Great location - lovely house

We loved staying in this lovely, well appointed home. The river is amazing, neighbors are nice, beds are comfy, very clean, easy check-in, wonderful property manager, great little town, too. Only issue is the sofa and TV area are not ideal - but the view makes up for that!

Always love going back to this place

We love love love this home. It’s walking distance to town, right on the river, is so comfortable and always immaculately clean. Allison is a great host, and her home is our go to for a quick getaway.

Beautiful house!

We really enjoyed our stay in Narrowsburg. The house is beautiful and in a great location, right on the river and about a 15 minute walk into town. It was spotless with a well-stocked kitchen and bathrooms. I loved the heated bathroom floors!

By the river with windows that bring the outside to the inside.

We thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful riverside location. The place is quiet and surrounded by lush greenery—we especially loved the vibrant fall colors! The large windows at the back of the house create a stunning glass wall, making us feel immersed in nature. Both the host and our contact for the house were very gracious people. The town is lovely too.

Another great weekend in Narrowsburg

This is our favorite place to stay when we want a quick getaway. Right on the river, close to Bethel, immaculately clean, everything we need - plus the added bonus of watching eagles on the river. Love it here!

Great place!

We have stayed at this property for the last 2 years (both times in August). Location is perfect - we walked to town every day to enjoy the quaint coffee shops, restaurants, etc. The house was very clean and the view of the river/trees is beautiful. There were a few treats waiting for us when we arrived! Allison was easy to work with and responded promptly. We will definitely stay here again.

Another relaxing weekend on the river

One of our favorite houses to stay at when we see a concert at Bethel. Eagles on the river, robins nesting over the deck, super clean, super comfy, totally relaxing and enjoyable. Stocked up on coffee at 2 Queens, and a nice meal from the Laundrette too!

Beautiful and Relaxing

Immaculate dream vacation home

This house is one of the most immaculate and well designed vacation homes I’ve ever been in! The fit and finishes were perfect quality, the house was spotless, the amenities are top notch, and you can’t beat the location on the Delaware river. My family and I will definitely be back! Exceeded expectations!

The house was spacious, comfortable and clean. It contained everything we needed. The location on the river was perfect, and we were lucky to have eagles regularly perching in the tree across the river from the property, as well as flying by. Beautiful place

The house is amazing! It is new and modern with fantastic view on the river. Very beautiful place! The backyard right on the river is super convenient for fishing and outdoor recreation. Another Great visit to the river

We had tickets to see a show at Bethel Woods, and decided to come back to our favorite house on the river in Narrowsburg. Once again, it didn’t disappoint. The house was clean, comfortable and central to all we wanted to do. Both the host and the house manager were easy to work with and available if needed. We enjoyed a carnival in the town, a short ride to our concert, and got to see a variety of eagles on the river. It was another great time.

Very nice, clean house in quiet neighborhood. Enough room for 5 people. Perfect family vacation!

My family enjoyed the house, felt like home. Alison is very helpful, easy to work with. Complementary bottle of wine was a great touch. Thank you! Kitchen has all you might need for cooking! It was very nice to meet Janine and she was very welcoming and ready to help if you have questions. Beds are very comfortable and clean. Great fishing in Delaware river. Will definitely recommend this place and will rent again.

Amazing riverfront House

We were the first renters at this house and it was absolutely beautiful. Our backyard was the Delaware River, where we got to swim and fish. There’s an eagles nest right across the river, so you’ll get to see so many of them just soaring around. It’s so peaceful and relaxing. Just an amazing setting. The town is super close and cute with the best ice cream shop - Nora’s Spoonful. Allison’s house was super clean, new and she even left us a bottle of Rose as a welcome gift. We can’t wait to come back already.

A memorable stay in Narrowsburg NY

“Heaven On The River” is an appropriate name for this property. A beautiful home with an amazing yard stretching back to the Delaware River. All the amenities you would have at home...and then some. Jeanine, the property manager greeted us and was super friendly. Gave us a great rundown of the area. Narrowsburg is a terrific little town, with some great eateries (The Heron) and some awesome hiking, outdoor activities and very friendly people. We had a lot of fun, and really enjoyed hanging out by the river. Very relaxing. We’ll be back. Thanks for a great stay!

Catskill heaven

Modern and pristine home - exactly as shown in the pictures. Sitting on the Delaware River, the house is both beautiful and picturesque. Back-yard was heaven and quiet. Saw 2 bald eagles and was able to relax for a few days. Allison and Jeanine were both both terrific. We had one minor issue and it was resolved in 5 minutes. Visited Bethel (Woodstock), White Lake, and the nice town of Narrowsburgh. And did I mention the wine on arrival. Thanks for a great time - my wife and I totally enjoyed it.

River Chalet Repeat Retreat

We had another amazing experience at this property. The view of the Delaware River is astounding of course and watching the bald Eagles and other wildlife from the comfort of the hammock not to be missed. The owner and manager were very responsive and the house was stylish, comfortable, and immaculately clean. A chilled bottle of wine and some delicious cookies welcomed the weary travelers. A walk down the street to the Laundrette for a scenic and delicious pizza dinner came next. The kitchen was Very well stocked for cooking and serving. We were fans of the recent upgrades- heated tile floors on a chilly morning and the new outdoor shower were particular favorites. We hope to be back to enjoy it again! Thank you for a needed rest and retreat.

Couldn’t have asked for a better stay

I can’t recommend this home enough! My wife and I stayed two nights and are already planning our return. The home is great - some really awesome features and amenities throughout. As awesome as the house is, you can’t beat the view and serenity of the river and mountain in the backyard. The pictures don’t do it justice. We started and ended each day with a fire and a beverage and the sights and sounds. If you’re considering this property, do yourself a favor and jump at the opportunity. In addition to the awesome property and views, the Narrowsburg area has some great restaurants, a well-stocked market and a lot of great outdoor activities. We hiked the Tusten Mountain Trail to the overlook. Well worth the challenging climb. - Vince

Location was quiet, back yard pathway to the river, bald eagle sightings were frequent. Walk into town is 10 min., great farmers market this Sat. Fully equipped gourmet kitchen with all typically needed paper products. Condiments provided without the need to run out for forgotten items. Both bedrooms had very comfortable beds; bathrooms are modern with ample amenities and towels. We utilized the outdoor seating areas often; used the available modern gas grill for dinner meals. Would definitely rent again, highly recommend it.
