Bei der Anmietung einer Wohnung in St. Thomas, fragst du dich vielleicht, wie weit ist der Strand? Unsere befindet sich am Sapphire Beach, etwa fünfzig Schritte vom Wasser entfernt. Es ist eine Eigentumswohnung direkt am Meer in der zweiten Etage und bietet mehr Privatsphäre und Schutz vor Sandblasen. Sapphire Beach Resort und Marina, St. Thomas U. S.V. I., ist eines der schönsten Anwesen der Insel an einem der schönsten Strände der Welt. Unsere Wohnung am Strand mit Blick auf eine halbe Meile weißen Sandstrand und hat einen direkten Blick auf St. John und die Britischen Jungferninseln.
Diese schöne Wohnung mit einem Schlafzimmer und einem Bad verfügt über einen großen privaten Balkon, eine voll ausgestattete Küche und einen großen Wohnbereich, eine Klimaanlage, Deckenventilatoren, kostenfreies WLAN, Kabel-TV und einen DVD-Player. Das Schlafzimmer mit einem Kingsize-Bett kann mit einer Mahagoni-Trennwand für mehr Privatsphäre abgeschirmt werden.
Unsere Wohnung befindet sich in einer privaten Wohnanlage mit hauseigener Snackbar, Yachthafen, wunderschönem Pool und Wassersportmöglichkeiten.

Unsere Wohnung befindet sich zwischen zwei Stränden und nur wenige Schritte vom spektakulären Bi-Level-Pool entfernt. Der Blick auf St. John und andere Inseln sind spektakulär. Diese Wohnung im zweiten Stock bietet Privatsphäre und Erleichterung von Sand weht.

Sapphire Beach hidden gem!!

The unit was very clean and well appointed. Views were awesome. We had never stayed on St. Thomas before so we were pleasantly surprised at the facility and the close proximity to Red Hook. I wouldn't say that it was truly a resort in the sense that it did not have a lot of amenities that a true resort would have, but it was very nice and we enjoyed our selves. Jim and Donna

Nicely Appointed Suite

Nice spot. Nice suite. However mattress & couch cushions are past their useful life in terms of support. Stayed 7 nights Tues to Tues. Peaceful until Saturday when a large very loud group moved into 3 units on ground floor just below us. Their loud activity started 8am & ran almost continuous thru 10:30 pm every day with beers (early & often) & kids screeching @ yelling. Really ruined it for us. Had to leave the deck and close glass doors facing the ocean.

Amazing location

Condo was located in a perfect area to a beautiful beach, pool and great restaurants. It offered quiet and peaceful settings yet plenty of activities for everyone.Close proximity for shopping and ferries to other islands. Decor is bit dated but clean. Would highly recommend and we would go back for another stay in St Thomas.

Amazing views

Beautiful views. Nice pool area and close to beach with bar and food. Would be a great base with easy access to other towns, beaches on St Thomas and other islands.

Excellent condo!

From the time we booked the condo until leaving everything was handled perfectly! The condo was very clean and welcoming. It's a real plus being right on the beach. We were very impressed with how the resort has grown since our last visit. The each bar, the boutique, and the pizza are a great addition!

Fabulous vacation

This condo is beautifully outfitted with all that you will need for a fabulous vacation. We found everything we needed for a wonderful two-week stay. As a retired couple, we appreciated the quiet of the condo's location (in the D building overlooking the pool) but with a very short walk to the beach. The owners were very accommodating. Do not hesitate to rent this lovely condo.

Christmas week at st. Thomas

The location of the condo was super close to the pool and the marina. This allowed us to enjoy the beach and take tours to the other islands.The condo was well equipped with a lot of beach accessories - snorkelling equipment , coolers, and chairs. The staff and security was great at the resort.

Excellent Location!

First time to the USVI's and this place did not disappoint! Excellent location on a beautiful beach with all amenities needed. We rented a car to adventure around but you wouldn't need to if driving there may be intimidating as taxis were available at the beach bar next door. Views from the condo were amazing with sunrise, St John, and the BVI's in the distance. Exactly what we were looking for. We will be back!

Cozy, comfy condo with great views!

We had a great stay at the condo! It is located ON the beach with great views of St. John, the marina and the pool. The sunrises from the balcony are spectacular! The water was amazing while there--crystal clear and so many shades of blue! The condo is cozy and has an extremely comfortable bed. (I never sleep well on vacations, but this time I did.) The kitchen has all you need if you choose to cook meals. There are 4 places to eat on or very near the property, so we ate out. Between the four you have burgers, pizza, seafood, and many other things to choose from. Sapphire Resort also has The Beach Buzz. A very convenient place to grab coffee, smoothies, breakfast sandwiches, simple souvenirs, and things you may have forgotten like sunscreen, just a quick walk down the sidewalk. Another great thing about the condo-- if you have mobility issues, many of the Sapphire Condos require you to climb up and down several flights of stairs-- not this one. Only one short flight to the second floor. The owners were great and easy to work with. They seemed to really care. We have been going to St. Thomas for years and this is definitely a condo I would like to rent again and again.

Everything was perfect! The had beach loungers and chairs, extra snorkling gear, beach coolers as well. A few basic spices great condition pots and pans. You coukdnt beat the few. Red hook ferry car/ people just a 7 min drive! We hope to visit again soon.

Perfect getaway!!

This was the perfect place for anyone wanting to experience St. Thomas. The location is right on the beach and has access to 2 restaurants as well as a coffee and breakfast shop. All three were fantastic. The room has an amazing view! I could have stayed only on this property and been perfectly happy. The beach and pool were both above expectations. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed during the stay. The owner was very easy to contact and accommodating. The water was so blue and clear. I could be on the beach snorkeling in less than 5 minutes. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Great spot for a getaway

Really enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean and had all the supplies we needed even snorkel masks. Owners were very responsive. We needed some extra sheets and they brought them right away. Only thing we found blacking was the very poor conditions of the sidewalks and the parking areas. Definitely a lot of work to do in that parking lot and on all of the brick sidewalks. Other than that very enjoyable spot.

Excellent stay

The condo was exactly as described and pictured. View of the pool and neighboring islands beautiful. The bed is super comfy and heavenly! Air conditioning perfect. TV worked great. Lots of snorkel equipment, 2 coolers, 2 small beach chairs, 4 floaty noodles in closet. 2 beach towels, we did ask for 2 extra, no problem. Free beach loungers to use. Kitchen well stocked , and lots of left over dry goods in cupboards, (salt, sugar other spices, plastic wrap, baggies) Coffee maker is BOTH drip and pod. Bring bug spay and REEF SAFE mineral sun block. They do sell the sunblock at the Beach Buzz (open 'til 2pm, not sure if they had it at the Naia gift shop) The beach is beautiful. The Beach Buzz has breakfast sammys, beverage cooler, various sundries for purchase. The Beach Bar has awesome bar food. Friendly staff. Sea Salt upstairs restaurant/bar has gorgeous views, pricey, but had a nice meal there. There was a Full Moon party at the Beach Bar (on the full moon of course) with fire dancers and DJ, the place was packed and loud(techno/disco music) ended at 11p. Otherwise they close around 8pm. The pool is lovely with a recently replaced roof over the former bar lounge area, good for shade. Communication with the owner was excellent. Would stay in this condo again.

Sapphire Beach is GREAT!!

We loved staying a the Sapphire Beach Resort. We love this area and wow this unit made it an amazing stay. Would not have been happier. Excursion to Buck Island and ferry to St John were all easy to get to and super fun and memorable. We will be back!

Great little spot on the beach

We had a great stay at this property. We also host, and paid specific attention to the reviews. This property did not disappoint and was a great spot. We've never been to St. Thomas, but have been to St. Croix. That being said, we like to stay away from the busiest areas and just enjoy the beach. This place is close to the small town or Red Hook, which has everything you need. (Groceries, restaurants, souvenirs, etc.) The property is also right next to a marina for jet ski rental, oara sailing, and fishing charters. So, you dont have to go far. The ferry to St. John is 5 minutes away and a quick 10 minute boat ride gets you there for more dining, beach options, and shopping. That being said, there is a coffee shop, bar, fine dining, and pizza shop all on the property. An additional restaurant is on the connecting property. All are good. Yes, the islands do have power outage issues, but they don't exactly turn the beach off. So, just bring a couple of extra battery chargers for your phones, and you'll be fine. Overall, a good stay with good hosts. I would recommend a stay here.

Great unit to enjoy St Thomas

This property has everything you need to be comfortable on vacation. My partner and I thought the location or the unit was perfect to enjoy both the pool and beach, as well as the other complex spots like the bar and restaurants. The unit was very clean, supplied what we needed to enjoy the beach, and was very comfortable. From the bed, balcony, bathroom, etc. we found everything to be perfect and exactly as described. The unit owners were very easy to communicate with and gave great info on the area. We would definitely book from them again.

Great condo

Condo is very clean. The location on the beach was excellent. Sapphire Beach is a great beach to stay on for a family. The location is convenient to the ferries in Red Hook as well as many dining options. You have three dining options in the resort on the beach. There is enough space for two adults and two children. Communication with the host was excellent. If you like to snorkel, Sappire Beach has it all. Pretty good coral and sea life on the left and right sides of the beach. A great grassy bottom where we saw sea turtles everyday. Also, a great sandy bottom for Stingrays. Thank you for a great stay!

Great Views & Electric News

The property was amazing and the views serene. The property manager was very responsive to our concerns when the electricity went out. We lost power for a total of about 24 hours combined during our five-day stay. Obviously this was out of the control of the owner and they were empathetic to our situation. I recommend that you bring battery packs for your stay. I was surprised that the resort did not have generators. Do your research when going to a new location of not just what fun things to do but the reliability of the electric grid. Beautiful views and a great property but just a word of caution about the electric news.
