Das geschmackvoll eingerichtete Führungsebene Residenz verfügt über Granit-Arbeitsplatten, Küchengeräten aus Edelstahl, kundenspezifische Einrichtung und schöne 20-Zoll-Fliesenböden im gesamten (Holz in den Schlafzimmern). Es ist ein Kingsize-Bett in der Master Suite mit einem begehbaren Kleiderschrank und ein schönes Bad, die benutzerdefinierte zwei Waschbecken verfügt, Marmorwaschtisch und einen begehbaren Glasblock Dusche. Das 2. Schlafzimmer verfügt über zwei Einzelbetten und ein Kingsize-Konverter-Set, um bei Bedarf ein zusätzliches Kingsize-Bett zu erhalten. Genießen Sie Mahlzeiten in der voll ausgestatteten Küche mit allem Komfort von zu Hause aus die Sie wünschen. Genießen Sie einen Kabel-TV im Wohnzimmer und beiden Schlafzimmern. Perfect getaway

My husband and I stayed for our anniversary. This condo was perfect. Beautiful condo with everything you would need including beach chairs and towels. It was located where we could walk to everything. We loved the porch and spent most of our time there. We will be back again!

Great property- we will be back!

This beautiful condo has soooo much room! The layout is great and the views of the ocean are of course, fantastic. The condo is very updated with comfortable beds and comfy furniture too. We loved sitting on the balcony chatting and playing cards, eating lunch, etc. The kitchen is well appointed with great amounts of dishes, pots, pans, spices, etc. The location is great! Very secure and easy to walk to some restaurants, CVS and the bay side.Communication with management company- Sue and Shawna- was superb! They met and exceeded expectations. This is a five Star property for sure.

Awesome

One of the best places we have stayed. Awesome view with remarkable sunsets from the balcony. Easy access to the beach and pool. Several places to eat with in walking distance. Salt rock grill just down the road and Doc Fords a 30 min drive into Tampa. Condo was clean and had everything you need. Was not overburdened with furniture. Sue was helpful throughout the process. Great Stay!

Wonderful position

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love this location as it is right on the beach, has its own pool and path to the sand. The property is very large and has excellent storage in the bedrooms. There is a good kitchen but the cooking and serving utensils are limited, as is the water pressure.The large, well furnished balcony gives a nice view over the pool and the storm shutters are really useful when the sun gets low. However the supports do tend to make the space feel closed in.

Slyce has the best pizza we've had in a long time. Jake's Cantina offers delicious Mexican cuisine! The condo was amazing--clean and perfectly located! The condo had everything and anything we needed and was beautifully furnished. The view from the balcony was gorgeous. We will rent this property again!! Thanks for an amazing rental experience!

Pier House is Beautiful Condo Builing

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pier House is an amazing location with an absolutely beautiful beach and pool. Cannot say enough good things about the building. The particular condo we stayed in was quite dated but clean. We were not provided with enough garbage bags or toilet paper for the week which was frustrating. We were also charged an additional cleaning fee (had already paid $125US in cleaning fee) taken off our refundable deposit without question. I would highly recommend the Pier House but not this rental unit.

In your check-in instructions we clearly state that upon arrival, you are provided with a start up supply of garbage bags, toilet paper and paper towels. If you wanted these things restocked daily, you had the option to stay in a hotel. That being said, the trash chute is located directly next to the elevator that you had to use every time you left the condo. You never used the five bags that we left you and left all the trash in the condo. The home was left a disaster with dirty dishes, leftover food, glasses and trash scattered throughout every room. We had to pack up six additional garbage bags, including a weeks worth of diapers to dispose of. That is our reasoning behind charging you an additional fee. The guests that we allow to stay here are ones who clean up after themselves, take their garbage out, and are respectful of the home they are staying in.

This condo was VERY VERY CLEAN, beautifully, simply, and tastefully decorated with an extremely spacious common area. The master was excellent with a very large bathroom. The outside deck was so large and wide. The outdoor couch really made it nice to watch the sunset, or wake up to have coffee/breakfast looking at the beautiful scenery. The ability to put the storm shutters up and down to block sun in a particular area of the patio was really nice to be able to do! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals including seasonings, oils, etc. Most condo's wipe all this stuff out and that can be pricey to purchase for just a week stay if you plan on cooking some meals. Plenty of bath towels/ beach towels available as well. Beach toys were plentiful. We added an additional umbrella to the stash, as it wouldn't fit in our suitcase. Seemed silly to throw it out :) location, location, location: 1-1.5 mile drive to either.... Keegans or DJ's. Keegans was once on Diners Drive in and Dives. Their food is as yummy as it was 10 years ago! DJ's scallops were amazing and my boys said the burgers were delicious. My husband had the Mahi Tacos and claimed they were the best he has ever had....which is saying ALOT. Crabby Bills and Pj's Oyster bar are within walking distance and VERY GOOD too. We dined in at Salt Rock grill again this year, as it NEVER disappoints. I had the grilled King crab legs and truffle Mac and Chesse. Its was to die for! This is a pricier restaurant, but worth every penny! Beautiful view, and you can see the docked boats that catch the fish daily for the chef specials. Best part about the condo location is the Tropical ice cream shop right across the street. It has over 100 flavors and we went there every evening. The ice cream is to die for! We thought we'd have to drive up to Haze in Madeira Beach.....for the best ice cream around....but we didn't have to! I HIGHLY recommend this unit. Since we didn't go out to Disney, or other attractions due to covid, I was SO grateful for the enormous living space for our grown family of 4! We like to try different towns and condos along the shore each summer.....but if we go back to Indian Head Rocks Beach......this will be the unit we will try to reserve! Take care and safe travels!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we were very pleased with the rental .The management company was very attentive to our concerns .One which was the ceiling fan that only worked when the light was on . Not being tech savvy , they sent someone to take care of it . The pillows in the master br weren't the best .We actually used the decorative throw pillow as it was the most supportive . We'll bring our own next time ..lol .

Sorry-- didn't live up to expectations this time.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: To set the table: We have stayed at Pier House for 2 weeks over the last 5 years-- 3 of them in Unit 303. Great complex and location.Last year the there was a problem with the "remote" fan/light in the master bedroom that didn't get resolved. This last stay it still was not resolved, and unusable. Minor thing for a clean well furnished and desirable location for the money.This last stay was unfortunate as we got a text that the "icemaker was broken and waiting on parts but unavailable due to Covid. There's a bag of ice in it for you." Actually, the freezer was broken. We had to mop up water everyday, or do without ice or frozen stuff. During the 2 week stay no remedy was made. Like there's no refrigerators to be bought due to Covid?When asked to renew the contract for next year, I was informed it would be $200 more with no discount for the lack of advertised "amenities" like a freezer.We decided to move on, with the increase in price, and no concern for a lack of meeting obligations for the higher end of condo rentals.After a couple of month thinking about the stay, I decided a cooled off evaluation should still be made. I regret not being interested in returning to a fine location as IRB. I just don't feel the cost of the condo is commiserate with the product. Too bad making it right wasn't offered.
