Wir sind für dieses Jahr ziemlich ausverkauft. Ich habe jedoch ein Sonderangebot für eine Woche mit 6 Nächten vom 19. Oktober bis zum 25. Oktober. Nur 500 Dollar. Fügen Sie Ihrem Hund ebenfalls nur weitere 100 USD hinzu.
Es ist auch nicht zu früh für nächstes Jahr. Jetzt Reservierungen für 2020.
In den Räumlichkeiten herrscht striktes Rauchverbot, einschließlich Vaping.
Das Hotel liegt in South Rehoboth, in der Nähe von allem und doch in einem ruhigen Hinterhof. Für zwei Autos vom Haupthaus mit eigenem Parkplatz zurückversetzt. Meister hat ein französisches Bett und der Dachboden (muss durch diese passieren, um in Meister zu gelangen) hat ein Doppelbett. Geschlossene Veranda mit Blick auf Bambuswald außerhalb. Das Badezimmer hat nur eine Dusche. Außendusche für die Rückkehr aus dem Meer. Perfekt weg für zwei Erwachsene, mit Platz für bis zu drei.
Haustiere erlaubt (wir lieben auch unsere) mit einer nicht erstattbaren Zahlung von 200 USD. Erweitertes Kabelpaket und WLAN inklusive. 32 'Flatscreen im Erdgeschoss und 25' Treppe. Sowohl DVD-Player.
Neu im Jahr 2018, eine neu gestaltete Küche mit modernen Schränken, Granit, neuen Kühlschrank und neuen Böden im ersten Stock.
Hinweis: Es gibt keine Spülmaschine, Müllentsorgung oder Waschmaschine / Trockner.

Another wonderful vacation

We have stayed at Steve and Sandy's property for several years. We love staying there. Steve and Sandy are great and the cottage is perfect for us. It is close to everything and has everything we need for a perfect vacation. We’ll be back again next year!!

You will not be disappointed if you choose to stay at this property. It is such a cute cottage. Very clean & comfortable. The owners are very kind & helpful. The only downfall of this property are the steep steps to the upstairs.

Wonderful Beach Cottage!

We had a great stay at Steve’s beach cottage! The location was wonderful - 2 blocks to everything is true! An easy walk to the beach and the cart Steve provides made that walk a piece of cake. Great restaurants in walking distance. The cottage was comfy and well maintained. I loved the vanity in the main bedroom, and the door provides privacy for a third guest. Our pups were happy campers and it was great we could bring the dogs. Great communication with Steve and Bonnie. Would love to stay again!

A Hidden Gem

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cottage. It is the perfect size for two people. Steve made sure we had everything we needed and provided great recommendations as well. The cottage was tucked away behind the main house. It was quiet, comfortable, private and clean. The location was close to the beach, dining and shopping. We would definitely stay here again!

Cozy house steps from the heart of Rehoboth Beach

We were very happy with our VRBO rental. The cottage is a historic structure built in 1930. It was clean, comfortable and well appointed. There is a private yard, too. The hosts, Steve and Sandy, were very kind, courteous and accommodating.

What a great find for a totally relaxing week

This little cottage is a real gem. When we originally walked in we were surprised by how little the space is! BUT as we familiarized ourselves, there was absolutely nothing more we could have wanted or needed. Cute private yard with a picnic table and comfortable seating. A lovely open 4 season room along one side of the house. Fully stocked and impeccably clean kitchen where we easily cooked a few meals. The living room has a fantastic sofa for relaxing in front of the TV. Bathroom is small but serviceable. The bedrooms are cute and well furnished. Throughout the house are many little touches of beach living and lovely pottery made by the owner. We walked everywhere all week and the week was made perfect because we were able to share it with our puppy. Sand time, street and boardwalk socialization and lots of cuddling. Thanks, Steve and Sandy!

Perfect Little Getaway

My wife and I have rented this beautiful little gem for 4 years in a row. It has everything we need to live quite comfortably for two weeks in the summer. It’s spotlessly clean, well maintained and has a warm and inviting atmosphere. Wonderful location, great place, photos do not do it justice

My wife and I stayed here for a week to celebrate our anniversary. We had a great stay although the weather was pretty terrible. The hosts were very friendly and helpful (we were looking for happy hour and dinner recs) and the location is amazing. Short walk to the beach, easy access to shops and restaurants. No wonder this place books up fast. Hope to come back again some time!

Best for non-seniors

This is a cute place in good location. Price is very reasonable. Hosts are accommodating and pleasant. That said, if you are older like us, this may not work for you as only bathroom is on main floor while bedroom is up a steep and narrow set of stairs.

GREAT STAY!

The property was perfect in every way. Set back from the street, behind the main house, it was perfectly secluded and quiet. Owners live in the main house and they were right on top of anything/everything we needed. Altogether, beautiful weather, lovely beach time, including lots of time in the ocean. Did most of our cooking at home, went out a few times and had great meals out. Not to mention the ice cream...

Adorable cottage in great location.

You can’t beat the location- a few blocks from the beach, boardwalk and shops in Rehoboth. The cottage was private and perfect for two adults. It is stocked with everything you might need, right down to a cart for beach chairs. The kitchen had many items we expected to bring, they truly thought of everything. The hosts were great with communication prior to arrival and made us feel welcome, suggesting places to visit and eat. They allied us to bring our small dog which was perfect in the pet friendly town. We can’t say enough good things.

Nice vacation

Cottage is small but had a cozy feel. Backyard is beautiful and was nice to lounge around after coming off the beach. Kitchen is stocked with everything you may need. Parking for 2 vehicles, which was great. Location was perfect. Just a few short blocks off the beach and very close to downtown Rehoboth restaurants and shops. Having a place that allowed pets was also a huge plus. Hosts were very communicative.

Comfy & Clean

The property is pretty small but Steve & Sandy have furnished and outfitted it with a lot of thought. The thoughtful touches make the place really work. The new reclining leather sofa is really comfortable. Steve and Sandy were very thoughtful & kind, offering to let us slip our week because of the hurricane (and no rental the following week) and offering us towels for our wet dogs. The location is great - walking distance to the beach and very close to Rehoboth Ave.

Great Quiet Spot for a Couple for a Beach Getaway!!! (Pet Friendly) Helpful Hosts!!!

The hosts are very amicable and quick to offer suggestions of spots for Happy Hour!!! The property is extremely well maintained and very clean. They are pet friendly. It is much better than the pictures. We came to bike ride and eat outside during COVID. There is a small bike rack to hitch your bikes too and this is safely behind the larger house. The neighborhood is really nice and a very reasonable distance from the beach and boardwalk. The couch is unexpectedly decadent. Be careful, you could become a couch potato! It is leather covered electrically automated recliner (actually on both sides). The left side can modify the back support, though you won't likely need this. And, the right side (seated) shares the same recliner function only. If you need a quick nap, this is your spot. The kitchen has been professionally redone and is very usable. We packed out food because of our COVID concerns and we had everything we needed. The hosts are also very generous with keeping some spices and ground salt and pepper mills in the cabinet for any food you wish to make. I planned to grill and Steve was quick to address the fact that the grilling surface had corroded (rusted deeply) In a day he had new grill surfaces ordered from Amazon that he seasoned himself and installed. He also lent me the use of his grill temporarily to address the need for a grill surface and some LP gas (a prior guest had left all the burners on max with no flame and emptied the container). Early the next morning he also showed up with a full container of LP gas!!! If you do grill, they have a bucket of grill implements, so that you can do so to your hearts delight. Steve and Sandy have also very nicely decorated the inside of the small home with all sorts of creative touches. If you like to read, this is a good setting and there are many books on the shelf, if you forget to bring your own. There was one bad review on here and I did read it and briefly discussed it with the hosts. If you are down for a real party, then I would probably suggest you stay elsewhere. I don't think the hosts are even anti-party, just not looking for the excitement you will find in their response to that review. There is a note on the fridge and you will be expected to keep the floor clean. I used a dust buster they had on a bottom shelf on a charger for this. Maybe we were lucky, but they were stocked up on supplies. We brought our own, but they will get you started! Highly Recommended!

We stayed in the cottage every weekend for close to 20 years until we remodeled the front house and now live there permanently. Always loved the location. The cottage has had many upgrades over the last few years, including a new kitchen and downstairs flooring.
