Dorfhaus auf Shuttle Route - Tolle Lage!

Günstig gelegen, direkt an der Straße von allen Restaurants, Bars, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und in fußläufiger Entfernung, so dass kein Auto benötigt wird. Gehen Sie zur Tür hinaus und der Shuttlebus holt Sie direkt an der Ecke ab und bringt Sie nach Okemo Mtn. mit geplanten Stopps alle 25 Minuten an Wochenenden und Feiertagen. Der erste Stock ist ein offener Raum mit einer schönen Küche, die zum großen Esszimmer und Wohnzimmer hin offen ist. Es gibt ein Badezimmer mit Waschmaschine / Trockner direkt neben dem Schlammraum. Um es gemütlicher zu machen, können Sie den Kamin in der geschlossenen Veranda genießen, der Sie einfach zum Schmelzen bringt!

Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit Toaster, Mikrowelle, Kaffeekanne, Tellern und Besteck. Das Wohnzimmer und die Veranda verfügen über Flachbildfernseher mit Kabel-HDTV / DVD / VCR.

Die zweite Etage verfügt über 2 Hauptschlafzimmer mit Queensize-Betten und das 3. Schlafzimmer ist, wo alle Kinder mit 5 Einzelbetten hängen können. Jedes dieser Zimmer verfügt über einen TV. Es gibt auch 2 Badezimmer auf dieser Etage. Eines mit einer Dusche und das andere mit einer Wanne / Dusche-Kombination.

Dieses Haus ist sehr komfortabel und perfekt für Familien und wurde aktualisiert und wunderschön eingerichtet.

Leider bieten wir keine Saisonmieten an.

Awesome Property In Town of Ludlow

This property was perfect for our party of 8 adults ! A Very well kept cozy home near town. Well stocked kitchen. 2 full baths and a 1/2 bath was a necessity for 8 people, Shuttle to Okemo right outside the door on the corner or a 3 minute drive to the Unloading zone at the mountain. Bring your sheets and towels and food and drink and you are all set. Would definitely stay here again !

Perfect Ski Weekend at Okemo

This charming property is just around the corner the corner from restaurants, shops and the conveniences of the town of Ludlow. Additionally, it is just minutes from Okemo Ski Resort which we skied both Saturday and Sunday. The weather was cold and the slopes a bit icy so we were grateful and very much enjoyed the cozy family room addition with the roaring wood fireplace! It was the perfect way to end a day on the slopes. The decor of the house is adorable too with vintage ski equipment and Okemo signs. We cooked in both breakfast and dinner each day and played games each evening! It was a perfect weekend getaway.

The location of the house was convenient to everything. The house was very clean and the working fireplace was definitely a plus. The owners were very responsive, replying to my emails extremely fast.. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Spot for Okemo

Stayed here for Xmas break with the family. The property is exactly what you see in the listing. The house was clean, decently sized, and felt like a home away from home. Not to mention, you can't ask for a better location to Shaws (supermarket) and Okemo ski lodges. Right off the main road on a quiet street. We had the luxury of boarding/skiing on the first chair up the mountain, go back to the house for lunch, then come back when the crowd was gone for the later half of the afternoon. 4 minutes from the Clock Tower & 6 minutes from Jackson Gore. Unless you're on a ski on/off condo, you can't ask for better than this. Even at Okemo closing 330-4pm, it only took about 15-20 minutes to get back (which is great considering the traffic of everyone leaving). Our host (Caroline) could not be faster with her responses. I honestly don't think it took her more than 2 minutes to respond to any messages prior to, while at the property, and departure to respond. Overall, highly recommend this listing for others. The house is actually bigger than what you expect. Hoping to book again for our future vacations.

A Corner for Everyone

We shared the experience at the Village House with a family of friends. The kids had a great time sharing the bedroom under the eaves with five single beds which allowed us, the adults to relax, have a drink, cook dinner together. We lit the fireplace and watched a movie from the large selection of vhs tapes. The house is very close to the slopes and conveniently located in the center of Ludlow. Caroline and Chris were very quick to respond to all of our questions and provided helpful suggestions. Sleeping in our own sheets made feel even more like home. Thank you!

Great Location

This was our first time not staying on the mountain. In many respects, staying here was easier than the mountain. The Rt 1 Shuttle bus picks you up, literally, in front of the house. You can see it coming down the road, leave the house, get on it, and get dropped off at the A/B building within 7 minutes. Getting home is just as easy and takes about 25 minutes (depending how many ppl on the shuttle). The house was as advertised. Very cozy and nice to stay in. I would have preferred they provide sheets, or at least a place we can rent them from. Taking sheets up and back was not that big of a deal, but would have been easier if we didn't need to think about it. I would definitely stay here again without hesitation.

Great house and location for Okemo skiing!

Two families shared the house and it was well situated for our 5 children to share the bedroom with twin beds. We really liked it. Convenient to get to, and easy to get to the mountain. The pictures actually don't do the house proper justice. The rooms are larger than the pictures appear to show them - sop that was a pleasant surprise. We will likely book this property again in future years. Owner was pleasant to communicate with as well! Smooth process.

Nice house in nice location but not providing bed linens and towels was a real let down.

This property is very centrally located and within walking distance to town. The unit is quint and clean. The beds are a bit saggy. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped. My biggest problem is that they charge $200 for cleaning fee but don’t even provide bed linens and towels for the stay (something that is in fine print that I did notice until the owner mentioned it in their pre-trip email. That does not seem to be the norm in Ludlow as we have stay in this town many times over the years. The signages that encourage the guest to take care of the home sound more like threats. Otherwise, the house is fine.

Great house to ski Okemo

This is a perfect house for families. Easy access to the shuttle bus and can walk to town. Plenty of room for kids to sleep and play. The house was very clean and has been well kept. Would definitely recommend.

Great location!

Amazing location! House was the perfect size for our group! Shuttle stops right across the street or you can drive 3 minutes to the mountain. Caroline and Chris were very responsive to all of our inquiries. Definitely recommend!

Beautiful home in Prime Location

This was the perfect home for our group for New Years weekend. With five bedrooms and multiple living spaces- there was more than enough room to sleep and enjoy each other's company comfortably. With a cozy fireplace room and an open concept living room and kitchen, we felt right at home. The house is extremely clean and everything was ready for us when we arrived. Caroline responded to all of my questions in an extremely timely matter which made the trip a breeze. The house itself is incredible, and the location is even better. It is walking distance into town- where you can access a Shaw's, Dunkin Donuts, liquor store, bank, restaurants, Etc. You can also access the shuttle route, allowing you to leave your car behind when you want to go to the mountain. I can't recommend this home enough- I hope to be back in the future!

Cozy, convenient, and well stocked

This is truly a home that you are renting with just about everything you need to move right in. Fireplace room makes a great spot to relax with adults while the kids can use the main living room large couch area for games, tv, and relaxing after skiing. The kitchen had every thing you need for meals that could feed all three of our families. Nice appliances, large dining table, large sink and dishwasher for clean ups. Has it all Couldn't be more convenient to okemo. Shuttle stop is in front of the house. Owners were a pleasure and made everything easy. We will be back.
