Strandhaus im Hamptons-Stil gegenüber dem Surfstrand in Catherine Hill Bay. Die sanfte Meeresbrise und der beruhigende Rhythmus der Brandung werden Sie erneuern und erfrischen. Das Haus verfügt über 4 Schlafzimmer im Haupthaus und ein separates großes klimatisiertes Studio mit Queensize-Bett, Bad und Küchenzeile. Entspannen Sie sich und genießen Sie die Sonne - 1 Gehminute vom Strand entfernt. Das Haus wurde kürzlich renoviert. Es ist ein perfekter romantischer Kurzurlaub oder Strandurlaub. Der Strand ist von Oktober bis April überwacht.

Catherine Hill Bay beach house

Lovely property in fantastic location. We were just a little disappointed with the standard of cleaning as the windows were dirty, kitchen bench sticky, oven needs clean and cobwebs in some of the rooms. Overall a great place to stay as very comfortable but just needs a little tlc.

Property photo's don't really live up to the property however had a great time

Little things could improve this property, its a lovely house and a great location but tiered and needs some TLC - making sure there are matches available. kitchen organized better, taking away chipped glasses, and updating blinds and curtains would make a big difference.

Lovely spot, lovely house

The property was spacious and comfortable, with four bedrooms, a studio and a large garden. We enjoyed walking along the beach across the road, riding our bikes, and a drink at the 'Catho.' Martin tried very hard to get the internet working the one day that it didn't, due to what turned out to be a local outage. We could never get the oven to work despite the available instructions and some assistance from our helpful neighbour, who is also the property manager. A comfortable, spacious home.

Beautiful house and perfect location

We had such a lovely week at Catherine Hill Bay and would definitely stay here again. The house fitted us all perfectly (family of 6), it had a very well equiped kitchen and the hosts were very accommodating with our last minute request which we really appreciated. Thank you!

The Beach House

Location was fantastic. Great area and terrific location to the beach. Lovely big back yard. Excellent balcony upstairs with a good view of the beach Really spacious for 3 couples Well equipped kitchen The property does need some TLC. Broken blinds, door handles falling off, windows unable to open, dirty carpets and marks on walls, dirty windows. We did find it grubby One shower between six - not so great Having said all that we did like it. It was well Priced and all about the location- just needs a good freshen up

Superb Location

Brilliantly positioned just across the beach. This large home was very comfortable for two families by utilising the studio out the back as well. The beds were comfortable and the house was well appointed. It is an older property and some areas are a little tired but it was fine for a beach house. There is no air-conditioning in the main house and many windows/doors do not have flyscreens so in order to get a cooling breeze the mozzies are horrendous. The house either needs flyscreens or air-conditioning. Otherwise a great place to stay.

Beautiful spot

Beautiful location and so close to a lovely beach. Lots of places to drive too for something to eat or a picnic. There are lots of mozzies so bring your own repellent! Martin and Virginia were very quick to respond to any of my questions and the neighbour John was lovely and even put the bins out for us!

Lovely beach house

We just had a wonderful winter weekend at the Beach House. This is a beautiful house, with possibly the best location of any property in the town - right opposite the beach, and with a view from the balcony / terrace upstairs. Wood fire kept things cozy, although plenty of heaters and electric blankets to keep us all warm throughout the house. Also worth noting that the kitchen is really well equipped and beds were really comfortable. Amazingly, the water was warm enough for the kids to swim (go figure?!), and we wished we could have stayed for longer. (sorry we left with the keys!) David & Karen
