Dieses elegante einstöckige Haus bietet bequem Platz für 4-5 Gäste. Das Hotel liegt im Herzen des wohlhabenden Hampstead und bietet einen großen privaten Garten. Es ist der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für Ihren Aufenthalt in London.

Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, große Kleiderschränke, ein Ankleidezimmer und ein eigenes Bad. Das Badezimmer verfügt über eine ebenerdige Dusche, eine freistehende Badewanne, zwei Waschbecken, Marmorboden und Fußbodenheizung.

Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat zwei Einzelbetten oder kann zu einem Kingsize-Bett gemacht werden. Verfügt über ein eigenes Bad, Fußbodenheizung, eine ebenerdige Dusche und einen großen Kleiderschrank.

Das dritte Schlafzimmer ist als Arbeitszimmer mit einem Doppelschlafsofa und Einbauschrank eingerichtet. Es hat direkten Zugang zu einer privaten Terrasse.

Das dritte Badezimmer der Familie verfügt über ein Granitwaschbecken, eine Badewanne / Dusche-Kombination und eine Fußbodenheizung.

Das stilvolle Wohnzimmer verfügt über einen großen Smart-TV mit großen gemütlichen Sofas und einem Couchtisch. Es ist der perfekte Ort, um am Holzfeuer zu entspannen und ein Buch aus der umfassenden Bibliothek zu lesen. Das Wohnzimmer führt zum Esszimmer im sonnigen Wintergarten und Zugang zum großen privaten Garten.

Die Küche mit direktem Zugang zum Garten ist komplett ausgestattet mit einem großen Subzero-Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach und Eismaschine, einem Miele-Geschirrspüler, einem Aga-Elektro- / Gasherd, einer Mikrowelle, Marmorplatten und handgefertigten Schränken sowie einem gefilterten Wasserhahn.

Das Haus hat auch einen großen Hauswirtschaftsraum mit Waschmaschine und Trockner, Waschbecken und Lagerung.

Der charmante private Garten verfügt über einen Gasgrill, einen Springbrunnen, Sitzgelegenheiten im Freien für 6 Personen und weitere Sitzgelegenheiten für 6 Personen. Ein perfekter Ort, um sich bei einer Tasse Kaffee am Morgen zu entspannen.

Die Reinigung erfolgt zweimal wöchentlich.

A genuine retreat

This proved the perfect place for our two-week stay in London over the holidays. The apartment is as well-appointed as it appears in the photos. It provided all that we and our two sons, all arriving from different cities, needed: good rest after a long year (its quiet and the beds are excellent); close proximity to all the charms of Hampstead, including walks on the heath; and a spacious and comfortable base for visiting other interests in London and environs. Communications with host Andrew, who makes use of the place himself some of the year (always makes a difference), were very solid. Housekeeper Mark is very attentive and a pleasure to deal with. We would stay here again and can highly recommend.

Lovely home, fantastic location

We had a wonderful stay here. The home is very stylish and cozy, with amazing natural light, comfortable beds and three full bathrooms. The neighborhood is fantastic -- walk to the heath and Parliament Hill, easy access to both underground and overground, as well as shops and restaurants. It's a very safe area, and gave us convenient access to all the tourist destinations without having to stay in the middle of them. Highly recommend.

Another Wonderful Stay in an Ideal Location

This is our 3rd stay at Andrew’s flat in Hampstead. We absolutely love it. Spacious, airy, with a lot of sun. Having a 2x per week cleaner - Mark- works really well. There is a great laundry room as well. All we ask is that you leave enough free weeks so that we can stay again and again.

Would stay again!

This lovely home felt like ‘our’ home immediately. The master bed was comfortable, the master bathroom shower had great water pressure, the kitchen had everything we needed for a home cooked meal, and it was just very nice to be able to make tea and toast and enjoy it in the dining/sun room, looking out to the garden. And the numerous books (and games) had me wanting to stay on for longer. Importantly, it’s very clean. Gorgeous walks on the Heath, lovely coffee shop in Belsize Park, easy access to downtown for shops, plays and such. Perfect.

Christmas comforts in Hampstead

We stayed in Andrew’s garden flat over Christmas and had a wonderful time. The experience was much better than we had expected, with the flat being beautifully appointed with elegant fittings and very comfortable furnishings. The flat is also clean and well maintained with regular visits from Mark the housekeeper through our stay. In addition, its terrific location affords the shopping and transport amenities of Hampstead and Belsize Park, with ease access to central London and all it has to offer.

Fantastic flat in a beautiful part of London

We spent a wonderful month at Andrew's flat in Hampstead near the Heath. The photos in the listing are an accurate representation of the living space. The flat is well appointed and maintained (the rental includes twice a week cleaning), and the outdoor garden space is lovely. It's very close to two Tube stops as well as the Overgound. There are many cafes and restaurants in short walking distance, and there's a gym around the corner that allows for daily and monthly usage. Overall, highly recommended.

Perfect!

We stayed at Mr. Morton's home for 2 weeks. The flat is stunning. It is better in person! You have everything you need to cook meals in the well equipped kitchen. The beds are very comfortable. The garden is lovely for sitting outside for a meal or just to take in all the plants and flowers. Easy access to the Underground into Central London. Many restaurants and shops within walking distance. Mr. Morton communicated well and the check in process was easy. Staying here is highly recommended. I would stay here again with hesitation.

Awesome, amazing and more superlatives

We stayed at Andrew’s garden flat for 5 weeks and it was even better than we could have imagined. Aside from the location, which is close to all the great shops and walks of Hampstead, the flat itself was luxurious and spacious. The beds were comfy, the sheets crisp, the bathrooms modern, and everything was beautifully maintained and clean. The airy, glass-walled dining room and garden were a big hit since the weather was amazing. And the bonus of having someone come twice a week to clean and change sheets and towels was an unexpected perk. Our one potential concern about a garden flat was upstairs neighbors, but that was never an issue at all since they were very quiet. We will definitely be back!

Dreamy perfection

Andrew’s flat is quite literally the nicest, most comfortable and well-appointed place that we’ve ever had the pleasure to book. The beautiful interior design details, gorgeous art, and thoughtful use of space were pure inspiration. The beds were very comfortable, bathrooms spotless and chic, the linens felt luxurious, and the stunning kitchen was a chef’s dream! Our family of four was visiting London over my boys’ Spring Break…the flat was so delightful that I was very tempted to stay in the entire time and skip the hustle and bustle of London tourism. With convenient public transit options nearby as well as a number of cafes, markets, restaurants and the gorgeous Hampstead Heath park, this location is difficult to beat. Very easy to get to Central London. If it had been a bit warmer during our visit, we would have spent more time in the expansive, beautiful garden. Andrew was a gracious and accommodating host and is extremely responsive. I hope to return one day and repeat our experience all over again. I highly and enthusiastically recommend booking this home if you’re looking for a luxury experience in a centrally located spot. Thank you for everything, Andrew!!

Amazing 3-bedroom for a London stay

We loved our Christmas/New Year's stay in Andrew's beautiful home - this was by far the best VRBO/AirBnB I've ever stayed in. Property itself: high-end and comfortable furnishings, luxury bathrooms and kitchen (including an excellent espresso machine we could use), lots of space (and empty drawers, closet space, and hangers) and dishes/cookware for us to use. We didn't use the outdoor space as it was winter, but we enjoyed looking out at it during our at-home meals (and also enjoyed looking at the lemon trees that were blossoming inside). Everything was sparkling clean when we arrived, and the housekeeper came twice a week(!), so it continued to be very clean throughout our stay. Location: benefit of getting to stay in a proper London neighborhood away from the tourist craziness, and yet close enough to get to central London either via Tube (9 min away at Belsize Park) or bus (2 min walk away). The Hampstead village main street is itself a destination with lots of fun shops and cafes as well, not to mention beautiful Hampstead Heath right around the corner. Host: Andrew was so helpful in terms of not just arranging for the high-end experience (see above), but also communication both before and during our stay. He recommended local groceries stores (the weekend sausage rolls at the local butcher are indeed delicious, so do trust Andrew's recommendations if you receive them), allowed us an early check-in so we didn't have to wonder around London after arriving from 12+ hour flight, and when we accidentally tripped a fuse which turned off the wifi, called us within 30 minutes of my plea for help via email to walk us through how to fix the problem (keep in mind that he was in a timezone 8 hours away at the time). I don't know when our next visit to London will be, but whenever it is, I'll be hoping that Andrew might let us stay at his beautiful home again. Thank you for a wonderful Christmas vacation, Andrew!

Wonderful stay at this luxury home in Hampstead!

Don't hesitate in booking this lovely home. Andrew has created a space that feels comfortable and luxurious all at the same time. The space is beautifully decorated and filled with top of line items. The garden makes it feel like an escape from the hustle and bustle of London. The home was very clean and plenty of information was provided by Andrew on the running of the home. He was very communicative through out the process. Hampstead is a cute neighborhood with lots of great shops and eats. It had very easy access to the under ground, making it a quick trip form Hampstead to more of the tourist spots in London. We had an amazing time and would book again on our next trip to London.

If you get the opportunity to stay here for a London sojourn, grab it… quickly!

We stayed here for three weeks in late summer. It was indeed a most splendid and inspired choice and we would like to take this opportunity to express the enormous satisfaction and enjoyment we experienced as a result. Please read the owners description carefully . It is generously understated. Beyond this the home has a constant welcoming appeal, a warm and charming allure and a wholly dependable functionality. Our dealings with the owner and the owners personnel were entirely exemplary. The home is abundantly fitted out with highest quality fixtures and fittings, beautifully and tastefully decorated throughout with furnishings, fine art, curio and objet d'art, lovely parquet flooring and the like, all making life very pleasurable. Think Four Seasons or Peninsula and you’re heading in the right direction. The property has a wonderful indoor/outdoor flow - a rarity in London - with a garden area that is undeniably enchanting. The most discerning traveller looking for quality, refinement and comfort will be overjoyed especially with these often found in little things such as - sleep will be abundant with the most heavenly beds and pillow-ware, copious hot water, a wonderful shower with possibly the best rainwater shower head in London, a fast internet should you want to stay connected and all in this fabulously quiet, peaceful and private location. We had a tremendous time staying here and can unreservedly assure you this property can be booked with confidence. Put quite simply, if you get the opportunity to stay here for a London sojourn, grab it… quickly!

Beautiful, quiet, well-located, attractively furnished.

This is a perfect place for a London visit. The minor problems we encountered in the first day were dealt with quickly by the host, with whom it is easy to communicate. Hampstead offers lovely walks, interesting shops, and easy access to the center of London by tube or bus. The host's suggestion of booking a cab from Heathrow before leaving the U.S. is an excellent one. After an all-night flight, getting to the garden apartment by public transport with suitcases would be exhausting. The kitchen is well-equipped, modern, as are the three bathrooms . I would rent this again unreservedly.

Lovely Apartment; Oustanding Location

We had a truly wonderful time at this flat... it's got a first-class kitchen, beautiful living room/dining room (with a great set of books incidentally, so don't bother packing things to read), soothing bedrooms and totally up-to-date bathrooms- 3 of em! It even has a patio and a laudry room. Plus someone who lives there HAS to be a professional decorator. Our friends couldn't believe how nice it was and what great value. But just as good as the space is the location. You get sophisticated "City London" but also relaxing "village London"- a perfect mix. It's a few blocks to Hampstead Heath if you like rambling walks and views of the city, and an easy walk to picturesque Hampstead village... home of some pretty outstanding pubs (try the Holly Bush) and just possibly the world's best gelato shop, among other things. On the other hand the Northern Line drops you down into the City or the West End (or anywhere else in London) with ease. So you can spend the days in the midst of all the hubub and then be home and relaxed in 15 minutes. The owner is responsive and easy to work with. We had the time of our lives in London and this flat was a big reason why. We hope to be back and highly recommend it to others as well.
