Diese Wohnung befindet sich in Privatbesitz und verwaltet und dient auch als unser Ferienhaus. Wir bemühen uns, eine saubere, komfortable und gemütliche Raum zu einem angemessenen Preis zur Verfügung stellen.

Die Wohnung steht Südosten und liegt inmitten von hohen Kiefern gelegen, so dass Sie das Beste aus beiden Welten. Sun am Morgen, um die Wohnung zu wärmen und helfen Ihnen, wie die Sonne an lauen Sommerabenden steigen und Schatten. Der Blick auf den Kamm von der Front Eintrag Veranda lädt Sie ein, auf Entdeckungsreise gehen. Sie haben auch eine kleine Aussichts der Sherwin und alles, was sie bieten.

Das warme, gemütliche und gepflegte Studio befindet sich 2 Blocks entfernt von dem Dorf und der Gondel entfernt. Die Gondel wird euch in Canyon Lodge in einer Angelegenheit von Minuten wischen. Das Studio ist mit einem neuen 46 "Vizio Smart TV für diejenigen mit Netflix Konten ausgestattet. Wir bieten ein Queen-Size-Bett und ein Schlafsofa Queen-Size, so dass die Wohnung 1-4 Personen beherbergen wird. Es gibt ein komplettes Bad und voll ausgestattete Küche, damit die Mahlzeiten ein Kinderspiel. Die Wohnung liegt im ersten Stock, aber nicht für Rollstuhlfahrer zugänglich entfernt, da es einige Treppen und Landungen zu navigieren. Wir bieten kostenlosen High-Speed WiFi und kostenlos Brennholz mit einer einfach zu Holzofen verwenden. Es ist ein Schrank für hängende Lagerung und ein paar Schubladen zum Falten Lagerung. Leinen ist vorgesehen, 2 Jacuzzi ist, Schwimmbad im Sommer, 2 Saunen, 2 Vor-Ort-Wäscherei. Mehrtagesangebote außerhalb der Hochsaison.

Nach einem tollen Tag auf dem Berg und ein schönes Bad in der Jacuzzi, genießen Sie einen ruhigen entspannten Abend mit Familie oder Freunden bei einem Abendessen und einem Film. Dann früh aufstehen und es wieder!

Cozy retreat near major Mammoth activities

Would absolutely stay here again when vacationing in Mammoth Lakes. The studio is well equipped, cozy yet roomy, and in a quiet/peaceful area that is super close to The Village and Mammoth Brewing Co. Also convenient to many restaurants and activities. Our vacation was in the early fall, and we could easily walk, run, bike ride onto the Lake Basin Path. It was a wonderful and relaxing “home” for our vacation. Plus the host/Michael was gracious and proactive/responsive with condo access/instructions.

Great Weekend Family Trip

Great location in mammoth. Condo had everything we needed to prepare meals and sleep 4. Our 2 kids slept on the pull out. The price point was just right and we were very pleased with the place.

Mammoth Get Away

This is a perfect condo for a couple, or a party of one. It's close enough to everything in the town of Mammoth. You can easily walk to the Village and from there you can access the free shuttle to Lakes Basin. The unit itself was fantastic with a comfy bed, a well supplied kitchen with dishes/pots/utensils/spices and a few dry item leftovers for use. The Lopi Stove works great at keeping the unit warm when you follow the directions given too. Since the unit is at the far end of the complex, you don't really hear the road noise either. This is a quiet place to retreat and enjoy the surrounding area. I had a wonderful stay.

A lovely, quiet, and cozy stay

A great spot to set off on your adventures in the Mammoth Lakes area. I really appreciated that Mike took a photo of the entrance, because it easy to pass the first time you drive there, but afterwards it's no problem. The condo is within walking distance to a great brewery and just a couple minutes from the downtown hubub. I highly recommend. Very cozy, clean, and perfect for a couple or a small family. Mike also really makes sure to go the extra mile for you. Highly recommend.

Overall, we greatly enjoyed the condo. Biggest positive is that it's about a 6 min. walk to the Village Gondola, clean, comfortable bed, nice view of trees through the window, and great wood burning fireplace. However, kitchen is a bit small with no dishwasher. Additionally, we had to email the owner for starter wood for the wood burning fireplace and 2 pool / spa towels since there were only 2 spa / pool towels provided even though there was 4 of us. (There were also bath towels.) Owner was very responsive for these requests, but ideally it would not be required. No extra pillows in the unit, so had to bring 4 from home in order for the 4 of us to have 2 pillows each.

Comfy & Close to everything

Fantastic experience, starting with easy access into condo and ending with short walk hot tub. The condo was set up for your cooking needs, relaxation and game time with a woodburning fireplace and board games. Quick 8-10 minute walk to restaurants, bars, and easy access to the mountain. Clean and ready to go, can’t wait to come back.

Really is a hidden gem

Couldn't have been happier with this beautiful little condo. This is a perfect place for a couple or just one person looking for a quiet weekend and some time on the slopes. Five minute walk to the Village, you can take the gondola up and be on the mountain in no time without even getting in your car. The place is modern and cheerful, kitchen is well stocked and everything worked well. Absolutely going to stay here again next time we're up there, easy to find and Michael was very helpful and understanding when we informed him we had to leave a day early. Loads of firewood for the wood-burning stove and the entire stay was unbeatable. An already great trip was made even better by this fantastic place, highly recommend staying here.

Great little place

We loved this place. It was convenient to the town gondola and the slopes. The condo was clean with a well stocked kitchen making cooking very easy for us. The communication from the owner was spot on and not a single glitch the entire stay. Would book it again if I were to ski Mammoth again.

The condo is perfect for a ski getaway. Clean and well equipped. Location is walking distance to the village making access to the mountain very easy. Michael, the host, was very informative and prompt with responses. Would recommend this place for sure!

Cozy mountain get away

Cozy Condo in Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo! The location is perfect- so close to the village and gondola- and the condo was well stocked. We really enjoyed the fireplace, the views from the windows, and the complex's hot tub. It was definitely cozy for our family of 4 but we expected that. For us, the location was more important than having a lot of room. The space worked great for us and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again!

I absolutely LOVE Mammoth. I've been going there for 20+ years in winter, spring, summer and fall. I just can't get enough of the beauty and outdoor recreation the place has to offer. My ultimate goal that I hope to realize in the next 1-3 years is to relocate there and call it my full time home.

My partners and I choose this property due to the proximity to the Village and Lakes Basin. I utilize the condo in the winter for snowboarding and Canyon is my favorite base lodge. My partners are summer enthusiasts and will use it as home base for their many hiking expeditions.
