Dieses Gerät ist ein helles aktualisiert, renoviert und neu möbliert Wohnung, die die Fähigkeit zu 6 Personen (1 Doppelbett, 1 Doppelbett und voller Schlafsofa) und mit 2 Badezimmer schlafen hat. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Doppelbett und ein eigenes Bad und Wand-TV. Fernseher steht in den zentralen Wohnbereich als auch im Schlafbereich. Das Gerät wird mit einer voll ausgestatteten Küche mit Bettwäsche Kochen ware. Kostenloses W-LAN. Waschmaschine / Trockner Zugänglichkeit auf der gleichen Etage. Die Wohnung mit Blick auf den zentralen Innenhof. Der Platz am Strand ist der ideale Ort für Familien mit vielen komfortablen Annehmlichkeiten vor Ort. Kein Autofahren oder die Straße überqueren, um Spaß an diesem schönen Badeort haben. Der große Außenpool verfügt über eine Furt-in-Bereich für Kleinkinder sowie die Wasserrutsche, die Kinder und Erwachsene genießen. Der Innenhof hat eine Schaukel-Fitnessraum für die Kinder und andere familienfreundliches Freizeitaktivitäten, die auf der großen Rasenfläche gespielt werden kann. Outdoor-Holzkohlegrills zur Verfügung stehen und auf Websites im Innenhof und in der Nähe des Pools. Gas Grills sind auch vor den Toren der großen Innenpool mit begleitenden Jacuzzi. Whirlpools im Freien sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Freizeitaktivitäten auf dem Gelände vorhanden sind Shuffleboard, Basketball, Tennisplatz, Minigolf, Tischtennis (alles benötigte Sportausrüstung inklusive). Lokal eigenen Laden ist eine eigene Website, wo Filme können gemietet werden, können Lebensmittelgeschäft / Produkte gekauft werden. Die Geschäftsstelle wird in den Laden angrenzenden und die sachkundigen Personal im Resort sind für alle Fragen zur Verfügung.

Great location and amenities

We love Atlantic Beach and this Condo building with the pool with water slide and other great amenities. We will 100% be back. The condo had comfortable beds, they did specify that it wouldn't have things like toilet paper or paper towels although there was some there, but it would have been nice if they had dishwasher pods. I have never been in a vrbo that didn't have them.

Everything was ok considering the foul weather that came. Only complaint would be for the amenities hours and the parking situation. Our side of parking lot was completely flooded the entire stay and we had to lug everything everyday.

Always a great time at APATB

We’ve been staying here for 10 years and we have a great time every year. My only recommendation would be the pool attendants informing guests they can’t save a lounger for hours and never use it. There are signs posted but no one enforces it so the sign is basically useless. No one has common courtesy anymore.

Great Value!

We just completed our 1 week stay. We enjoyed the beach and the resort! The beach is clean and very family friendly. Not overly crowded. The resort grounds are very well maintained and staff are friendly. There are lots of activities for the family on the property. We especially enjoyed having access to the grills! The unit was small but sufficient for our needs .we have a toddler and teenager. It looks like the unit has been painted and new flooring recently. The living room furniture also appears to be in really good condition. There isn’t a lot of storage space for personal items and dry food items. Just be mindful of this when planning and packing. Laundry is very close. It was approximately $4.25 to wash and dry a small load. The laundry can take cash or app payment. The owner responded very quickly to questions we had. Overall, the unit was surface cleaned, however could use a deep clean in the showers and sinks. There were quite a few mosquitos on the property. We believe they are under the building and will come in the unit as you open the hall door. We killed about 6-7 or them in the main bedroom and my husband got lots of mosquito bites. The rest of us only got a few bites. In hindsight I wish I would have gotten an off plug in or something. I don’t think this is anything to do with the owner, however maybe the HOA needs to spray or put traps under the building for mosquitos. Overall, we had a great time and would come back!

Just what we needed

This property is just as it is listed. Its is a safe, small clean condo on the 1st floor. It was stocked well with dishes and cooking utensils, pans. Linens were provided. Bring your own food and toiletries. We are a family of 5 with 3 boys and it was perfect. We didn't spend much time at the condo. There is so much to do around the area and in the condos resort. The boys really enjoyed both pools. But that waterslide was the icing on the cake!

The property was older but was pretty good for 4 adults and an infant. May rent for a weekend stay but to small for a week. At least i would need a larger place for a week stay.

Great location

The unit is in a great location on the property. It is near the only laundry room, the outdoor hot tub, the building's elevator and luggage cart storage, and a pool entrance. It is on the other side of the complex from the indoor pool/tub. On the ground floor, it is easy access. The pool and slide are great, and beach access is all ramped. The unit is small, and more suited to four, but it is nice to have the option for additional two if there are kids but is more cramped. But with so much to do there and in the area, there isn't much time needed to hang out inside. Our only complaint would be that the consensus was the mattresses were uncomfortable, but that can be a matter of personal taste as well. Host was responsive, and the staff at the facility were very friendly.

The condo was as advertised, maybe even a bit nicer/bigger than depicted in the photos. It is not as freshly updated as some of the others but everything was clean, comfortable, and in working order. We had a great stay. The location in the building was perfect.

We vacationed at A Place At The Beach (APATB) for years prior to being able to purchase our unit. We begin going to APATB when our children were young and today they are grown some having children of their own continue to return to the area because of the family oriented atmosphere , beautiful beach and activities provided on site and activities within minutes of the condos. A Place At The Beach is still operated by locals and the staff on site are most helpful and caring. In addition to all the fun filled amenities on site there are other activities we enjoy doing such as fishing (on the beach, nearby fishing pier and with local fishing charters) , visiting historical sites, shopping, eating at locally owned restaurants, visiting the Aquarium and museums. When we go without children we enjoy activities such as, beautiful nights on the beach, night clubs and dinner cruises that are accessible such over the causeway in Morehead City and Beaufort.

The Place At The Beach is an ideal family get-away resort. Not only does it have many recreational activities on site but also in the surrounding short driving distance areas. The areas within just a short driving distance (most 5 to 10 minutes driving distance) offers additional fun recreational and educational attractions. Just less than 5 minutes from the condo is a fishing pier, Fort Macon State Park, the Aquarium in Pine Knolls, Morehead City(fishing, restaurants, shopping) and Beaufort (historical sites including Black Beard's relics, museum, shopping and restaurants). Shopping/movie theatre is 5 minutes from condo. A Place At The Beach is a great Family Vacation area with amenities like home away from home but with the enjoyment of being care free, relaxation and fun.
