Das Hotel liegt auf der 11. Etage, am östlichen Ende der Liegenschaft, werden Sie aufwachen jeden Morgen in diesem Gerät mit einem herrlichen Blick auf schneeweißen Strand Sand, und smaragdgrünen Wasser unten.
Die Wohnung ist bequem mit den Aufzügen, komplett umgebaut und neu eingerichtet entfernt. Neue Geräte, neue Schränke, neue Möbel, Granit-Arbeitsplatten in der Küche & Bad, neue Fliesen Fußboden.

Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett mit einer Memory-Foam-Matratze. Es ist wirklich bequem! Die Fenster im Master sind Boden bis zur Decke mit einem tollen Blick auf den Strand unten. Aus dem Schlafzimmer werden Sie Ihren eigenen privaten Ausfahrt haben auf den Balkon, sollten Sie sich entscheiden, in der Nacht zu Fuß aus und genießen Sie den Klang der Wellen oder einfach nur riechen die salzige Luft.

Das 2. Schlafzimmer hat zwei (XL) Einzelbetten. Die Betten haben eine 9-Zoll-Memory-Foam-Matratze. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über großartige Aussicht auf die Ostseite der Strand und direkten Zugang zum 2. Vollbad.
In jedem Schlafzimmer finden Sie ein Kabel 32 'LCD-TV und einen DVD-Player finden.

Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über ein schönes und komfortables Queensize-Schlafsofa, einen schönen Stuhl, einen 55-Zoll-LCD-TV, einen DVD-Player und eine kostenfreie High-Speed-WLAN-Internetverbindung. Vom Wohnzimmer aus hat man Zugang zu einem großen Balkon direkt am Strand mit einem Picknick-Tisch und Stühlen und einem bequemen Sessel. Der Blick vom Balkon ist der Golf von Mexiko Strand unten.
Die Küche ist groß, komplett ausgestattet mit Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank w / Eismaschine, Convenience-Geräte, Geschirr und Kochutensilien ausgestattet und verfügt über eine Waschküche, die in voller Größe Waschmaschine und Trockner enthalten.

Fantastic Stay at Perdido Sun

We had a wonderful family vacation and stay at Perdido Sun. Tina's unit was exactly as expected, with all the amenities we needed. Tina was easy to get in touch with and got back to us quickly about the few questions we had for her. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful place

Pictures do this place no justice! Gorgeous place! They have a lot of what you need. We were able to see dolphins every day from the balcony. Beds are extremely comfortable.

Great Stay

We enjoyed our stay at your condo at Perdido Sun. It was conveniently located and had great access to the beach. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. In addition, the beds were very comfortable. Tina also was great at communicating with us about an early check-in and change of dates. I would highly recommend this condo and we will be back!

Home Away From Home

As soon as we walked in, we felt at home. The property was clean, fresh and beautiful. The view from the balcony was breathtaking everytime I stepped out. In mornings we saw dolphins! The kitchen is stocked with TONS of accessories and pantry staples. We look forward to staying at this property in the future.

Beautiful condo! Excellent host!!!

Our stay was wonderful, the condo was exactly as described. The condo was in excellent condition and the beds were very comfortable. It is well stocked for cooking and right across the street from the Jellyfish Restaurant, which has excellent food. The pools were good and the beach was beautiful. We saw dolphins from the balcony most mornings. The condo is next to several other highrise condos and in a center location of Perdido Key. As other reviews stated, the balcony does not get any sunshine which may be good or bad depending on the individual's preference. The perk of the balcony location, it is truly protected from wind, rain and sun, with a direct view of the gulf. Our host was amazing and very responsive. Highly recommended!

Spring Break

We loved staying at this condo. Great location, easy access to the beach and pool, and loved having a washer/dryer right at the condo. Beds were super comfy! We will definitely stay here again. Tina was great to work with!

Quiet Family Beach Vacation

The condo was great! It is on the top floor at the SE corner of the building. There was an open layout of the kitchen, dining, and living room that opened out to the balcony overlooking the beach. We spent a lot of time out on the balcony and did not spend much time watching one of the 3 TVs in the unit. We stayed for four nights and enjoyed the beach views from both of the bedroom windows. The condo was well stocked with everything that we needed. Tina was gracious to let us know that the condo was available a couple hours before the check-in time. The communication with her was great! Thank you, Roger and Tina! It was an emotional time for us and we enjoyed having such a great place to spend our family beach vacation together!

Condo was very nice and clean. Great view of the beach from the balcony. Seafood, pizza, and breakfast restaurants right across the street with a crosswalk right there with caution lights that can be activated.

Highly Recommend!

The condo was beautiful, exceptionally clean and was stocked with all the items needed. The view of the gulf was fantastic! It addition to the condo being perfect for us, the host was very responsive. I messaged them with a general question on the day we checked in, and I received a response in less than one minute! In addition to the condo unit, the building overall was also very clean, and the staff was friendly and professional. We loved the indoor and outdoor pool as well. This is one of the best experiences we have had with renting a property, and we Highly Recommend!

One of the best views in the Perdido Sun condo

I would highly recommend booking this rental. The unit is in a great location within the condo that offers some of the best views of the beach. The owner is very helpful and responds quickly to questions. We stayed during one of the busiest times of the summer and it still did not seem crowded on the beach. It was very clean and has all you need to enjoy your stay.

Great Condo! (Perdido Sun 1100)

This 2 bedroom Condo was great. It was furnished with everything one would need, including a Fan. The kitchen was well stocked, including a blender, crock pot, coffee maker, and food processor. Plenty of kitchen tools as well. The king bed in the master was comfortable, we slept well. There were only two of us, so I don't know about the twin beds, but they looked nice! The furniture was in good shape and it was well decorated. The Balcony had a bar top table with four chairs and there was a lounger also. It was really nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit, much better than having to go downstairs every night after a day on the beach. Beach service was $150/6 days and was good. The guys came around a little after noon and readjusted the umbrellas for shade. Friendly guys. Owner communication was very good, we got a text around 1 PM saying we could check in early. The owner sent an email a few days before arrival with check in instructions and everything was easy. The Front desk staff was friendly, there were plenty of carts to haul your stuff up to the Unit, and the lobby always smelled fresh and clean. Check out communication was great as well. This is our second stay in this building and this unit was 100% better than the other unit we stayed in. This owner takes pride in her property and it shows. I liked the fact that the bedrooms were on the outside walls, no neighbors! The views from the bedrooms were great. We would (will) 100% stay in this unit again. Thank to the owner for the great product she is providing!

Beautiful View

Tina's place provided the most inviting and comfortable getaway for our family of four. The condo was clean, the beds comfortable, and the kitchen and bathrooms well-stocked with anything that we could need. Having laundry in the unit itself was great for drying suits and cleaning sandy clothes after the beach. The complex itself had ample parking and plenty of beach space since it's a much smaller complex than many along the beach. While the outdoor pool wasn't heated (and thus a little chilly at the end of March), the kids enjoyed the indoor pool rain or shine. We enjoyed easy access to the shops across the street, especially walking to the Breakfast Club and The Jellyfish. Lillian's pizza and Fisherman's Corner were also great, and Tina made sure to include a list of all the local restaurants for us to check out. Communication was always prompt, and Tina was a pleasure to work with. We're hoping to book another stay next year. Thanks for the great trip, Tina!

A beautiful place to vacation

The owner has taken such care to decorate the condo. In addition, it is spacious and comfortable The layout of the rooms allow guests to have their own space. The view us spectacular. It is possible to view sunrise and sunset over the gulf. There is a beach, an indoor pool, an outdoor pool, and a hot tub. The place is sooo beautiful.
