Sie müssen 25 Jahre alt sein, um diese Wohnung zu mieten. Diese erstaunliche Penthouse-Wohnung bietet einen spektakulären Blick auf das Wasser von allen Zimmern. The Indies befindet sich am Ende von Fort Morgan, nur wenige Schritte von unberührten weißen Sandstränden entfernt. Alle Gäste können den beheizten Pool, das Fitnesscenter und die Dachterrasse mit Nebelstationen genießen. Auf dem Grundstück befinden sich zwei Holzkohlegrills für Ihren Außenkochgenuss.

Diese Wohnung hat helle Strandfarben und lustige Akzente, die für die ganze Familie Spaß machen. Sie werden zehn Fuß Decken erleben; Kronenleisten, Edelstahlgeräte, Fliesenböden und Berber-Teppichboden sind nur einige der gehobenen Annehmlichkeiten des Gebäudes. Es gibt Granit-Arbeitsplatten und eine Bar mit vier Hockern in der Küche. Sie werden den riesigen privaten Balkon mit Tisch und Stühlen lieben. Beobachten Sie die Delphine beim Springen und Spielen oder bei einem Glas Wein und genießen Sie die erstaunlichen Farben des Sonnenuntergangs.

Es gibt zwei Kingsize-Betten und im dritten Schlafzimmer ein Etagenbett mit einem vollen Bett an der Unterseite. Es gibt auch ein Queen-Schlafsofa, riesige geflieste Badezimmer, vier Flachbildfernseher und zwei DVD-Player, die alle in dieser fantastischen Wohnung enthalten sind. Sie sind nur 300 Meter zu den schönen weißen Sandstränden des Golfs von Mexiko.

Der Yachthafen Gulf Shores und das Restaurant Tacky Jacks befinden sich auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite und sind nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt. Der Fort Morgan State Park ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Oder nehmen Sie eine kurze Fahrt zum Bon Secour Wildlife Refuge oder der Autofähre nach Dauphin Island. Nachdem Sie alles getan haben, können Sie die zurückgelegte Gegend genießen und den Sonnenschein und die salzige Brise genießen, die Sie bisher erlebt haben. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: would not recommend staying here. Not clean, pans were not usable, plunged what looked like a wig out or the bathtub (human hair which was size of an animal), floors not clean. Gym doesn't open until 7;30am (who works out after 730?) kid pool closed. etc. not a good experience.

Last Minute Gulf Getaway

We decided to take a last minute trip with 6 of our kids and found this place to stay. We loved it. It was clean, exactly as described, and the view better than the pictures! Check in was easy. The walk to the beach is about 5 minutes and it was not crowded at all. The pool was nice, and sunset pictures from the roof were amazing. We will definitely be back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were not sure what we would find as a result of Hurricane Sally but the condo was pretty much the same as the last time we stayed. Some small improvements need to be made when possible. Weatherstripping of the front door, door knobs for the kitchen and bathroom and an overhead light in the livingroom. great view from the balcony. The grills need attention(new grid for the coals). We had to contact security at 1:00am because of loud music and yelling. Next year I will keep the security # on my phone. With us being on the 7th floor, the construction noise was quite significant. Looking forward to being able to use the upper deck area.

They take care of you have great customer service and some of the best prices around. They treat you like family and make any wrongs ( if any) right. You will not go wrong choosing Sunset Properties, give em a try and if you enjoy the area like we do you will be back year after year like us.

We found the condo in fairly good shape considering your recent weather problems. Our rooms were in need of a deep cleaning. Our bathrooms needed attention and the bedrooms were very dusty. It was necessary to wash all of the stoneware and glasses as they were greasy. After we did our own housecleaning the rooms were very accommodating. It was necessary to change the lightbulbs in both bathrooms in order to see. There was no outside lighting in the hallway making it difficult to enter the entry code. We truly enjoyed the view from the rooms and the lovely pool.

Loved the property and easy check in. Didn’t like having to use code for pool. Neighborhood was awesome. Short walk to beach. Set up and left our tent and belongings all week. Condo was nice. Mattresses need to be turned or replaced were not comfortable.

The condo was large, comfortable and my wife and I loved the decor. The area is quiet and the beaches weren’t over crowded. We would definitely come and stay again.

Smoke alarm chirping for three days

The property was great same as the pictures. Very clean. The property was damaged in th hurricane 6 months ago so I’m guessing that’s why the smoke alarm kept chirping like it needed a battery change. My husband changed the battery, still chirping so I contacted the property. They said they would come and fix it. They never did. We had to listen to the annoying beeping sound for four days. Also the cable in the bedrooms did not work. I contacted the property about it snd they said this is ongoing problem with the building basically they said there was nothing they could do. Frustrating

Great family place.

We loved this place. Its beautiful and a great location. The only down side was no furniture outside to relax and enjoy the view and it was hard to track down another parking pass. I would definitely be more than happy to book here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our condo was very clean. Decorating was so up to date. Mattress in master bedroom was very comfortable. We were woke up with construction workers our first morning I jumped out of the bed hearing the sound of a heavy drill hammer above our room I wasn’t expecting that and we were unable to use the pool because of construction. But that didn’t have anything to do with the owners. We did run out of hot water our second day. Just called the maintenance number and they came that day to fix the hot water heater, again not the owners fault. We all know things breaks at the most inconvenient times. We really enjoyed the beach area as it was not as crowded. We drove instead of walked to beach. Because we had 2 babies and lots of stuff to carry. Never had a problem getting a park because the area is so private. Loved our stay and will stay again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the unit 704. It was cute and comfortable. The unit had everything that we needed and plenty of room. We liked the view from the balcony, high enough to see over the beach houses. The only downside of staying at the Indies at this time was the construction. The pool was closed until 5:00 every day. Then one day a baby had an accident in the pool and there was no one on site to report it too. We liked that there were not a lot of people around. If you are looking for a beach town feel without a touristy atmosphere then this is the perfect place for you.
