Willkommen am Indian Sunset Beach! Die zehn Fuß Decken und 1290 Quadratmeter Wohnfläche geben diesem Gerät ein offenes und luftiges Gefühl. Der Grundriss ist offen. Die Schlafzimmer sind aufgeteilt und bieten Privatsphäre für alle.

Wunderschöne Sonnenaufgänge können über der Intracoastal Waterway gesehen werden. Fahren Sie mit dem Aufzug nach unten und erreichen Sie nach wenigen Schritten den beheizten Pool am Strand und den weißen Sandstrand. Sobald die Sonne untergegangen ist, können Sie die funkelnden Lichter vorbeifahrender Boote an der Intracoastal von Ihrem privaten Balkon aus genießen. Diese Wohnanlage verfügt nur über 11 Wohneinheiten für das private Urlaubsgefühl.

Diese Einheit für 6 Personen mit einer Master-Suite, die sich vom Rest der Wohnung abhebt. Der Meister verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, zwei Chaiselongue / Bett, einen großen Kleiderschrank und ein eigenes aktualisiertes Hauptbad mit begehbarer Dusche.

Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat eine Twin XL über King Senkrecht Koje. Das zweite Bad neben diesem Schlafzimmer ist sehr praktisch.

Die geräumige Küche öffnet sich zum Ess- und Wohnbereich und bietet alles, was Sie zum Zubereiten von Mahlzeiten benötigen. In der Einheit Frontlader Waschmaschine / Trockner macht Wäsche zum Kinderspiel.

Der Komplex verfügt über einen Aufzug und es gibt zwei zugewiesene Parkplätze für diese Einheit.

Great stay at Indian Rocks Beach

We had a wonderful visit to Indian Rocks Beach and were pleasantly surprised with the condo, “Path to Relaxation.” We had been notified in advance of our visit by the owner that there would be some challenges, including construction noises due to repair on the building after the hurricane and the pool being under repair. We appreciated Monica reaching out to us and letting us know and also giving us a discount. Despite a few inconveniences, we enjoyed our time here so much. She checked on us and made sure that everything was going well. We had a wonderful beach stay and enjoyed exploring the area and trying new restaurants that Monica recommended.

My daughters and I stayed a week and we had the best time. The condo is located in a great location and the pictures don’t do it justice. The beds in both bedrooms were very comfortable and clean. Monica was great to work with.

Great Condo for family!

My family and I really enjoyed staying here, the condo was very close to beach, restaurants, and also shopping! The host was very easy to get ahold of! We didn't have any issues while we stayed! Amazing vacation rental on IRB!!!

Condo is one of the best we have ever stayed in for a vacation!!! Everything we needed for the week and more! Amazing!

This was our 20 year anniversary trip. We wanted to stay where we could walk to restaurants but not be in the hustle and bustle of the peak season. This place was perfect! Steps to the beach. Local restaurants very close by. The property itself was wonderful! Exceptionally clean! Monica was an added bonus! She checked on us after we got settled in to make sure everything was in good order. She made delicious recommendations for restaurants and response time was very quick. Absolutely Amazing!

The listing didn't do it justice. Huge 2 bedroom condo. Immaculate condition. Great location. We ended up with 6 people in our group and we were never crowded! We were able to watch the boats pass by from the balcony. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. I've stayed in a lot of different hotels and condos for vacations, this was by far the biggest and best!

IRB perfect location!

Great location overlooking the inter-coastal, enjoyed seeing the dolphins every morning at breakfast and the condo complex is literally on the beach. The condo was equipped with a wagon and beach chairs making that short walk to the beach even easier. Location is in walking distance to restaurants and shops. Perfect spot for our family with two young kids. Our only concern was cleanliness of one of the rooms that Monica would be addressing with the cleaners and personal opinion that the master bed and bedspreads could be replaced. Monica checked in upon arrival and was responsive during our stay. Neighbors mainly fellow vrbo families were very friendly!

Spacious Condo ...Home Away From Home

The condo is so spacious. The bedrooms are on two opposite ends. It is on the second floor so no one below you. Could not hear tenants above us at all. TVs have Spectrum cable and are smart TVs. All the beach stuff you could want. The wagon was a lifesaver! Left our boogie boards for the next guests to enjoy! IRB is our absolute favorite beach and we will stay in the condo again next summer! Easy walk to restaurants and shopping. Loved our stay!

Couldn’t be better!

We came to IRB for a wedding, were familiar with the area. This condo and location are perfect! Walking distance to restaurants and light groceries. Patio overlooks the inter-coastal. We loved sitting there and watching the boats, people, dolphins! Monica couldn’t have been sweeter. Kept us informed on the elevator repair while we were there but no issues. Best place ever!

My family booked this condo in November for a getaway. I can honestly say this was the best place I've ever stayed at! It truly was home away from home! Clean, spacious, everything you could ever need was there. There are plenty of beach accessories, chairs, toys, towels, wagon, umbrella, and other items. The bedrooms are big and beautiful with plenty of beds to sleep. Bathrooms have plenty of room as well, showers work great. Kitchen was fully equipped including full sized kitchen table and anything you need to cook. Washer/dryer, linen for days, extra pillows/ blankets, balcony has table and chairs to enjoy the view. The beach is right outside the door. Pool with chairs. I can't say enough good things about staying here! The owners are extremely nice and very easy to work with! I will book here again without a doubt! Thank you again for letting us stay!

Practically Perfect in every way!

The time leading up to our trip Monica was very responsive and answered all my questions. We had never visited this particular area and I had so my questions to make sure it was a good fit. The area surpassed my high expectations! Quick1 block walk and you are in the main downtown drag with access to restaurants, cvs, stores and more. The small town has everything you need. We loved Villa Gallace and ate there three times, it was literally outside our door! The bakery was so good and a perfect walk each morning. We loved walking on the harbor side in the morning to catch the sunrise from the docks and watching the boats from our patio. The pool was brand new and perfect to swim and cool off! Private beach was amazing! The condo had everything we needed for our family of 4, we kept saying we could live here 24/7! We will be back, loved everything, it felt like home and Monica provided more than enough household items to just move right in for a perfect week of relaxing and enjoying the beautiful ocean in IRB!

Great Condo Steps from the Beach

The Condo was very large and clean and had all the comforts of home. We all had great beds to sleep in and the location was awesome, just steps away from the beach. Great view of the intercoastal waterway was enjoyed every morning with a cup of coffee. Hope to stay again in the future.

Beautiful, Spacious, clean Condo!

From the booking process through check in. Very quick and easy process. When we arrived the parking was so easy. The elevator right there. The entryway spotless and charming. The keyless entry was the best! The whole condo decorated beautifully. Very warm and inviting. We will definitely be back!!

We love Indian Rocks Beach! It is convenient to all area attractions and the beach is not as crowded as other area beaches. The Saint Pete/Clearwater airport is 20-25 minutes away. There are many dining options within walking distance. Our favorites are Slyce Pizza, JD's, Jake's Cantina and Crabby Bills. A short drive will take you to Salt Rock Grill. Splash Harbour Water Park is within walking distance.

Clearwater Beach is only ten minutes away, (home of the Clearwater Marine Aquarium)
and it is only 30 min to St. Pete Beach, Downtown St. Pete, Tropicana Field, Dali Museum, Museum of Fine Arts, Chihuly permanent exhibition and 45 minutes to Tampa and Ybor City. Or, take a day trip to Orlando to visit Walt Disney World or Universal Studios (1.5 hours)
