a stay at Vancouver General. Doug and Delores were very helpful.Their place was convenient to the hospital and lots cheaper than staying in the overpriced hotels in the area.

Excellent comfortable apartment in a great area

We enjoyed our stay in this basement apartment in Kitsilano. It is a perfect location in a lovely neighborhood in walking distance of excellent restaurants. It is easy driving distance to many attractions that we wanted to see as first-time visitors to Vancouver. The apartment is spacious and the master bed mattress is probably the most comfortable I have ever encountered in a VRBO or hotel. If you are coming on business, there is a nice desk area in the living room where you could easily set up your computer and other materials. The weather was cool and we were able to keep the windows open and use the fans provided to keep the apartment at a comfortable temperature. All the appliances are in excellent condition and there is plenty of hot water for showers. The hosts were friendly and responsive and not at all intrusive. I highly recommend this VRBO for a vacation or business stay in the Vancouver area.

Lovely host, lovely place, lovely neighbourhood

Highly recommend as a central location near a cosmopolitan neighbourhood. Space will be a little tight if you sleep 4 adults in the apartment as we did, but the place held up well and had everything we needed. Doug and Delores are lovely!

A Most Enjoyable Stay

This flat was perfect! Clean, neat, comfortable with all the facilities one could hope for and close to Broadway with plenty of restaurants and cafes. Detergent was provided for both laundry and dishwasher, a fresh bar of soap along with clean towels of course. I would definitely return for my next visit to Vancouver! Thank you.

Spacious unit in gorgeous neighbourhood.

This is a really lovely space. Downstairs but doesn’t feel like a basement because there are loads of windows and light. Well stocked, and with tons of space for your things, and a regular-sized kitchen. Appreciated the art on all the walls! Great location for exploring the city. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. Cozy and well designed suite

We had an enjoyable stay at this comfortable suite in a beautiful and quiet neighbourhood. Delores and Doug are great host. They are friendly and quick to respond. The garden suite is bright and roomy with well equipped kitchen. This suite is highly recommended!

Just as advertised—great location near UBC, privacy, 2 BR, perfect for family of 4.

Don was always responsive and available. 2 BR, good kitchen, private entryway, free and convenient parking on street, washer and dryer. Perfect set-up for a family of 4. Super close to UBC. Husband appreciated good TV. WiFi too. Would totally recommend accommodations—exactly as described—basement of private home, but still light and windows open to enjoy that lovely Vancouver weather!

Family visit

My sister and I had a wonderful stay in the designer suite. The suite was very well equipped and very comfortable. Although situated in a quiet residential area of Vancouver it was only a short walk to public transport, good restaurants and shops. Wonderful Accommodations!

Doug & Delores we’re friendly & helpful. We loved this property. It had everything we could need, walking distance to many restaurants, the beach was 13 blocks away, buses 4 blocks away & easy to navigate. Everyone we ran into was kind & helpful. Highly recommend this property!
