Die Villa befindet sich in der angesehenen und sicheren Golf- und Marina-Gemeinde Puerto Los Cabos, zu der die Ritz-Häuser, das JW Marriott und das Secrets Hotel gehören. Liebe zum Detail und Komfort sind in jedem Zimmer vorhanden.

Von den fünf Decks, die das Haus umgeben, können Sie einen weiten Blick auf das Meer von Cortez, die Berge und die Golfplätze genießen.

Villa ist nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand, 20 Minuten zum internationalen Flughafen Los Cabos, 10 Minuten zum charmanten San Jose, vor kurzem als Nr. 1 Standort von Lonely Planet zu besuchen.

Features innerhalb der Villa: Vier große Schlafzimmer / Badezimmer Suiten mit Blick auf das Meer und Walbeobachtung Decks, 2 König und 2 Queen-Betten und ein weiteres kleines Zimmer auf dem Dach, die mit einem Luftbett eingerichtet werden kann, um ein zusätzliches Schlafzimmer für ein zusätzliches zu werden Gast, sechs Badezimmer insgesamt. Villa beherbergt acht Erwachsene bequem plus eine zusätzliche Person. Die Villa verfügt über Granit und Marmorböden und Theken.

Kinderbetten, Laufgitter und andere Kinder sind auf Anfrage verfügbar.

Casa Bella Vida verfügt über zwei Küchen. Die Gourmetküche mit ihrer riesigen Kochinsel aus Granit, die sich im Obergeschoss befindet, bietet einen herrlichen Blick auf das Meer von Cortes und die Berge. Es ist gut mit allen Werkzeugen und Gewürzen bestückt, um Gourmet-Mahlzeiten zu machen. Die voll ausgestattete Küche im Erdgeschoss macht die Zubereitung von kleinen Mahlzeiten und Snacks zum Kinderspiel, wenn Sie am Pool liegen oder frühstücken.
Beide Küchen haben Wasserreinigungssysteme.

Die Notwendigkeit der Klimaanlage ist minimal wegen der Brisen, die immer vorhanden sind, aber es ist im ganzen Haus verfügbar. Im Jahr 2016 wurden Solarenergiepanels installiert, die den größten Teil des elektrischen Tagesbedarfs decken und den Pool beheizen. Ein Gasgenerator wird bei einem Stromausfall übernehmen.

Die zwei großen Räume in jedem Stockwerk öffnen sich vollständig zur Außenwelt und werden zu einem weiten Bereich, der Innen- und Außenbereiche zu einem Ganzen werden lässt.

Ausstattung außerhalb der Villa:
Es gibt 4 Terrassen zum Essen oder Faulenzen sowie die Dachterrasse, die spektakuläre 320 Grad Aussicht bietet. Dies ist ein beliebter Bereich für Cocktails, Wale und Sonnenuntergänge. Es verfügt über eine große Feuerstelle, einen üppigen Sitzbereich, eine Bar-Spüle, einen Getränkekühlschrank und einen Grill sowie bequeme Kissen für nächtliche Sternenbeobachtungen. Zusätzlich gibt es eine kleine Meditation / Yoga / Massage / extra Gästezimmer und einen Miniatur-Kaktus-Sammlungsgarten

Der beheizte Pool verfügt über starke Jets für Widerstandsschwimmen, einen Whirlpool, einen Wasserfall und einen flachen Strandeingang, einen schattigen Pavillon für Kinder oder Erwachsene, die sich von der Sonne erholen möchten. Wenn Sie dem Wasserfall lauschen, werden auch die energiegeladensten Gäste entspannen. Die Hängematte auf der Terrasse bietet auch ein entspannendes Versteck.

Marina, Kaktus und Skulpturengärten:
Der Yachthafen bietet Gelegenheit für Weltklasse-Angeln, Vermietung von Yachten, Whale Watching-Expeditionen, Delfin-Begegnungen und vieles mehr. Neben dem Yachthafen ist der schöne Ganzo Private Beach Club geschützt und sicher zum Schwimmen. Eine Gebühr für Stühle und Sonnenschirme wird Kredit für Essen oder Trinken. Sie werden auch den schönen Gemeinschaftsgarten besuchen wollen, der von PLC entwickelt wurde. Golfplatz:
Es gibt zwei Weltklasse-Golfplätze mit Puerto Los Cabos, einem Arnold Palmer und einem Jack Nicholson Golfplatz. Das Haus befindet sich auf einem der neuen Links, die zu dieser Zeit entwickelt werden und soll bis 2017 fertiggestellt sein.

Gemeinschaftsstrand-Verein:
Als Gäste von Casa Bella Vida können Sie alle Annehmlichkeiten des Beach Clubs nutzen. Es ist eine 6-minütige Autofahrt. Der Club bietet Frühstück, Snacks, Getränke und Mittagessen entweder im Restaurant, am beheizten Infinity-Pool und Jacuzzi oder am Strand Palapas. Sie bieten auch Mahlzeiten für das Haus mit Vorankündigung. Der Club bietet ein Spa und ein gut ausgestattetes Fitnessstudio mit Personal Trainer und kostenlose Fitnesskurse während der Woche. Auf Wunsch werden die Spa-Mitarbeiter in der Villa zu privaten Behandlungen und Dienstleistungen kommen.

Concierge-Service:
Das Management kann Vorkehrungen für den Concierge-Service im Lebensmittelgeschäft treffen oder Ausflüge zu den vielen Abenteuern in Cabo planen. Private Köche und mexikanische Köche können Ihnen auch eine Vielzahl von kulinarischen Messen zu verschiedenen Preisen zu Hause anbieten.

Great house great location great amenities

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Bella Vida Manager for our two kids. The pool area is amazing. Lots of outside space to sit on patios in the front or back depending on if you want sun or shade. Several different eating areas upstairs downstairs back patio upstairs balcony. The house manager, Won was outstanding. Very attentive, helped our kids get pool toys out of the garage and blown up. We had several chefs come in and cook for us, which was great. Everything in the kitchen is labeled. The kitchen is very well equipped. It’s right on one of the boxes to hear the golfers now and then when they come through. It’s entertaining and not very distracting. The upstairs balcony with the fire pit has amazing views 360° around. Now back at home in Houston I miss my coffee breaks in the morning on the rooftop, by the pool, on the front balcony, and on the back balcony. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing family vacation home

The house was equipped with absolutely everything you could want. They were so kind to leave us with an assortment of child gear so we didn’t have to bring everything with us. Pool is absolutely amazing, spent most of our time there. Kitchen was stocked with all the appliances one would need to eat at home. It was an absolutely wonderful experience! Highly recommended!

So Beautiful!

This property was a perfect setup for us…We are a family of 8 adults and 1 infant and we stayed for a week. Everything about this home went beyond our expectations! Best VRBO ever

Over the past five years, I've stayed with my family at many VRBOs but this was by far the best and most enjoyable vacation. The location, the views, the neighborhood, the house all five stars! The owner's Tannia and Emil were super nice, very accomodating and great communicators! That's what you want in ownership - they really care about their guests. Their staff was also amazing and a reflection on the owners. Juan and Mary greeted us upon arrival with fresh treats and drinks and it only got better. We hired them to prepare dinner for my family (6 of us) and it was fantastic! Throughout our stay, Juan was easy to reach and get help on anything we needed. Our last night he arranged for a salsa dancing instructor to come to the house (Lupita) and she was terrific - everyone had a great time. This was without a doubt one of our most enjoyable vacations ever and I highly recommend this property for your next Cabo stay! We will definitely be back!

Amazing home in an ideal location.

We had a wonderful time staying at Casa Bella Vida!! Our family of five (including 3 kids ages 18,21 and 23) plus 2 of their friends were planning a surf trip to the east cape of Cabo. We hoped to find a vacation home to rent that would give us easy access for our day trips up the coast, but still be close enough to town to easily purchase groceries or dine at local restaurants. Casa Bella Vida met these requirements…..but also provided so much more!! The home is absolutely beautiful with an amazing pool and yard, multiple decks, a rooftop entertainment area with a fire pit, and all the amenities you would could ever wish for. The owners are very responsive and easy to work with, and the house managerJuan made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay absolutely perfect. Since we all had such a wonderful time, we are already planning a return trip to Cabo next year and hope we are able to stay at Casa Bella Vida again.

Home for family

Amazing home with wonderful neighborhood. Views were nice for those who like ocean and golf. We liked both; one day fishing and next day golfing. General grocery store was a bit in distance, while a convenient store was nearby. I enjoyed a small street cafe near harbor for morning coffee. This home is recommended!

Spacious rooftop deck with fire pit and view of water but dated

We are a family of 6, looking for lots of space to eat, play, read and sleep. This 2-floor spacious villa delivered on space: large kitchen, open indoor and outdoor sitting areas, large pool and lounging area, 3 bedrooms and TV room downstairs, master bedroom with large ensuite next to kitchen, rooftop deck with fire pit. Sadly, it is showing its age and needs updating: leaky faucet, minimal water pressure, fire pit had to be covered in anticipation of another storm, not much direct sun to pool so needed to be heated which took awhile, very buggy pool area. From the second day, there were workers in and around the house, reducing our privacy and relaxing time. Due to a heavy storm during our stay, the master bedroom started to leak and water was coming in through all balcony doors necessitating an emergency move to a hotel. Weather cannot be controlled but beware that this is an old house and has its quirks. The owners could have warned us that they already had faced water leaking issues in the past and we would have opted to stay elsewhere rather than have to move our entire family of 6 into two small hotel rooms on separate sides of a hotel on Thanksgiving eve at midnight. We left behind a fridge full of groceries and other activities that had been planned. The owners only provided a partial refund even though we had to pay peak Thanksgiving prices for last minute hotel reservations, making this vacation cost twice the amount we had originally planned. Concierge was super helpful via email prior to our arrival and during our stay.

We loved our stay! It was perfect for our family of 8 plus toddler.

It is a gorgeous 7,000 sq ft house with 4 large bedrooms (K, K, Q, Q), 6 bathrooms (4 full + 2 half), fully stocked kitchen and a second smaller kitchen downstairs. It also has a sofa bed and air mattress. We loved how the glass doors can open up all the way to the great room. The yard is amazing with 5 decks, a heated pool (with a shallow end and swimming resistant jets), hot tub, BBQ, rooftop gas fire pit, and hammock. Indoor amenities include AC, great WiFi, virtual fireplace, safe, 2 sets of W&D, large flat screen TV (Apple & cable), DVD, food elevator, board games & cards. There are towels, chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, tent and snorkel gear to take to the beach. Baby gear includes playpen, high chair, stroller, booster seat, toys & Bumbo floor seat. Robert & Tannia Hecht are awesome to work with. Their on-site manager Anna Gutierrez was perfect. The welcoming appetizers prepared by Moises Valdez & Milton Sanchez were amazing. They can cook dinners for $45/person (cash only). We loved the free access to Fundadores Beach Club (6 minute drive), which has a gorgeous heated infinity pool, hot tub, beach palapas, restaurant, gym, spa, WiFi, and free SUP & double kayaks (need to give 24 hour advance notice). We hope to go again!!!!

Very nice, upscale property. Lots of amenities and a great setup for multiple couples or families.

We visited with 2 other couples and the arrangement was great. Having kitchens and living areas on both levels was very convenient, allowing everyone to be together but also have some privacy. Beautiful pool and backyard area as well as grills on both levels also. Would definitely recommend this property for several couples or families with children. Owners were great to work with and very accommodating, providing much information on the community and activities while we were there. House manager was also very helpful and very responsive any time we had questions. Great property!

Amazing house and views!

We had a wonderful time in your beautiful home. The views and outside living areas cannot be beat. We spent time on every patio I think! Neighborhood itself is also beautiful. The location cannot be beat as almost any activity you would like to do is within minutes of Puerto Los Cabos. We had a group of friends join us and we did many activities while we were there. We played golf, deep sea fishing, dinners out, and spent time at the beach club. Our trip was absolutely fantastic due to the great contacts you recommended. I cannot say enough good things about the great job Desiree and Alex did while we were there. Desiree organized much of our trip for us. All of the activities listed above and even taxis. We were able to meet her at the beach club and she is amazing. We had Alex at the house many times during the week and each meal was wonderful. We enjoyed talking and getting to know him and his staff. They were exceptionally accommodating and so much fun! Anna did a great job as well. I didn't need to contact her often, but when I did she responded quickly. Owner Tannia was also very responsive with my requests for information. The only other feedback I would have is we did have 9 people there 2 of the nights and it says it sleeps 9. The small room on the roof really didn't seem much of an option in the warmer months to sleep in. We were just fine though as there is a pull out couch in the lower level that was great- just not a separate room. Overall we very much enjoyed this home and our experience there. I hope someday to be able to go back. Thank you for sharing your home!

Exceptional Property

We just spent two fabulous weeks at Casa Bella Vida with family and friends. Everything about our stay was exceptional. Upon arrival we were greeted by Anna (the property manager) and Alex (chef) who had homemade Mexican appetizers and margaritas waiting for us. Anna gave us a very detailed and thorough tour of the home. During our stay we had a couple of questions and Anna got back to us both times very quickly. We also hired Alex to cook a meal one evening for our family and it was delicious and a lot of fun. Casa Bella Vida is spacious, comfortable, nicely decorated, clean and very well equipped. The outdoor living spaces are incredible and abundant. We enjoyed eating our breakfast on the back deck overlooking the pool, happy hour on the rooftop watching the sunset and looking at the ocean while sitting around the fire pit and our evening meals on the front deck looking out towards the ocean. The backyard pool area is spectacular. There were plenty of chairs, beach towels and a big blow up swan for floating around the pool. Our two year old grandson was unable to join us but the pool had a shallow area that would have been perfect for him. Tannia, the owner, was very helpful and responded to all of my emails and questions immediately. While we were staying at the property she sent updates about what was happening at the club, Fundadores, and some ideas for activities. She was very accommodating, helpful and responsive. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Cabo at Casa Bella Vida and would highly recommend it to anyone. Thank you Emil and Tannia for sharing your beautiful home with us and for making us feel so welcome. My kids are hoping we rent it again for more relaxing family time!

Incredible home in an amazing setting!

What a vacation and it started with renting the perfect home for my family to stay in! First the owners couldn’t be more pleasant to work with. Starting with our first inquiry to our last encounter they couldn’t have been more helpful or accommodating. The home exceeded all expectations and no expense was spared when building it. There were views from everywhere of the ocean and mountains and when you went to the roof deck you could combine them all in warmth next to the amazing fire pit they have on the roof! Their pool and hot tub was resort caliber and had everything you could want. Just when you thought it couldn’t get any better you find out you have free access to Beach Club Fundadores that has a breathtaking infinity pool, private beach, state of the art fitness center and fabulous restaurant all overlooking the beach. While sitting in the hot tub my family and I enjoyed a free 20 minute Humpback whale show who decided to breach nonstop right in front of the club. If you are looking for a perfect vacation with you and your family this is the home to rent. Tannia and Emil thank you for welcoming us into your home and making our stay something we will never forget. Your the best!

Beautiful spacious home perfect for extended family

Lovely well equipped home in a quiet, secure neighbourhood with good amenities (beach club) nearby. Wonderful outdoor living space!! Not walkable but only a 15 min drive to the historic town center. Very helpful property manager and owner. A few plumbing quirks including a septic system but everything worked! Perfect for our family of 3 adult children and a grandchild.

Luxury in Puerto los Cabos

Case Bella Vida is a wonderful property in the gated golf community of Puerto los Cabos. Very quiet and safe. The home was absolutely beautiful and perfect for our group of 7: 6 adults including grandparents and a 10 month old baby. The home was very clean and luxurious, and had many things not common to a VRBO property, such as spices in the kitchen, zip lock bags, tupperware, etc. All of the rooms and outdoor areas were perfect. A true luxurious, relaxing vacation!!! Upon arrival, we were greeted by Anna, the caretaker, and Alex, who had delicious snacks and Margaritas ready for us! We enjoyed a lot of golf in the area, as well as just relaxing time at the home. The pool area was fantastic, with shallow, shaded areas for the baby and deeper areas for the adults to enjoy. We had a chef come in and cook one night, which was lots of fun. We also ordered our Thanksgiving dinner from the Beach Club, and it was plentiful and delicious! And we had a delicious brunch our first morning at Flora Farms, which was just a short drive away. Many amenities right nearby to enjoy! We will definitely look forward to returning!!

Spectacular! We highly recommend this VRBO !

This trip will always be remembered as our all time favorite family vacation !!! It was amazing in every way, the ocean views, the caretaker and her welcome margaritas, flowers and guacamole, the amenities, ( especially the shade and sun pool with a shallow end for kids ) along the peace and quiet of the area. This home is good for families, couples or a romantic getaway. We can't wait to go back!

Great vacation property - beautiful and equipped with anything you need

We just returned from a week at Casa Bella Vida and San Jose Del Cabo. We were 2 families (9 total) with kids ranging from 10 to 21. The house is beautiful, comfortable and is the best equipped house we have ever rented. The pool and spa are resort like - since very few beaches were swimmable at this time of year we enjoyed many hours by the pool - relaxing, eating and drinking! The roof top patio / fire pit area was another favorite and we ended most of our evenings there. The extra room up there was the perfect sleeping area for our 21 year old to get away from "the kids". Having the 2nd kitchen on the bottom floor that accessed the pool was so convenient for lunches and keeping beverages cold and handy. Beautiful ocean views are available from every floor - opening the entire bank of doors on the living room level was spectacular - sitting there listening to the waves crash and sipping a cup of coffee was the best way to start each day! Tannia was extremely helpful and quick with all responses throughout our decision making process and that continued once we had made our decision. There is a great binder in the house with all the specifics of the property in addition to recommendations of places to eat, activities, in-home chefs etc. Anna, the property manager, was at the house when we arrived to orient us and even had fresh salsa and guacamole waiting. She was easily available whenever we had questions or needed anything. We were so glad we chose to say in San Jose Del Cabo over Cabo San Lucas - we loved the more laid back atmosphere. The Puerto Los Cabos resort area is beautiful and a pretty quick drive to downtown, but you definitely need a car unless you want to rely on taxis. If we decide to return to the area we would absolutely rent Casa Bella Vida again!

Casa Bella Vida

My husband and I have just returned from the most amazing stay at Casa Bella Vida. It is located in a gated community, with beautiful ocean views, and will soon be on the completed golf course! The minute we opened the front door I knew we were in for a luxury experience. The first level has three beautiful en suite bedrooms with a full kitchen, media family room. The patio opens to the swimming pool and hot tub. The upper level has a fabulous master suite, chef's kitchen, living room. One of my favorite areas was the patio atop the house with yet another sleeping area. The patio has a 360 degree view of the water and golf course. It was totally sublime. I felt as though we were in a small, five star hotel! We had a fabulous chef prepare some of our dinners, which was arranged by the owner, and, of course at an additional cost. I can't wait to return!
