Luxus 2-Bett, 2-Bad Eigentumswohnung, in Snowkomplex am Park City Mountain Resort, nur wenige Schritte entfernt von den Adler und First Time Wegen. Für 2014 umgebaut, wunderschön präsentiert. Die geräumige Master Suite verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett mit Dusche und Badewanne. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat ein Queensize-Bett mit zwei XL-Betten und ein separates Badezimmer mit Dusche und tiefem Whirlpool! New Queen-Size-Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer. Voll ausgestattete, moderne Küche, um für 8 gerecht zu werden, mit Theke und separatem Esstisch. Wohnzimmer mit gemütlichen Gas-Kamin, Internet-fähigen Kabel-TV mit Musikanlage, kostenloses Highspeed-WLAN-Internetzugang, iPod-Docking-System. Verschiedene Rätsel und Spielkarten runden eine gemütliche Nacht nach einem langen Tag auf dem Berg ab! Balkon mit Blick durch die Bäume des Uinta Mountains nach Osten. (abseits der Pisten sorgt für eine ruhige Nacht ohne Störung der Beschneiungsanlagen und Pistenfahrzeuge!)

Sie haben uneingeschränkten Zugang zu einem beheizten Umkleideraum mit einem privaten abschließbaren Skiraum und einer Stimmbank zur sicheren Aufbewahrung von Skibrettern. Ein voll ausgestatteter moderner Fitnessraum befindet sich im nächsten Gebäude und es gibt zwei beheizte Außenpools, einen neben der Wohnung (von der Außentür aus kann man auf sie herabblicken) und einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt. Zwei Tennisplätze, mehrere Grillmöglichkeiten und Picknicktische auf schattigen Rasen außerhalb der Wohnung sind ideal für den Sommer.

Snowflower ist einzigartig in Park City, weil es wirklich Ski-in-Ski-Out-Unterkünfte in einer abgeschiedenen privaten Umgebung bietet. In dieser Entwicklung gibt es keinen Straßen- oder Nachtlärm. Im Sommer gibt es hier schöne kühle und schattige Gegenden, die sich im Winter in ein sicheres Winterwunderland für Kinder verwandeln.

Das Condo liegt 200 m von der örtlichen Buslinie entfernt, die Sie in alle Teile von Park City sowie zu Lebensmittelgeschäften, Spirituosengeschäften, Kinos usw. bringt. Es gibt eine überdachte, beheizte Garage und jeder Gast hat Zugang zu einer Parkerlaubnis für die Dauer seines Aufenthalts .

Great for families

Great location. Took the eagle lift every morning and avoided the crowd at the base and the early morning crowds at Bonanza. Easy walking to restaurants in the village. Short bus ride to town. Didn’t need a car.

perfect ski in/out

Fantastic trip! Snowflower is in a great location with many amenities. The ski locker room is clean and warm and just steps to the Eagle lift . The condo itself is great, perfect size for four skiing adults. The 2 bedroom/ two bath works great. The condo shared hot tub is very large and very clean, perfect to ease sore muscles. There is covered parking in which large pickups and suv's fit. There also is a great bus network that takes you downtown Park City, or you can walk in 20 min. Buses also go to Canyons. The condo itself has a nice living area with a warm gas fireplace, well stocked kitchen and plenty of extras throughout. Susie is a great host and we will definitely be back.

Perfect Park City condo

Wonderful condo right next to a chair lift- covered parking garage was perfect and convenient and it was a 5 minute drive to Main St. Overall a perfect ski in and ski out space for a group in Park City and we had a great experience staying here. FYI- laundry room requires quarters, so bring some or make a point to get some if you plan on using the machines.

Convenient ski stay

We enjoyed our stay! The unit is conveniently located to ski in and ski out. The beds were comfortable, water, pressure and temperature in the showers are also very good. Property manager was very responsive. Uber conveniently picks up/drops off in the garage. We had a wonderful ski vacation.

We had an outstanding stay at Susie's Snowflower condo at the base of PCMR! The condo was well-equipped and met all our needs! Susie was very attentive in providing information about the condo and activities to do in the area. There are many things to do in the immediate area. For winter use, this is a ski-in/out property! Park City Great Location!

Great Location! Easy in and out for parking and skiing. Kitchen well stocked. Plenty of room for our family of four. Would have liked more towels or bigger towels for hot tub/pool. Great facilities with laundry room close and hot tub close.

Ski Trip

This location was perfect for a few days of skiing. We had easy access to the mountain and we were close to town. The condo was clean and well maintained. Susie was very help with any questions we had.

The location can't be beat

The condo is spacious, Susie is the epitome of professional, responsive & helpful, but the very best thing about the property is its rare slope slide location. Easy walking access to not just one, but five lifts, all clustered together. Invaluable on busy days to beat the crowds and/or when schlepping kids and all their gear in addition to your own! Just a note on Uber/Lyft in case its helpful for trip planning - found them to be way more expensive than expected with long wait times and frequent cancellations. One example: Booked a ride back to the airport with Lyft but each allocated driver always cancelled before reaching us (presumably for a more profitable opportunity). Switched to Uber and experienced the same and after 6 driver no shows and more than an hour of waiting in the freezing cold after checkout, we had one of Susie's recommended transport services rescue us.

The best location!

This location is amazing for a ski in/ski out property. They have a very convenient ski locker room on the first floor and an elevator up to the 2nd floor where the condo is located. Plenty of room in the condo and has everything you’ll need, it’s older but well maintained. My only complaint is not having laundry in the condo and the laundry room (which is very close by) only takes quarters. I’ve stayed in places where the machines take check cards so you don’t have to remember to get coins while you’re out and about. The condo is also located away from the slopes so you won’t hear the grooming machines all throughout the night and early morning, they can be very loud. We will definitely stay here again. Susie was great to communicate with too, and thought of everything you may have questions about.

Awesome Park City stay

We loved staying at this condo. Couldn’t possibly be a better location for ski in and out access! Hot tub was perfect for after a long day on the slopes too! I highly recommend this property and I would come back in a heartbeat!

Enough room for family of 5

Our family enjoyed staying at this property. It is a true ski in/ski out with comfortable beds and was well equipped. That being said if you have small children who need to be at ski school before the lifts open at 9:00, there is a short uphill walk to get them there timely. The location is great! You ski down to the first time lift to start your day and can ski right up to the walkway for lunch or the end of the day. The locker downstairs to store your equipment is easy to get to and use. The condo had everything we needed to cook meals there and is close to several restaurants and stores. Parking was easy and spots were available each time we came back. Would definitely stay here again!

Family ski trip

This place was perfect for our family of 4! The condo had everything we needed. It was clean, and a good size. The door code we had didn't work so I called Susie. She picked up and solved the problem before we hung up. I had another minor issue that she took care of immediately. The location to the slopes was so great! The slopes were just a few steps from the locker room where we had a locker to store our ski gear. Easy access to first time, 3 kings, and eagle lifts. My only issue is that the trip went too fast! Great place for a great price. Can't wait to go back!

Great mid-road trip break

Our family stayed here for a few nights to break up our road trip. Had a great time! Quiet location overlooking historical cemetery, condo had everything we needed, enjoyed pool and soaking tub in complex. Easy to take bus downtown. Walked to Park City Mountain for fun at the summer Adventure Park. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

I am British born and bred and moved to the east coast US in 2005. I passionately skied for several years with my 4 children, in Jay Peak, Vermont, but after visiting Utah a couple of times, made the move to Park City in 2012. We adore the life here, summer and winter. Utah is a mecca for outdoor enthusiasts and I am delighted to be able to share some of my family's passion with our guests. We would love to give recommendations of favorite places to visit, places to ski, places to bike and hike. We'd love to hear your stories too. As relative newcomers to Park City we are always exploring and constantly enjoying the discovery of new places and things to see and do.

With a family of 4 children, I have learned the hard way that Ski-on Ski-off makes for the best experience. We chose the Snowflower complex in Park City because it has the best value access to the snow and the location is beautiful. We have a spacious, quiet, 2 bedroom condo, with beautiful rural views as well as great summer and winter amenities on site, yet we are also directly on the mountain and within minutes of the buzz of Main Street and grocery stores etc.

The woodland view is stunning, especially in the fall. We love the quiet aspect of the condo, and the Snowflower resort complex in the summer. For winter, the location, right on the slopes says it all!!!
