Spektakuläre Aussicht auf den Sonnenuntergang über dem Golf von der Terrasse auf dem Balkon im 2. Stock. Nur wenige Schritte vom weißen Sandstrand und dem Pool entfernt. Einheit ist ruhig gelegen mit einfachem Zugang mit dem Aufzug oder Treppen.
Der offene Wohnbereich ist wunderschön eingerichtet und bietet einen stilvollen, offenen Fluss in den Wohnbereich, der die Küche, den Unterhaltungsbereich und den Essbereich umfasst. This condo includes a limited view of the gulf from the patio and a full view of the pool and shuffleboard court area. If you have tweens, this is a great condo to keep an eye on them no matter which direction they go. This condo also has a very well appointed kitchen, with all the pots, pans, small appliances, and even some ziploc bags, foil, Saran Wrap, spices, sugar, extra coffee and tea (December 2023) that you might need for your stay.

What is not to LOVE about this place

Awesome place!

The condo was spotless. It's exactly as pictured. We enjoyed mornings on the balcony overlooking the courtyard with a view of the ocean. The outdoor areas of the property were very beautiful and meticulously maintained. The pool was heated and bigger than it looks in the pics. We loved that the beach chairs, toys, etc. were provided and we didn't have to buy, rent, or carry those things with is. The grassy courtyard area with the gated pool and shuffleboard along with the grilling area and outdoor tables made this a great environment for adults to relax and kids to run around and play freely.

Really couldn’t be better. Only slight annoyance was the very squeaky beds in the second bedroom. Eventually my son moved to the living room and slept on the very comfortable couch. Sand Cay doesn’t have the charm of Sanibel or the shells but the beach was lovely and loved having loungers to use on the beach.

The perfect vacation get-a-way!

Our condo gave us a lovely view of the water but we could also see the pool to check if it was busy or not. The condo was very nicely decorated. In my brother’s room they struggled with the noise of the air conditioner right on the other side of the wall with one of the beds. They had to rearrange furniture and it was slightly better. The kitchen was very well equipped. It had everything we needed! We love staying at Sand Cay!
