Warum in Lahaina oder Kihei bleiben, wenn Sie in einer fabelhaften Wohnanlage an der sonnigen Südküste von Maui Urlaub machen können. Diese klimatisierte Villa befindet sich im üppigen Wailea Resort, am siebten Fairway des Wailea Blue Golf Course mit seitlichem Meerblick. Dieses schöne Ferienhaus mit einem Schlafzimmer und zwei Bädern wurde komplett renoviert und ist der perfekte Zufluchtsort.

Grand Champions ist in der Nähe von erstklassigen Stränden, Weltklasse-Golf, zahlreichen guten Restaurants, dem Wailea Tennis Club und The Shops at Wailea, die viele High-End-Läden und ein brandneues Lebensmittelgeschäft enthalten.

Der Komplex umfasst zwei neu renovierte Pools sowie zwei Whirlpools. Gasgrills stehen am Pool zum Grillen zur Verfügung.

Unsere Einheit ist eine erste Etage in einem zweistöckigen Gebäude. Es enthält einen geräumigen 908 Quadratfuß Innenraum, der hell und luftig ist und nahe 200 Quadratfuß Entspannungsraum auf der Veranda.

Genießen Sie Frühstück, Mittag- oder Abendessen auf der Veranda, während Sie die fantastische Aussicht genießen. Sie werden es genießen, die Golfer zu beobachten und den einheimischen Vögeln zu lauschen, während Sie Ihr Frühstück genießen!

Eine umgebaute Küche mit allen neuen Edelstahl-Geräten, renovierte Gäste-und Master-Badezimmer mit schönen Stein / Fliesen-Duschen und Badewanne und gemütliche Einrichtung, einschließlich einer Königin ausziehbaren Bett wurden gerade hinzugefügt.

Frontlader, hocheffiziente Wasch- und Trocknereinheiten befinden sich ebenfalls in einem Schrank auf der Veranda.

Liegestühle, Strandtücher, Kühler und Boogie Boards stehen für Ihren Besuch an einem der Weltklasse-Strände zur Verfügung, die ca. 5 Meilen von der Wohnung entfernt sind. Der Wailea Beach Walk, ein Wailea muss tun, ist auch nur .5 Meilen entfernt.

Amazing Location

The property is close to shopping, restaurants, the beach and all the fun things to do down south. Great communication with owner. The place has everything you need for a wonderful vacation. There are 2 heated pools which I miss but they are very nice. We are already planning on coming back next year! Mahalo!

Really nice stay

Third time staying at GC. Great spot - convenient to shopping and restaurants in the area. I love walking from GC to the hotels and along the beachfront. There is a Market on Tuesdays across the street, cute shops and delicious coffee at Akamai. Had a couple of little issues in the condo but the owner was right on it which was very much appreciated. Would definitely stay again. Thanks!

Perfect Maui Getaway: Impeccable Condo with Stunning Views and Prime Location

We recently stayed at this Grand Champions condo in Maui for two weeks, and it was the perfect hub for all our activities on the island. The condo was impeccably clean, comfortable, and quiet, providing a serene escape. It was well-equipped for both poolside relaxation and beach adventures, with every detail thoughtfully considered—even the kitchen knives were sharp, which made meal prep a breeze. One of our favorite features was the condo patio, which faced west and offered stunning views of the Pacific. It was the perfect spot to enjoy our morning coffee and, in the evenings, to watch breathtaking sunsets with a glass of wine. The location was unbeatable. Just a few minutes' walk took us to beautiful beaches, a great walking trail, fantastic restaurants, shopping options, and the luxurious resorts and golf courses of Wailea. We loved the convenience of having everything so close by. The condo owners are exceptional hosts, clearly taking great pride in their property. Their attention to detail and commitment to providing a wonderful experience for guests was evident throughout our stay. Overall, this condo was an ideal base for exploring Maui and we can't wait to return. Highly recommended!

Great 1st Floor Unit, with Everything you need

We have stayed at three other Grand Champion condos, and this one was the best-stocked, neatest, and well-supplied. Everything was stocked/provided, including beach chairs, pod laundry detergent, grilling utensils, iron and beach towels. The couches were super comfortable and well-maintained. (no wear). Great view from first-floor condo, noting not quite as expansive as the second floor, but all the same a very good view and quiet. The tvs where fine, but all truth we never even turned them on :) The Owners provide great directions as well as local restaurants and activities. We were very pleased with the unit and would return again.

First, the golf course view is breath taking. Second, the condo has very comfortable furniture that is of superior quality to that in other condos and hotels we've stayed in. Third, the condo is well stocked with everything from beach chairs/ umbrella/cooler to kitchen necessities like gadgets, coffee and storage containers. Fourth, the condo was as pictured and advertised on VRBO. Fifth, the condo was very clean when we checked in. Sixth, the owner was easy to communicate with. All positives in short.

Perfect Views and Clean

Check in was simple. Once we arrived it felt like home, great sunlight, clean, and fresh. If there was an issue with cleanness the housekeeper left her number and would come by if needed, in our case nothing was needed. The overall layout was perfect for my wife and I, extremely roomy and honestly if you had 4 people it still had tons of space. We loved the balcony overlooking the golf course, perfect for our morning coffee and late cocktails. The property was very quiet and great for a nice walk no matter when. The bed, beach towels, chairs, umbrella and everything in the condo was perfect, no issues. The location is in walking distance to the beach, shopping, and restaurants if you don't have a car. We would recommend this location and we look forward to returning in the future... 10 out of 10!

Great stay in a beautiful unit

We always stay at Grand Champions when on Maui. We’ve been in units managed by the resort as well as a number of different VRBO units. This one was probably our favorite one bedroom unit. Beautifully decorated, very clean, well equipped and everything was in great working order—that doesn’t always happen with VRBO units. Lisa and Roy provided very thorough instructions and directions before we arrived, as well. We will be back!

Wonderful stay!

This was our 4th time at Wailea Grand Champions. We loved the location of this condo. Spectacular views over the golf course, sea and beautiful sunsets. The big tree in front of the Lanai gives shade during the afternoons and a lovely atmosphere at night. The condo was spotless. Beautiful master bathroom, updated, fully equipped kitchen and very comfortable sofas for reading in the afternoon breeze. Being on the ground floor the condo stays cool without needing the AC. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely try to book this condo again next time. Mahalo to the owners!

So much so, that when this unit came onto the market we knew we wanted to buy it! Now we would like to share it with you when we are not here enjoying everything Maui!
