Eines der größten und schönsten Cottages auf der weniger besiedelten Seite der Insel. Es ist ein Full-Service-Service, ein wunderbares Familienhaus mit einem riesigen Garten für Kinder. Große Terrasse mit Gasgrill, Tisch mit Sonnenschirm und vielen Stühlen, Epos im Innenhof, Wohnzimmer mit Kabel-TV, Esszimmer (Internet / WIFI), voll ausgestattete Küche (einschließlich aller Hummerfeste!), 2 Badezimmer, 4 Schlafzimmer. Hof, umgeben von Steinmauern (und Himbeeren!). 5 Minuten zu Fuß zur Bucht und zum Hussey Sound. 20 Minuten zu Fuß zur Fähre, Geschäft und Restaurants.

Alle Betten sind für Sie gemacht. 70 Handtücher werden gefaltet und alle für Sie bereitgestellt. Keine Notwendigkeit, Bettwäsche mitzubringen. Großartig für Reisende.

Ab 2019 haben Gäste die Möglichkeit, einen privaten Koch zu sich zu nehmen, während Sie bleiben und ein Maine-Hummer-Abendessen für eine zusätzliche Gebühr zubereiten! Peaks at its Best

This historical cottage is quintessential Peaks… beautifully maintained, well loved, perfectly equipped, and ideally located. It is exactly the same and better than in the pics and the host is kind and responsive.

Excellent Week at the Cottage

We had such an amazing time on Peaks Island and enjoyed staying at this cottage! Plenty of room for friends to stop by! Our favorite parts of the cottage were the front porch and deck area! Loved how cozy they both were and enjoyed hanging out here when we were not exporing the island! Thank you, Pam for a wonderful week!

Perfect July 4th

We booked this place well in advance of July 4th due to covid and Pam couldn't have been more gracious. My wife and friends enjoyed the place very much. We're all long-time Peaks renters and we'd put this place among the top places we've rented.

Overly priced accommodations

My family stayed for 9 days on Peaks Island in this cottage. Pam was accommodating and helpful through the booking process and assisting us before we arrived. However, we did have a bad experience while staying here. We saw mice at the beginning of our stay, but didn’t think anything about it due to being in the “woods.” The problem continued to get worse and on our second to last day, we were greeted with a shocking surprise... a mouse had nested and had her babies in my 4 month old granddaughters suitcase. We then discovered that the mouse had been eating holes through our belongings. Most of the accommodations were up to par, but we did not find the kitchen to be fully stocked, nor the kitchen and bath linens to be adequate. The bath and kitchen towels are basically rags and old. The kitchen has very few baking pans and the ones we did find to use had mice droppings in them and the can opener was rusted. When paying this much money, I would expect the accommodations to be satisfactory.

A Week on Peak's

My family flew in from different parts of the country for a week on Peak's Island. This charming house was perfect for our needs and the owner was very nice and extremely accommodative. Everything we needed for eating, cooking, sleeping, bathing, etc. was available on arrival. We had seven adults and two young children in the house and there was plenty of space for everyone to hang out (especially the large front deck). My two year old loved the big yard and ran around for hours. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect home for us

When our daughter was married at TEIA just down the hill, this was the ideal place for us. We used all 4 bedrooms, and the spacious inside porch and living room provided space for the women in the wedding to have their makeup done and chat. The host has the house very well outfitted and met us with a very thorough welcome; she has made the rental experience simple. We enjoyed the warm, slightly rustic feel and the family history on the walls (ask about the civil war sword). Simply a fun place to enjoy the island

It is a beautiful setting with a rustic feel.

Pam couldn't have been more hospitable. The house has a rustic feel and very clean. We spent our mornings sitting on the screened in porch before we went off to do an activity for the day. We got to truely experience island life and loved every minute of it.

Wonderful Stay on Peaks

We have rented 4 or 5 times on Peaks Island and this was one of the easiest arrivals and departures ever. Pam was very easy to work with. Flexible about dates, understanding about ferry complications, ready with a smile when we arrived. The house was completely ready for us with the beds made and fresh flowers in all the bedrooms. Plenty of towels available. Not having to strip the beds and wash all the linens while trying to make an early ferry was also a great help. I have never had that in a rental before and it was such a pleasure! Lots of rainy day activities in the house, though we didn't need them this year. Lovely sun porch and deck. Have already recommended this property to relatives. Truly the most easy-going property owner I have rented from. The only difficulty I had was finding a sharp kitchen knife!

Cozy house

This home has been in one family for many years. The cottage is conveniently located, cozy and the owner provides sheets and towels. She met us at the dock, helped us secure a golf cart rental (a must for getting around) and took us to the cottage upon our arrival to Peaks. She went though the house explaining the usage and everything was clean and perfect. All she asked upon our leaving was that we did not make up the beds used so she would know where we slept for changing sheets. Music to the vacationers ears. It was our first stay to Peak's and thanks to a lovely stay in this cozy cottage, we will be back.

Highly recommend! Our family loved our stay.

Pam was such a pleasure to work with and always quick to reply to my emails. Our family of 7 had PLENTY of room. This house is bigger than it looks in the pictures. Pam even provides all of the towels and linens...what a treat! You can walk anywhere...but bikes are recommended for going to the store and bars...it is a 15-20 minute walk . You can walk right to a beach (3 minutes) and find sea glass and watch the sun set. The inside porch and outside porch is where we spent most of our time. I can't wait to go back.
