Schönes 3-stöckiges Haus auf einem riesigen Grundstück ... und es gibt Rodelbahnen direkt am Grundstück! Nur wenige Minuten von Skifahren und Santa's Village. Genießen Sie die atemberaubende Aussicht, während Sie nach einem Tag auf der Piste im verglasten Innenwhirlpool entspannen. Dieses wunderschöne Anwesen befindet sich zwischen Big Bear und Lake Arrowhead, sodass Sie das Beste aus beiden Welten genießen können. Zu den Pisten sind es nur 11 km, zum Sky Park / Santa's Village 5 km und zum Snowtubing nur 10 km. Dieses Haus verfügt über viele erstklassige Annehmlichkeiten: Whirlpool, WiFi, Spielzimmer mit einer benutzerdefinierten 6-Sitzer-Bar, 4 echte Arcade-Spiele (mit über 100 Spielen geladen), Kicker, Brettspiele, Player Piano und vieles mehr. Kabelfernsehen mit Filmkanälen, Netflix, Hulu & Prime. Neuer Ofen & Kühlschrank. Alle Ihre Bettwäsche und Papierwaren sind inbegriffen (und Strandtücher werden im Spa-Raum bereitgestellt). Es gibt 2 Holzkamine. Es gibt genügend Sitzgelegenheiten und einen großen Speisesaal (mit angrenzender Bar). Kinder werden das zweistöckige Baumhaus lieben, das auf 3 vollständig angelegten Grundstücken steht! Ausreichend Parkplätze für mehr als 10 Autos und eine zweite Auffahrt, die eine tolle Schlittenfahrt ermöglicht!

Diese Hütte bietet Platz für 16 Personen in Betten mit allen neuen Betten.
Der Meister ist im 3. Stock mit einem Cal King.
Das Loft verfügt über zwei Einzelbetten.
Die mittlere Etage bietet Platz für 5 in einem Raum und 4 in der anderen. Eines hat ein Queensize-Bett und 3 Einzelbetten. Der andere hat eine Königin und 2 Zwillinge. Es gibt zusätzliche Zustellbetten (mit Bettwäsche) in jedem Zimmer. Es gibt auch ein Rollbett (für 2 Personen) im Turm. Die Couch hat auch ein großes Versteckbett.

Bauen Sie Ihre eigene Rodelbahn und Schneemann auf diesem riesigen Grundstück ... es gibt sogar ein Baumhaus! Wir lassen 1 der 2 Zufahrten im Winter für Schlittenfahrten ungepflügt! Die Aussichten sind absolut atemberaubend (Sie können Catalina an einem klaren Tag sehen)!

No Snow, But A Great Stay! Cozy & Fun Property!

My family and our friends and their kids had a great time at this property! This is a very cozy family vacation home and the host Sherri could not have been any nicer or accommodating than she was, she was great! The kids had a blast, even though they did not have any snow to sled in, but had a blast playing the video games and all the board games that are in the home. The driveway is a little tricky to navigate if you have a large vehicle like myself, but we figured it out and made it a game turning our trucks around. This property really stands out because of all the amenities that they have inside the home in comparison to other rentals, we’ve done. We did not find ourselves having to go to the store to buy toilet paper or paper towels, trash bags or utensils. It was nice because they had everything there. This is the perfect place to get if you have a large group and especially if you have children. A ton of snow came as soon as we left lol, but we had a great time. Thank you Sherri!

Great view!

Everything was all good! Sherri made sure that our stay was a success by contacting regularly and left detailed notes at the house. The house was very cozy and even though we were a large group of people, everyone felt comfortable and had an enjoyable time. The bonus room (entertainment and spa) downstairs was a great addition.

Beautiful cabin in a nice woodsy area.

We had a great stay at Nob hill cabin. There was plenty of beds, lots to do in the home. Even though we couldn’t go outside much, because it rained the whole time we were there. The outside of the property is gorgeous!

The outside of the house is gorgeous and the view from the patio is one of a kind. My family and I had a restful weekend. Everything was as described and Sherri was very attentive and helpful. It was nice having the hot tub inside so those that didn’t want to get in could still enjoy everyone’s company.

Incredible Stay

I read a hundred amazing reviews of this property before booking, and I can say that every single one of them was accurate. Sherri was a perfect host, she went above and beyond to make the process as easy as possible and ensure that we had everything we needed. The house is incredible, there was so much to do inside and on the property that we hardly wanted to leave during our four day stay, but it's close to so many great hikes and ski and tubing parks that we had to venture out occasionally. Between the cozy rooms, the fireplaces, the arcade, the player piano, the hot tub, the stunning views from the deck...I can't recommend this place enough. I certainly hope to come back some day.

this place has it all, location, views, room to sleep, big yard with snow

the views, amazing. The yard, so big, with a great sled run if there is snow THe location, 15 minutes from snow valley and sky park hot tub and game room .. so much fun all that, and the rooms are set back from everything so you can sleep while other guests are having fun. the owner is very nice and good communication

Like staying in a castle

This castle-like, three-level home has amazing views, set amidst the pines, with plenty of comfortable beds, games for the kids, a player piano, and a spa. It looks as though it once had a watery moat around it. Our host was wonderfully kind and attentive. She has little signs about the house to let you know its quirks.

Winter Wonderland

Amazing property overall. Lots of space to play inside and outside. Super clean and organized, lots of labels that made it easy to understand how to utilize the space. We didn't need to go to a snow place we had a whole driveway to slide down, it made for lots of fun time outside. Sherri, the owner, is unbelievably sweet, very informative, and extremely helpful. You will not be disappointed when booking this cabin. We plan on coming here again and again. Amazing!!!!!!!

Highly recommend!!! This lovely family home just what we were looking for! Great location with a beautiful view to loose your self from the reality of daily living !!!! The house was well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Beds were comfortable: (Bonk beds preferably only for smaller “people”). Excellent communication from the hostess herself: very resourceful! Fun game room and lots of fun activities for the kids. It was even more fun because it snowed while we were there! Easy check in and check out information.

This house was awesome, there were different levels and nooks and crannies everywhere that reminded us of something out of Harry Potter. There is a huge deck with an amazing view and the game room keeps noises quiet from the rest of the house. Sherri was amazing and you can’t ask for a better host. Buy the insurance if anything for the carpet, it’s everywhere and with the kiddos there are sure to be accidents. Great stay!!

This vacation home has been in my family for over 40 years. My Dad loved it for the gorgeous views (you can see Catalina on a clear day!). It has been a labor of love... we planted over 400 trees on the property ourselves! My parents spent decades remodeling this beautiful cabin (some call it a castle :) and landscaping the surrounding property (it looks like a park). It was his dream to keep it in the family for many generations... so we've been renting it out to keep up with the expenses since he passed away. We love sharing this special home with others... and my Dad would have loved it too!

Since I was 4 years old, we traveled to the mountains every year to visit Santa's Village. And every year my Dad would stop at this property on the way and leave his business card at the home "call me if you ever want to sell it" he would say (he loved this property because of the sprawling views)! He was finally able to buy the property when I was 13... and it has been our family's pride & joy ever since! We came up every single weekend to fix up the house & plant trees... and we used to spend every Thanksgiving up here with our families (and many weekends) as we grew up and had families of our own (there are 4 children and now 8 grandchildren).
