Lovely modern but ibizencan Villa, family owned for the last 20 years, recently renovated, all new furniture. Well situated in a residential area next to Cala Vadella Beach, within 5min walking-distance to the beach. With nice sea- and sunset-views and lots of Ibiza-flair. 5Bedrooms, each with bathroom en-suite. 1 additional sofa-bed in the living room for 1 person. 1 of the bedrooms with an additional bunkbed for 2 kids or 2 smaller adults. 2 of the bedrooms each with an additional sofa-bed for 1 child or a smaller adult. Total up to 15 person. Approx. 220m² of living area and another 150m² of terraces and infinity-pool. Easy parking in front of the house and well situated inside a well kept neighborhood. Sunset views to the west. Only 5-10 min away from the nicest beaches, Cala Conta, Cala Jondal, Cala Tarida. 15 min to the airport and 20 min to Ibiza city by car.

Hervorragende Location, alles top, sauber, neu, unkompliziert. Waren relativ kurzentschlossen mit ‘ner größeren Gruppe dort, Erwachsene, Kind und Kegel alle voll auf begeistert, kann ich nur empfehlen. Fahren sicher nochmal hin…

Poor Communication and Maintenance

From the start, communication with the property manager was poor. When I got in touch with him, the first thing he mentioned was how busy he was. Responses were consistently delayed. 2 weeks prior to arrival, I contacted him regarding cleaning services and requested snack platters, drinks, and breakfast items since we were arriving late. He kindly placed the grocery order and had it delivered the day of our arrival, which was helpful. However, the groceries, including cold items and drinks, were left out on the counter, meaning everything was warm by the time we arrived. To make things worse, there was only one tray of ice cubes available for a group of eight people, which was insufficient. The villa itself had several maintenance issues. None of the doors closed properly because they didn’t fit the door frames, and most of the sun beds were broken, showing clear signs of neglect. I was surprised there weren’t basic supplies like dish soap or trash bags. The expectation to take out the trash ourselves was fine, but providing no bags was an oversight.I had requested a mid-week service or at least some fresh towels. When I messaged the property manager mid-stay to follow up, he did not respond in time. By the time he replied, we were already preparing to leave. The three lower-level bedrooms smelled of mold, and one of them had an awful smell coming from the drains. With only one set of keys for 8, the check in lady gave hers as an extra set...the location is great.

Beautiful villa with spectacular views

A group of friends from all over the world met up to celebrate a friend’s 50th birthday. The villa was such a great experience for all of us. I would highly recommend it.

No Communication and Cancellation on Day of Arrival

The host would not engage in any communication on this platform or via his listed mobile number. He then cancelled the booking on arriving, without giving a reason. Our whole group had to find other accomodation on arrival, within a couple of hours. I booked the villa well in advance, in February for a stay end of June.

Beautiful quirky villa

We enjoyed our stay at the beautiful quirky villa. Pictures were quite accurate. I wouldn’t recommend this villa for small children like we had as there are lots of steps and drops that children could fall off. But other than that it’s was a beautiful villa in a lovely location. We hired a car as it is in quite a remote area. You can walk to the beach but it’s quite a difficult hill back up to the villa, we had a buggy and a 3 year old so it was even harder. But if you didn’t have kids you would be fine. The pool was lovely. The two rooms outside separate to the house were quite cool but ventilation is a bit of an issue. The kitchen was fully equipped. We liked all of the different seating areas and chill out areas. There is parking outside. A cot was provided which was useful. I would definitely come back here again. Thank you

Best spot on the west coast for lovely tranquil holydays in Ibiza. Situated in a nice neighborhood with many international owners. Very quiet and perfect for some nice holidays with family and friends.

Next to the beach of cala vadella only 5 min by feet, family friendly, well kept and quiet neighborhood, no party spot, easy to reach by car, next to all the nice beaches ! Little Supermarkt just around the corner for your daily needs, they also have fresh bread for the breakfast. At the beach there are some small restaurants, a great little Italian Pizzeria BonSol, very simple but very good! Also there is one nice typical ibizencan/spanish restaurant known for fish and seafood.

Please ask if you have any special whishes like daily cleaning or some grocery service. Also we can help you to organize some boat trips etc. please just let us know and we will try to organize and give some good suggestions.
